When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Nice question. It was my dad. I had just came back from military service. We had a vacation and we sat down together. We drank a cup of tea and I told him dad that I want to enroll in a online university where I'd only have to attend one time just to do the final and he was shocked. He was like all studies have shown that online studying is not beneficial and you can get easily distracted. This advice changed me and changed my perspective and the way I think about studying and at the time I didn't agree with him. I was like I'm just 18 years old. I have experience in life or at least that's what I thought. Moreover this advice is one of the most beneficial advices anybody has ever gave me and I sat down and thought about it and I knew I would get easily distracted. I'd just hop on my phone or do something else while the professor was just giving the lesson online. To conclude I ate his claim that e-learning is not beneficial and it will never be beneficial. So I just changed my university, changed my preference in Napa and as simple as that, that piece of advice was the reason and the belief that I claim.

I think the occasion where someone gave me the positive advice was my brother. While starting my career I was in a fear that I won't be able to do it but then he he explained me that the life goes on and yes you have got a better opportunity where you can improve yourself your skills and everything and that can only be done if you are capable of you know taking challenges positively the first challenge that come across is meeting people greeting people and helping understanding them the challenges was making them positive that we were getting a lot of work burden in our office and he told that this work burden is to make sure that when you go up into a better position you will be able to handle it without any chaos and I think after after being a customer service executive and then changing to a better position I got to know that we have ample of works other than handling the customers we have to give daily reports to our agents and all which helped me in understanding that that not only we should be multitasking but we should be taking things positively in order to grow ourselves for future

That's an interesting question. At my sister's wedding, all the families gathered there. At that time, I was studying B.Tech final year where I got full 100% mark in every subject. Since these family members told me before to my father that I can't do anything. I can't do anything good or better. I can't have a future etc. But finally, when I got these marks, these members were appreciating me in front of my father and mother which makes them feel so proud and they gave me some advices about the master studies and they offered me to go to the Khalifa University which is in Abu Dhabi. When I took that advice and went to there and now my life is full settled and I am having a good peaceful life.

So, I would love to talk about experience, about getting a positive suggestion from one of my friends. His name is Shoman and I met him in my BSc times in an online tuition. So it was a time when we were preparing for our IIT exam exam for the entrance to the IITs for doing masters. And in the initial days, I feel a little back because my exam scores were not that much great. I think that they could be. So, and I was the topper of my class always. I was thinking like, I am not able to do in a competitive exam test, but doing so much well in my college test. So, is the competitive thing is not really for me and I overthink a lot about that. I was a little bit depressed also because getting in IIT was really one of my dream event that would take place. Shoman understood that and gave me a piece of advice that you cannot really think and rely on what stops you from doing the best. You have to identify the flaws. Rather than what has happened, you have to find what causing you or stopping you from achieving the best. You accept your failure because there is no term such as failure. You either learn or you actually win. So learning is a very important step of acquiring knowledge. And I think that piece of advice really helped me a lot for doing a great result, which eventually gave me a chance.

Well, the incident happened two years back, exactly on March 1st, 2023, when I joined as assistant professor in ocular oncology at Malabar Cancer Center. After completing my fellowship in medical retina, I got chosen for the post of assistant professor here, and I had no other choice but to join because my husband had already joined here as an assistant professor in medical oncology. After joining, I was in a totally new environment. I was the only ophthalmologist in the hospital, and I was seeing patients who had cancers, which was completely new to me. Moreover, on the third day, I had an influx of patients post-transplant who were sent to me in order to screen for ocular GVHD. In fact, I never knew what ocular GVHD was. I completely broke down on the fourth day, and I even thought of quitting the job, but it was my husband who came over to calm me down. He is in fact the reason why I am still pursuing my job here at MCC. He told me that initial days are difficult for anyone. Once you're tied over the initial phase, the rest of the sea is smoother. So I understood. I started working on, I started working, I started reading new things which I had to see, and eventually I picked up. It was his decision and his support that I was able to tide over the initial difficult phase, and I would suggest that life is easy.

So when I was in 8th grade, I showed one of my answer sheets to my politics teacher because I had scored pretty low marks even though I had studied everything really well. So I was kind of surprised. So I approached the politics teacher and she told that it was because your way of writing was not right. At first, I was shocked by hearing this because I have always scored full on politics and she was a new teacher at the time. So I asked her what should I improve. At first, I was only in 8th grade at that time and I was a person who kind of did not like taking criticism. So I took it in a bad way but I think she understood that and she first of all tried to make me understand that my answer points were correct but the way of writing was wrong. So she asked me that I should write in points instead of paragraphs. At first, I was confused about it but later I found that it was very helpful because whenever I got to higher classes, I was always the person getting the highest marks for subjects like science and it was not because I studied anything more than others. It was just because I wrote the answers in points. So I was a person who used to write the answers in paragraphs. So that suggestion of the teacher helped me very much in my future and I understood that people always look for points and it also gave me an important lesson of sometimes not all suggestions which people might give will be correct but most of them will be very helpful. So you have ears, you can just take the suggestions and if you find it helpful, just apply it once in your life. If you don't like it, just throw it out the other ear.

The best advice I have been received by anyone is from my mentor. When I was in college, I struggled to do my daily homeworks and my projects. I am not that much interested in this because I think the education system is failing on me. But my mentor advises a lot of things to improve my scores. He suggests that I need to focus on concentrating more on the topics and increase my interest in this subject. He always felt as my guide and he always advises me to improve in what areas I should be really careful about. This advice has improved my passion a lot. It trains interesting subjects and I really like the way I am doing and the work I am doing. It has increased my knowledge by increasing a lot of opportunities I even get. The suggestion he gave me is a life-changing suggestion because it opened a lot of opportunities for me by increasing my communication skill, my interest in this particular research topic. The suggestion was life-changing for me. It clears every doubt from my mind and I am very perfect at all the tasks given by other faculties at that time. I scored about 90% in the exam which I was pretty
