When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Usually, I used to watch a program in Discovery Channel. The program name is called, How do they do it? So basically, the program mostly consists of mechanical parts, how it's built and how it's made from scratch to a fully furnished product, so it's delivered to the customer. Mostly how they will start the program was, so first they will start with a piece of wood or a piece of sheet metal or whatever it is. For this moment, I take a washing machine as an example. So initially, they will start with a piece of sheet metal and they will turn that sheet metal into a fully working washing machine through a series of steps. That's the most interesting part. So they will explain each and everything, like for example, when you concentrate on the segment that I like most is, so from start to finish, they will have a segment. So in those segments, there will be many engineering sequence going on in the background. For example, bending and twisting and hammering and forging, screwing, etc. So all those steps are fully covered by them very clearly. So that's the most interesting part. And why I like this program a lot means, so because of this program, I became a mechanical engineer. So I will be watching from start of the day to end of the day in my weekends, in my childhood. So that made me, that is the driving force for me to become a mechanical engineer now. So that's why I like this program a lot. And few of my fellow friends used to watch this program. They also like this program a lot.

The favourite programme that I really cherish to watch is a Hindi show called Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma. It is adapted from the column of a Gujarati magazine called Undhiyonda Chashma. The show talks about how a society with people belonging with various cultural backgrounds from different parts of the country work together, stay together and live a happy life. That's where one can realise that India being a very diverse in culture can also live together. The segment that I enjoy the most is the part where they celebrate festivals and celebrations together without any problems or issues. They celebrate functions like Diwali, Holi, Christmas irrespective of the religious background that they belong. What they believe is that people being together can bring happiness. The lesson that I learnt from a show like this is that irrespective of your background, one must always be true to themselves by being a human without disrespecting another person's religion or from where they belong. Treating everyone as one is important.

I would like to talk about a show that I've recently been binge-watching. The show is called Drive to Survive, it's a show on Netflix. And it is an F1 documentary from the year 2018. I would say that it is more like a reality show that has been going on since 2018 and is currently still on. What I love about the show is the way that they depict every event, be it the race or even the background that goes beyond the racing track. There is one episode that I vividly remember where Mercedes was facing certain issues with their car engineering, but their driver Lewis Hamilton showed exceptional skill and still managed to get the pole position, which is, he won the race with his sheer skill. His competitor Red Bull also had an equally capable driver, Max Verstappen, but Lewis Hamilton, showing his proficient driving skills, absolutely won the race. The introduction of characters in this show is one to be marked. The way that every character is built, even though they are humans who are actually living their life, it feels like a masterpiece of cinematography.

Yeah, I like to watch various documentaries on National Geographic Channel and on also on OTT platforms. Recently I was watching one documentary that is called Sea Spiracy. I like to watch programs about the global warming and the factors which are contributing for the increase of temperature on our planet. So I was watching one documentary that is called Sea Spiracy. So this program was about the sea life and its impact on our environment and I was surprised to know that the plants in the sea, they are responsible of creating like 40% oxygen of the earth. I used to think it was trees but it is not, they are the sea plants. So the segment which I was watching was mainly about sharks. Sharks play a vital role in our overall ecosystem of the seas because they eat some kinds of fish which can, if their population increase, they can impact the sea plants and ultimately it will impact the coral reefs. So they are responsible for the overall ecosystem and I like that program because it was about

The program is called Tarak Mata Gauta Chasma, it's an Indian program and it's a family friendly show and I like to watch it because it sometimes give life lessons and tell you about the surroundings of how the world will look like when you go outside your comfort zone. It's a 13 plus rated show which revolves around the society because that's the storyline it's created by the Indian media. I don't want to talk to anything like that.

I like to watch Kapil Sharma Show, which usually comes on Star Plus, which is our channel in India. Kapil Sharma Show is eventually a comedy show. Here he used to interview various personalities from different sectors like film industry, politicians, news reporters, news anchors, etc. But the twist in his interview is he used to add comedy elements in that, which made the show very enjoyable. That show comes at 9pm every day and every episode is different from the other. The episodes are not interconnected, thus it is not true that if we miss any episode, he can easily connect to the next episode. The episode which I liked the most was the one in which he called the complete 1983 world cup winning cricket Indian team 15 and he interviewed all the cricketers in that episode. That episode is very close to my heart because viewing the complete 1983 Indian team together was my dream and that came through this episode or Kapil Sharma Show. He took out all the funny elements that Indian team would have cherished or lived during that win. What he used to do is he used to do a very extensive over before shooting any episode. Thus his episodes are very well connected and are very well planned.

So basically, there is not as such a particular type of program I usually like but yes, there are few kind of programs which I love to watch. The recent program or series which I binge-watched was Money Heist. It was a very interesting and a series filled with thrill. Basically, it was about a heist in which few people robbed a bank or a company which is very very rich, therefore, it was very interesting as they planned full heist properly and executed their plan. Thus, they faced many kinds of problems but at end, they became successful in executing their plan. This was the main reason that I liked that series or a program was that it teaches us that we should never ever be demotivated in life. There will be many kinds of problems in our life or in our future plan but we have to work hard on it to become successful in your career or in your life. So, this series, if we see on a positive note, teaches a lot many life lessons which leads to make that particular program my favorite.
