I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So, my father gave me this watch called the Titan Edge. This is a very long desire of mine wherein I wanted this particular watch especially and this was given to me by my father on my 18th birthday. So, 18 is usually a time of becoming an adult. So, my dad, we just had a dinner party, a small dinner party in our place and my dad gave me this particular watch and I just loved it because this is something I was like, okay, I need to buy it one day with my own money but my dad somehow he knew it and he gave me this particular watch. I have a collection of watches and I always love collecting watches irrespective of the number of watches I already own. So, wherever I see watches which are really admiring, then I have a tendency to buy such watches. Apart from that, when my dad gave me this particular watch, I was really happy and loved and I believe that this was the first time that my father actually knew something which I wanted and he gave me. Usually he does give me other things but this was the first time without me even conveying it to him, he understood and he bought it. So, this made me feel very loved.

Hi, I was gifted a guitar by my wife a couple of years ago. On an afternoon when we were walking down a street in MG Road in Bangalore, we were trying to figure out a place for eating. However, a guitar store on the side of the street caught our attention and we started surfing through the guitars in that store. However, there were not much of the great collection were there. At one point, we were thinking of leaving and one guitar at the corner caught our attention. It was carved out of mahogany wood and the look and feel was absolutely amazing. When I took the guitar in my hand, I felt that this could be it. I started playing the guitar. For almost two hours, we figured out about the guitar, its build quality, the sound and I kind of had my best time included with music in a while because I haven't been playing after coming to Bangalore for almost five years. So I was detached from my music culture. Guitar is my hobby and I write songs as well on my own and I like to play them while playing, I like to sing them while playing the guitar. This particular event when she gifted the guitar to me after a long time when I wasn't playing got me really emotional and the overall experience is very close to my heart.

I was actually in tears when my girlfriend gifted me the item that I wanted the most. It might sound silly, but my girlfriend actually gifted me a all year jacket. I am going to share an experience when somebody gifted something that I really really wanted. So this gift was given to me by my girlfriend and it was a all year jacket. I felt very happy about it because this is a gift that I wanted or a thing that I wanted to purchase for the longest. Me being a person who is very sensitive to weather, it was always necessary to keep myself warm. I used to travel a lot in the sun, in the rain, in the cold. All these situations were very tough for me and I always wanted to purchase a nice jacket for myself. But being very expensive, it was a tough choice for me to invest in such a jacket. I was very surprised and very happy to receive the gift from my girlfriend and I use it on a very daily basis. I thank my girlfriend for getting me that gift.

So, back in my college days, in my leisure time, I used to love to read books. I have read a lot of books from various genres like philosophy, psychology, as well as some fictional and some non-fictional books too. So, as I was fond of reading, I hired a friend. She knew a lot that I used to love reading and on my birthday, I received a gift from her. I was pretty sure that it was a book. It was covered in a very good styled wrap with a very good message written on it. So, I felt pretty good that someone knew that what I wanted and when I was speaking to her from past few days, I mentioned a book named The Midnight Library which I was unable to get from the library and I didn't have a lot of money to purchase it. So, I got the book from her. I felt very nice that I got the book which I loved and I was thinking to read. So, when I received the book, it was a page turner and I just finished the book in one to two weeks. The theme of the book was mainly around a girl. She was struggling with anxiety and depression. For example, she had a lot of suicidal thoughts and she committed suicide in the book where she got trapped between life and death and the most beautiful thing that I loved was the person that gave me the book. I usually love that person and actually, the gift was very thoughtsome and it also had some handcrafted details on it. Besides that book, I also received a small hamper of chocolates and all the chocolates were my favorite ones. So, it was very kind.

I would like to share a happy incident of mine while I was doing my masters, my laptop went damaged and I didn't tell to anyone and then later my sister, she is working in Belgium and she came for a vacation and she gifted me a new laptop of HP and I, suddenly I felt so happy because at that time laptop was the most important thing I needed for my studies and she bring me that without informing anyone, she is always like to give me surprises, so however I feel very happy about that because I am over the moon, I, suddenly she come to the college and gave me the laptop bag and all those things, I went to her and I hugged her tightly because she knows what I need in the most perfect timing, so it was a nice experience that even though she is so far away but still she cares and she knows what I want, what the things I would like the most and she always bring me surprises like this. I still remember it happened on 2020 and I still remember it.

Firstly, thank you so much for giving me such an interesting topic. There are many gifts that has been in my closet and with me. There was this specific gift that I've always wanted and I asked my sister to please give me that one gift and it was boots. My sister gave me boots when she got her first salary. She was the one who always encouraged me to do whatever I want to do. She still does and on her first salary, she asked me to do whatever I want to do. She gave me 1000 and when I asked her not to promote my silly wishes, she encourages me to live my life and don't back off. Then I asked her, okay, if you want to give me anything from your first salary, then give me boots. Buy me boots that I've always wanted. I wanted those boots because of winters. There was November, I guess, last year when I bought these boots. She gifted me as a token of love and I was on cloud nine when I received those boots. I'm still using it and it's very comfortable. I'm very grateful and I'm glad that I have the sister who always fulfills my wishes. And in future, I'm willing to pursue the thing that I want to do and I want to fulfill her wishes as well. So I'm just working on it and I'm glad that I can do what I want to do because of my sister. She's everything that I need in my life and she's the person who I admire the most. I love my sister and she gives me everything.

The gift I recently received is from my best friend. She is my childhood best friend. So she gifted me a printed dress which is well perfectly sized with my size. And she gifted me this present on my birthday and she was well not aware of whether the dress might fit me or not but yes it fitted perfectly and furthermore I would like to say why I want this kind of gift is because I like fabrics and different styles of fashions. So after that recommendation she thoughtfully brought me a gift something like that. I literally felt so emotional that she absorbs my ups and downs and each and everything what I want, what I need, what are my requirements. She is a very close friend of mine. She always helps me to lighten up my mood and emotionally she encourages me to feel better and better.

I would like to talk about one of my birthday gifts. So it was during 2010 when I was turning 18 years old. During those times I was going through many online shopping platforms looking for a teddy bear. I adored teddy bears so much and I used to tell my mom that one day I will get a teddy bear for myself. And my mom was like, what are you going to do with those big teddy bears? And she used to tease me, you are 18 years old, you are going to be a grown up. Then why do you need a teddy bear? My dad was there hearing all this and on my 18th birthday one courier came and I was requested to receive the package. Then I saw the package, it was a large package and I wondered what was it, who bought it for me. Then I opened the package and surprisingly it was a brown color teddy bear which I was craving for. And I knew it was my dad who bought that for me. And it's the first time I am getting something from my dad without asking him. I felt really thankful and happy and happy tears were falling from my eyes. Then I hugged him tightly, he hugged me too.

So the particular gift I would like to talk about today is a packed whey protein which was gifted to me by my uncle and the particular occasion was when last year I was doing my bachelors and when I came home I saw my uncle chatting with my father regarding my career. So my uncle asked me to sit down and he was discussing me about my career and studies and subsequently he asked me if I need something as a gift. So initially I denied but then I told him that I am currently into gyms so I would like to get a whey protein. So my uncle asked me to prepare a list of companies that sell whey protein and then I searched the internet about various whey proteins that are available on the internet and which particular whey protein is well suited according to my requirements and eventually when I received the whey protein from my uncle at my 20th birthday I was over cloud 9 and I felt extremely motivated by the gains that I was receiving by consuming that whey protein.
