Show all 54 answers

Cue 1:Introduction

  • Begin by introducing the chocolate you didn't like, mentioning its name and brand.
  • Provide a brief context about when and where you tried it.

Example

I want to talk about a chocolate bar called 'Bitter Delight' that I tried last year at a local store. I was curious about it because it was marketed as a premium dark chocolate, and I had heard mixed reviews from friends.

Cue 2:What was it?

  • Describe the appearance and packaging of the chocolate to give a visual context.
  • Mention any specific ingredients that stood out to you.

Example

The chocolate came in a sleek black wrapper with gold lettering, which made it look very appealing. It was made with 85% cocoa, and I was excited to try it because I usually enjoy dark chocolate.

Cue 3:What did it taste like?

  • Share your first impressions of the taste when you took a bite.
  • Include details about the texture and any flavors that were prominent.

Example

When I took a bite, the texture was quite smooth, but the taste was overwhelmingly bitter. It had a strong cocoa flavor that was almost too intense for my palate, and there were no hints of sweetness to balance it out.

Cue 4:And explain why you didn’t like it.

  • Discuss your personal preferences regarding chocolate and how this one did not meet them.
  • Mention any specific reasons, such as the bitterness or lack of flavor variety.

Example

I didn't like it mainly because I prefer chocolates that have a balance of sweetness and richness. The bitterness was just too much for me, and I felt it lacked the creamy texture that I enjoy in chocolates. It left a dry aftertaste that I found unpleasant.

Conclusion

    Example

In conclusion, while 'Bitter Delight' may appeal to some dark chocolate lovers, it certainly wasn't for me. I learned that not all chocolates are created equal, and I will stick to brands that offer a more balanced flavor profile in the future.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I don't like white chocolate. The taste of the white chocolate is not so good and also I don't like the smell of it. The taste is very bad and it's taste is very milky and so I don't like it. Mostly I like chocolate like dark chocolate and milk chocolate it's so good and it's prepared with by cocoa and it's very very very tasty and I love it very much and most of in the market is available. White chocolate is not good and it's milky taste is not much good and I don't like it. I only like milk chocolates and dark chocolates.

Chocolate is something I think is liked by all age groups and very rarely there might be someone who doesn't like to eat chocolate. But the chocolate which I completely dislike are the ones which have peanuts or coconut in it. For example, Snickers or Bounty. Snickers has a lot of peanut taste in it, whereas in Bounty you can feel the coconut presence. Though they are people's favorite and it is very popular among masses, but to me I don't like the taste. It has some medicinal taste after I have it and it gives me a sticky residue as a nougat. Also though I like it in a raw form, like I love peanuts and coconut in raw form, but as soon as you add that into a chocolate, I'll totally dislike it. Maybe it is due to the different taste buds everyone have and it doesn't suit my flavor palette. But yeah, there are people who might not like the chocolates I like and it just depends people to people and their personal preferences. But chocolate is something which gives you memory and happiness to your soul. I generally have chocolate when I'm under stress or I'm just feeling low that day. So I love to have a piece of chocolate in my mouth, but of course in proper quantity and not overeating because it has a lot of sugar. So nowadays I've reduced the intake, but chocolate will always remain the favorite food I can have, just not the Snickers and the Bounty ones.

Honestly speaking, I don't eat so much sweets, especially chocolates. I am not so much fond of feeding them, but I often taste the dark chocolates. The one chocolate which I don't like is the Milky Way chocolate. It is a chocolate which is made up of milk maybe and some of dairy products. It is so much famous among the small children, but I don't think that the teenagers like me don't like it that much. Furthermore, I don't like so much sweetness in my food and excess sweet things make me feel anxiety, which is another reason why I don't like this chocolate. It has a large amount of sweets in it. Furthermore, it is a very small package of it, but I can't even imagine that how much sugar could be involved in that. So, whenever I find that chocolate in my freezer, I just take out it and throw away. I don't even like to watch that chocolate now. There was a time when I ate that chocolate a lot, but now it's just so much tough for me to take even one bite of it. And in my home as well, no one likes that milky bar. So, now it is almost out of my life.

