    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    The line that I'd like to speak about is a lyric from the song See You Again. This song is composed and written by the artist Charlie Puth in collaboration with Wiz Khalifa. It was featured in the Fast and Furious movie, precisely Fast and Furious 7. The line goes, It's been a long day without you my friend. And this line is significant to me because one of my closest friends stays approximately two to three thousand kilometers away in the state of Himachal Pradesh and every time that I miss him, I often listen to this song and it makes me feel slightly nostalgic of the times we shared together, slightly comforted in the times when I am feeling sad and lonely as well as a little bit sad because I'm aware of the reality that we won't meet for quite a long time. While the original song is about the loss of a loved one, I still quite relate heavily to it because the feeling of missing someone is also an extremely strong one that this song manages to evoke very well.

    Songs nowadays are very easy to remember because of their catchy phrases and exuberant words. One of such song and one of such stanza from a song that I remember correctly is the song from the movie Khatifa and it was released in 2013. It was basically the official song of Parson's radius part 7. This song is very special because it was released as a tribute to the great actor Paul Walker. He unfortunately died in a car crash during the mid film of QB7 and every cast of that movie was so heartbroken and I must say that not only the cast. This news spread like wild fire all over the social media around the world and every person in the world was so much heartbroken. And when this movie released now with the song of this Khalifa, the song played in the last part of the movie and it was very emotional. People who were watching the movie literally started shedding tears from their eyes and they paid tribute to Paul Walker and it was such a memorable moment.

    I ever remember that poem The Listeners by Walter De La Mer. It's a poem about a person walking along with his horse in a forest. He's getting tired and wants to take some rest so he's nearing an open house. It's only covered with broken bricks. The roof is not much closed. It's a time of almost night. The line starts with, Is there anybody there? Is there anybody there? said the traveller, knocking on the moonlit door. This is the first line. It's about a traveller's experience in the forest. He wanted to know, wanted to know anybody is there in that house. So, so the curious he making the noise like knocking the door and asking, Is there anybody there? Is there anybody there? But no one is replying for his question. Only the moonlight door is standing there. Because in that house is nowhere. Nowhere is living.

    This is me trying is a line from a song written by Taylor Swift and this is something that I hold close to my heart. This is me trying is the song's name as well. I think I relate to the song a lot because I see myself in there. There's this one particular line that says that I was so ahead of the curve until the curve became a sphere and I think I relate to this mostly because at a point in my life I was so ahead of all of my classmates and then I started to get this imposter syndrome as if I was not deserving of everything I got and things got harder because I was managing both my sports and my studies and I felt I couldn't do it anymore and maybe it's that insecurity that took over me or the self-doubt, I am not really sure but suddenly the curve became the sphere and I was behind everyone and that really did take a toll on me and the world just thought I would stop trying or I didn't give any effort, I didn't put any effort to becoming better and I kept telling myself I am trying and when I heard this song for the first time, this is me trying, this particular line, this is me trying, stood out to me immensely that is because the weight of those words will only be understood by someone in a situation like that and I think Taylor Swift might have also been in a situation like that and she could relate to the same thing and I could relate to the same lines she wrote.

    A line that I recall from a rhyme is there shall be showers of blessings. It's from the song whose lyrics start from the same line. I usually remember singing this song during my school days where whenever there was a joyous occasion or a festival or during a normal assembly time, this song was sung by the entire school including the teachers, students and the principal authorities. Everybody rejoiced together and it was a wonderful moment as the entire school rejoiced together and the vibes of the school changed immediately. The significance of this song is that it makes me feel really blessed, it makes me feel hopeful and it gives me a sense of collectiveness and belongingness when everybody sings it together. It reminds me of those beautiful festive times when the air is light and that is something I like to remember whenever I am stressed or under a lot of pressure. I come back to these lyrics and sing them occasionally and it immediately takes me back to when I was a school girl.

    So, one of the most memorable lines that I can recall is from a song from Coldplay called Fix You. The line goes, Lights will guide you home, and ignite your bones, and I will try to fix you. I first heard this song a few years ago, and it immediately struck a chord with me. The line is simple, yet incredibly powerful. It talks about offering comfort and support to someone who's struggling, almost like saying no matter how things get, I'll be there to help you find your way. What's significant about this line is the emotion behind it. Coldplay's lead singer, Chris Martin, wrote the song during a tough time in his personal life, and you can really feel that raw honesty in his voice. The words combine hope and pain in such a beautiful way. They remind you that even when life feels broken, love and compassion can help you heal. Whenever I listen to this song, I feel a mix of sadness and peace. It's emotional, but also comforting. The line makes you think about how important it is to have people who genuinely care for you, and how powerful empathy can be. Overall, I think this lyric stands out because it captures one of the most human emotions, the desire to help and be there for someone you love. Every time I hear it, I feel motivated to be more understanding and supportive towards others. Also, to add to it, I recently attended the Coldplay concert, and Chris Martin sang the song Fix You. I went to the concert again after three days in another city, and I again cried for that song. So it just holds a special value in my heart.

    So, there is this one song that is very close to my heart. It is in the movie Rockstar, which is a Bollywood Hindi movie. The song name is Naadaan Parinte. The lyrics are, These lines denote a person saying to a crow that, If you want to eat me up, eat me up all that you want, but please leave my eyes, because I am craving to see my beloved. That to me is something magical, is something beyond this world. Because a person doesn't care about his own self, is so selfless in love that he is letting the crow eat himself up. He is letting loose of every body part, he is letting himself die. But all that he wants from life is to look at his beloved, which is, I believe, the power of love that surpasses everything else. And since I am a hopeless romantic myself, it is something that speaks to me. It is something that I can imagine doing myself for someone I love. It has a huge impact on my life. From the moment I heard this line, I became a fan of this song altogether.

    There is one poem that we were taught in sixth class in Punjabi. It is written by Professor Puran Singh and it is named Chhatu Di Beri. I still remember it by heart and it's very close to me because it gives me such joy and it reminds me of the simpler times when there was so much innocence around, nobody had any mal-intentions in their minds and people were really accommodating towards the needs of others. They were really thoughtful of how others feel. If you want, I can also recite some lines of the poem for you. I also really like it because my mother adores the poem a lot. Whenever I meet her after a long period, she asks me to recite that poem because she feels that she is listening it from a 10 or 12 years old baby and she is really happy about it.

    So the words that I remember from the poem is the road less the road less taken by Robert Frost. That poem was a representation of how we should not participate in a mad rat race rather enjoy in leisure and explore things which are usually less intriguing. I have applied this principle in my life. Everyone around me seems to be running behind jobs, getting placements and working in corporate jungles while I am myself exploring how to further advance in research. Not many people take or opt for a master's degree after doing a B.Tech but I am trying to gain more knowledge and earn more degrees so that I can contribute back to the society in a meaningful way.
