When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

It was a time, I mean, I was in class 12th, so my class teacher asked me to give this speech. We gave it up. It was a time when I was in class 12th and my class teacher asked me to give the talk about the tree conservation. So, that time I feel very shy. So, next day in the morning of the school time, I gave the speech to the people about the conservation of tree. And that talk was very important because I feel that the deforestation is the major cause of trees destruction. So, I found that the speech is useful for everyone to conserve the tree and how to protect the trees. The woodcutters who use the woods to make tables or other things for their benefit. So, I wanted to ask that why should you allow them to cut the trees. So, this speech is very useful for the government also to make the penalties. Who cut the trees unusually and who found that the trees is not good. But the trees is the main source of oxygen and it gives a lot of fruits. So, it is very useful for us to protect the trees and destruction of the trees to demand.

Well, I would like to talk about the time when I gave a talk to a large number of audience was at my school annual function last year. And as a teacher, I was asked to speak on the topic, how children learn from their parents, behavior and habits. Honestly, at first, I was a bit hesitant because speaking in front of so many people carries a sense of responsibility. But during my speech, I included that children's always children's might not always do what we say them to do, but they definitely repeat the definitely repeat the things we do. So as a parent and a teacher, it is our responsibility to inherit those habits which we want in our children. If we want our child to be more patient, kind and respectful, then we as a parent and as a teacher, we first have to inherit those habits in ourselves. At first, I found that and to make it more and to make it more communicative, I added few examples, real life examples. And I saw that parents were nodding and agreeing to it. I got the confidence and after my speech was over, many parents come to me and told me that it was an eye opening situation and that the talk reflected their many habits. And I felt really good that by knowing that my words would help them to make some good changes in their life.

I, during my master's, I had qualified for my NET exam in my third semester and which was a great feat and a great achievement. My juniors had requested me to guide them on how to prepare for NET which is a national level exam and they were quite stressed about this thing and they had requested me and I obliged and I tried to give them a preparation strategy sort of a thing where it would be helpful for them to prepare for the exam and get a good score out of it just as I had done. They needed certain assistance and during the talk about a range of topics that I gave them instructions to. Moreover, I felt very happy and satisfied with my talk as they carefully took notes of all the pointers I had mentioned. They engaged in the conversation in a very curious and curious manner. I really appreciated that. It also made me feel very satisfied with my own achievement of having qualified the exam which made me recognized in front of my juniors who appreciated me and my efforts a lot. I have always taken a very humble approach in terms of my education and the exams that I appear for. I'm not much of an extrovert so when they got the guidance and preparation tips that they wanted from me they were happy and thus I was very happy.

Today, I am going to start giving you a short introduction about the term personal development. Here, we will get to know what is personal development. Therefore, we can understand that the personal development is the main factor that causes a man to succeed in her life. So basically, personal development causes a man to change himself or herself into a new person or into a new being, new human being. It is totally a development of a person in his behavior aspect or in any other aspect. So being there is a personal development, we can also say that personal development is a journey of being a man to a gentleman. I am not going to say that man into a gentleman in the context of a man or in only one gender. I am just going to say that this is the journey where you can change yourself from a man to a gentleman. So, I just have my personality not very well developed till my 12th standard. So when I was in my college, I used to see people, their personality, there are other people who got attracted by their personalities. So I talked to them, why the other persons are attracted to your personality, they said to me that and they recommended me a book of personal development. So I asked them, what is personal development? They told me that if you want to be a successful human being, personal development is very important. So everyone should have their personality developed. Thank you.

When talking about a speech or talk I gave to a group of people, it reminds me of the talk on men's relations I gave for a bunch of adolescent girls. It was two months back when I was invited to an LP school nearby to give awareness about menstruation to young blooming kids. Though I am not a narrator, I tried my best to give a good speech. I started with making them understand what menstruation is, i.e. it's just a sign of attaining puberty and it's nothing to be ashamed of. I saw some smiles on the kids' faces. The care should be given starting from the menarche, i.e. the first time bleeding occurs. And they should be made aware of the hygiene and the symptoms that precede the menstruation, i.e. it's just not them having the mood swings, it's the hormones that are playing their role. I also suggested them to switch to menstrual cups which are more hygienic and less messy. The people who were not there to listen to the talk had a chance of a win.

The talk I gave to people around me was on the one beautiful topic called as meditation. The meditation which I do makes me feel so calm, I get a peace of mind and I can concentrate on whatever I do. I get to explore myself and with the frequent deep breathing process that is breathing in, hold a second and breathe out. That makes me so calm, so relaxed and it is a wide range of happiness when I get clarity to whatever work I am doing. I can just recall my past and I can also make some corrections, I can just come to a conclusion that I have to do my best in whatever I do. I will be very enthusiastic when I do my work after the meditation. The deep breathing process helps me to calm down, relax and get a good clarity on the process which I am going to do or which I am engaged in a frequent time like continuous sessions. To be calm, it is very essential to concentrate on one thing and be focused on that. Helping me to be very honest is the exercise and the meditation. Meditation is a key to all the possible outcomes. You get a wide range of clarity, the process, how it flows, how it breakdowns and also the suggestions by the people encourage me a lot to improve myself in doing meditations. The group discussion about the topic on meditation was

I am a teacher by profession, but due to personal reasons, I left my job a couple of days ago. So that was my last lecture I remember with all my students and I gave them one talk and that too to be a good human being. So time and again I have this habit of talking about life with my children, sharing my experiences, knowing how their lives are going on and that was the last day and I had to give them this learning. So I started talking about being kind, being generous towards themselves and towards people. So I shared one to two experiences of mine where I helped people and felt that warmth and love because I was generous to others and I did a good deed. So I told them to be kind and generous towards themselves and towards people to spread love, to spread care and to spread care among people. I told them if they love themselves, they will definitely and automatically start doing things that are good to them and if they love other people and they would spread and share love, they would feel the warmth and love from them also. I know it's not easy to be successful in life, but I know if they work hard, they would definitely be one day, but if they be a good human being that would definitely help them in the long run, earning the living, doing jobs. It's not difficult if you work hard, but to be a loving person, to be a caring person, it's very important in life because at the end of the day, you are a human being and I think it left a lasting impression.

Additionally, I gave a talk about personality in psychology and talked about the Myers-Briger test, which is the 16 personality test that allowed students to understand what personality they have so they can choose career paths and professions that suit them. My personality test usually led me to ENTJ, which allows me to be more aggressive and commanding. However, other students got personalities, which made them more intimate... Intimidated. Try again. Because they removed the questions from me. How am I supposed to check? You should open the questions here. Stupid or what? I know. In the exam... Because I'm talking to a bloody AI. I'm more nervous talking to an AI than I am talking to a human. Have you seen that? During the summer programs that took place in July and August by the Health Professions Awareness and Volunteering Department in Id Khan Simulation Centre at Hamad Medical Corporation, I had participated in a presentation for over 400 students. This included both high school and undergraduate students. There, I presented about topics in psychology like neuroscience, mental stresses, and personalities in psychology. I talked about the 16 personalities test by M. Myers-Briger, and I also talked about the different parts of the brain, its correspondence in psychology, including hormones and how they affect our moods, and personality types. Each student was doing a test to find out their personality test. And once they found out their personality type, they were able to decide what career path suits them the best. I gave this talk to make students more aware of how to choose their personality types and how to go into careers that suit them the best.