Hello, one chocolate which I didn't like is the dark chocolate which was made by Amon. Basically, I often prefer dark chocolates, however, when I had that chocolate, it tasted bitter. Though I am a fan of those chocolates, however, the concentration should be less. For example, the one which I tried have a higher number of concentration of dark chocolates which was almost 90% and just 10% milk chocolate. However, the one which I like personally is about 50-60% concentration of dark chocolate and 40-50% of milk chocolate. That is the perfect blend of dark chocolate along with nuts which I generally prefer. Reason being, if the chocolates have the higher number of concentration of dark chocolates, it often tastes bitter which I don't like. Personally, I believe chocolates are mood lifters and a bit of sweetness is very important. I completely understand and I truly agree that dark chocolates do have a lot of benefits for our health and it do lifts our mood, however, I prefer dark chocolate with less concentration and with less amount of milk chocolate and more amount. At the end, I would just like to conclude that dark chocolates are no doubt have a very high and very good number of benefits, however, I prefer dark chocolates with 50-60% of cocoa.

A chocolate I didn't like is dark chocolate. The 100% dark chocolate. I first ate it when my teacher, my social science teacher, gave it to me as a gift, a present. And I ate it and I was like, ew, what is it? Yeah, I shouldn't say that. When I first ate it, it was bitter. It was not chocolate at all like I have ate in the past. Also, I was pretty young at that time. So, my taste bud wasn't that good. And it was quite intriguing, surprising that chocolate tastes this way. Chocolate isn't sweet by nature. You add sugar. That was the first time I knew and I took it back home. I also pranked my mother and my younger sister. It was quite funny. In conclusion, I think I always remember my teacher when I see 100% dark chocolate. I miss her sometimes.

One chocolate I didn't really enjoy was a dark chocolate, especially with a chili flavor that I tried a few months ago. I had heard about it from a friend who loves experimenting a new food and yeah, so I decided to give it a try out of curiosity. I tested it during a small get-together at a friend's place. We were all trying different kinds of chocolates and this was sold out because of its unique flavor. However, as soon as I took a bite, I realized it wasn't for me. The chocolate itself was bitter, which I expected, okay, but the chili flavor gave it a strange and that was quite harsh. So, I didn't like it mainly because it didn't match my taste preferences. I enjoy sweet or nutty chocolate, but this one was too bold and also spicy for me. It was definitely interesting to try something different, but I wouldn't buy it again. It felt like two strong flavors were clashing with each other rather than blending well. Additionally, the packaging looked very premium, I would say. I expected it to be rich and smooth like most of the chocolates, but it wasn't.

I am a big fan of chocolate. I am addicted with chocolate. There are many different type of chocolate I would like to have all the time. Usually once in a week I have this chocolate. Especially I love to have dark chocolate. Here I don't like to eat milky bar because I didn't like the taste of the milk. So I always choose to have dark chocolate. Many of my friends gifted only dark chocolate for me. Especially my uncle or auntie came from abroad. They gifted me different variety of dark chocolate. I love to have that. Whenever I eat dark chocolate it lift up my mood and I feel refreshed and more energetic. So I choose to eat dark chocolate whenever I become tired. I like dark chocolate but I don't like milky bar chocolate. Additionally I don't share my dark chocolate with anybody.

so the chocolate I found of very much I don't found much is the milk chocolate I had last year from Brazil so it has it was a long one with eight bars small bars in it and it has few almonds and other nuts embedded within it and the talking about the taste of it it had it doesn't had that intense cocoa taste rather it was more of a low quality chocolate and also there were nuts and the nuts were little soggy so what I didn't like much was nothing was the milk taste that I was throughout getting with the chocolate when we are eating chocolate we need to get that cocoa flavor however that wasn't wasn't not there with this chocolate so even though I was spending wisely over there by cutting corners I found it very expensive but doesn't have good quality and in conclusion I doesn't prefer spending over chocolate that cost high however the quality is not meeting the price what we are paying

    Band 6

It's a contrasting topic to describe a chocolate that I did not like. So the chocolate I did not like was Habit. The reason why it did not taste better was usually the chocolate that I eat, I prefer chocolates that are little bit dense and that are very easy chewing and it doesn't contain anything in the middle to get stuck in my teeth. So I actually did not like Habit and Bounty because it contains the flesh of coconuts in between the coconut chunks and while chewing it got stuck in my mouth and it is very difficult for me to get rid of it and also I did not like the particular taste of it. So these are the reasons why I did not like that particular chocolate.
