When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

One memorable item I received for free was a beautiful handcrafted leather wallet from a local artisan. I had visited a market during the traditional festival and while browsing through various stalls, the vendor offered me the wallet as a gift. Simply because I had admired his craftsmanship for quite some time. The wallet was not only practical but also exuded a sense of artistry with intricate stitching and a rich deep brown color. Furthermore, it was clear that a great deal of skill and attention to detail had gone into its creation. I felt incredibly grateful not just because of the quality of the gift but also it symbolized the kindness and generosity of the artisan. Nevertheless, what really stood out to me was the fact that the gift was given without any expectations of something in return, which made it even more meaningful. Receiving this thoughtful gift for free left a lasting impression on me as it reminded me that sometimes acts of kindness are not just driven by material value but by joy of giving. The experience also deepened my appreciation for the craftsmanship behind everyday objects. And how something as simple as a wallet can carry so much sentimental value. It made me reflect on how smallest gestures can have a profound impact not only on the recipient but also on the giver. Such experiences have shaped my perspective on life, teaching me to appreciate tangible rewards of kindness and human connection. It made me realize that true generosity is often expressed in most unexpected and heartwarming ways.

I would like to talk about something which I got for free, without any money, and that's a gift. It's a keyboard, piano. In my 10th standard, I was quite a big keyboard player. Before that, I was in 3rd standard. I started in a keyboard course at my school because my course master was coming directly to teach us. So it was held at my school and I started to learn something from him. But some days after, he told me to buy a laptop. But unfortunately, because of my family situation, I couldn't buy it. And I told my father and he was not ready to give me money. So I just used my friend's laptop to do some practice. After some days, when my birthday arrives, my father brought a big parcel. I didn't know what it was. But after realizing that it might be a keyboard, I was surprised. I never cut the cake. They started to open and pack it. I was surprised and went to tightly hug my father. Because that was a big moment in my life and I never thought to buy a keyboard. But unfortunately, my father bought it. And that was the best moment in my life. It was around 10,000 rupees. I asked my father, how did you buy this? He said something. He didn't tell me how he bought this because he was a parent.

very surprising. Here, the thing I received for free is mobile phone which I received from my mother on my 21st birthday. That is a most special thing that I received from my mom for my birthday where it was very crucial on that time to get that gift because the mobile phone was used for many things. Since I was a final year student, I wanted that mobile phone for my studies purpose, assignment purpose and also for Avigyara things. She usually doesn't gift me anything but that gift is still a special thing which she gifted. Something I received for free is a special gift from one of my cousin. It was in the year 2019 while I was reading my first year of graduation. And she gifted me the book named Inc. Senado by William Dalrymple on my birthday. It was for the first time I have received something like a gift in my entire life. So that was such a special thing even now. Even though it's been nearly 8 years, I still remember it was just like yesterday. So while coming about the gift or the book, certainly it was a great overwhelming experience for me. And that book helped me a lot to know more about the travel narratives as a person who is much more interested in travelogues and travel writings. The book Inc. Senado was a great inspiration for me especially from the writer William Dalrymple. It was a great experience to read his book. And this free gift made me so much concerned on how others feel about me and others stood to keep me happy. So while coming about or explaining how I felt that moment, it was not just a simple birthday, it was a great birthday even for me as I got my first gift in my entire life which I wished so much to have. So this was a gift I received for free. But more than a gift, it's a kind of emotion. And even though it gives me a feeling of love, care and a warmth of concerning,

Well, the gift that I received from my mum was a cupboard full of clothes. It was very lovely of her to fill in all her clothes inside it. When I got it was a couple of months ago, before my birthday, so she wanted me to look very pretty. So she filled in the whole cupboard with a lot of clothes, accessories and what not. And I'm very glad that she did. And each day wearing that around makes me feel very special because it has a lot of different colours. The wardrobe, clothes, accessories, other personal belongings of hers. Well, I always love using my mum's things than having something of my own. Not only just my mum's, I love using something of my friends as well. So it makes me feel more of being a part of what they do every day. So it's something very special and something close to my heart. In addition to all of it, having a cupboard of a lot of things than just a gift is something that I can't explain or express about it. However, the feeling is something that can't be just put in words, but just felt.
