When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So then the teacher asked to me, the trainer asked to me, so what about your company regulations and rule, how you are following the things and so how you are safety, things are going on, you are following the protocols or not. Then I answered to her, like, so yeah, I'm ruling the maintenance department, so I'm dealing with the machineries and mechanisms, then after, so coming to the safety, so we are following the safety protocols, like PPE, so personal protective equipment, like safety belts and this kind of shoes and helmets and goggles, hand gloves, this PPT we are using and we are following the unsafe conditions and unsafe acts, which based upon our company. So then after, so I gave some introduction about the safety, then after, so which rules we are following and all that, so I gave the things to them, then after, so I felt like, so okay, we are following safety protocols, we are proud to say, we are very safe, so if we are in the industry, we have to follow all the things, then after the people who are listening my voice at the time, so they are saying to me, okay, you guys are following the safety rules, that's very proud to hear, the sounds are good, then after, at the time of giving the speech to them, so I felt like, okay, I also following some MNC rules, so that is autonomous maintenance and everything, so the total productive maintenance also we are following.

Well, health is a valuable asset which is required for living a quality life. Today I would like to describe a conversation that I gave to a group of masses. As I am a teacher by profession, I had been announced by my school principal to give a speech on the topic related to health. I presented the talk in front of thousands of students of my college. The topic was about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle by incorporating daily meditation into the regime. I suggested them to do regular exercise and follow a balanced diet made in the house instead of consuming food outside which deteriorates the health badly. I advised the students to take care of their mental health by assessing it on regular basis. It can be done by doing physical activities such as swimming, playing sports outside. Moreover, I emphasized on the importance of joining gym as it helps in creating an uplift in your mind.

Actually, I remember one of the talk that after completing my class 12th, I was started my tuition and since after that, I got couple of students of class 10th. They weren't focused on their studies and they were just wasting their time and money and one day I was getting too furious because they were not listening to me whatever I was teaching they were doing or everything just opposite to that. Therefore I decided to give them a very long lecture on their life, on life lesson and what they could do after completing their 12th and what are the possibilities of their future in the current state. Therefore I started giving them a lecture, it was all about their future, I showed them the reality of world where how the world is changing, the drastic change from previous life to current situation like how the people were in 90s, they weren't so caring about their jobs because the jobs at that time were secure, now we are not even knowing what is going to be happen in our life. People are completing their graduation and masters and they are still being at home even IITians are now settled to their home because there is no job and if they are doing the same thing it's going to ruin their future and that is definitely going to be devastated. Moreover I made them realize what they are doing and what they need to do and after that I felt very special because they listened to me and tried to work on their things and they started making their things more perfect rather than making it in Detroit.

I remember having to give out a speech on Population Day as a school leader. That day I was very prepared for my speech. I talked about the negative side of population, how it can cause job scarcity and many other problems in the world, which was a mistake. And later my principal scolded me and told me, without population the world is nothing. And while you are giving out a speech, while you are talking to a group of people, you have to be very aware that everyone will be adapting whatever you are going to say, or everyone will be influenced by it. So she made me redo that speech. I had to give out that speech two days later again. And I was able to correct my mistake. I talked about the pros and cons. I apologized to all the students who listened to me that day. And that was a great experience I had. I am also very grateful how my teacher felt free to correct my mistake. And I really do appreciate my teacher for doing that. So right now every time I get up on stage to talk in front of people, I always think twice. And I am way more conscious about anything that is coming out of my mouth. Because now I know the group of people could be influenced by me.

I gave a talk about leadership and teamwork to my junior batchmates. This was a talk during event preparation for our annual departmental fest. This talk happened when there was a small quarrel between two of my batchmates and a junior and I gave this talk about leadership and teamwork, how this is important in organizing an event. I told them about the qualities a leader should have, what takes a leader to be a great leader and what takes a team to achieve a teamwork, a coordination that help pull off an event like a pro. I gave this talk and it eventually lead them to execute the work properly and efficiently as they realize their mistakes, their loopholes and the importance of being patient towards each other, understanding each other's needs and helping each other out during the whole process, maintaining each and every record during, after and before the event, then letting know the expectations of the audience, of the participants and make them feel welcomed. Then obviously the most important thing, the proper organization of the event, the proper execution of the event without any error.
