When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

It was back in 2023 when I was facing difficulties in a specific subject called Power Electronics. I had no clue and had been facing a lot of difficulties throughout the year. I had failed in that subject one time, but for the second time I reached out to one of my professors. Her name is Professor Sonali Majum. She is an expert in the subject of Power Electronics. She encouraged me to be confident about the concepts in the particular subject. It was by her guidance that I felt very confident and encouraged while studying. She told me to focus on the main points given in the subject. It was my point of view that the toppers in the class had some special skills and abilities, but she, Professor Sonali Majum, made me feel extremely wrong about it. She told me it's not about skills and talent, it's totally about hard work. She told me how hard work can beat talent and especially in the case of studies and sports, it has been proven all the time that how these consistent efforts can beat a topper in the class. Even a backbencher can beat a topper in the class. So with this guidance from her, I was a bit of surprised in the initial stages with my performance and abilities which I have unlocked with her guidance. The steps which I followed initially were hard to achieve, but at the end I achieved the results which I wanted and her guidance were just a gift to me for completing my engineering. These guidance did not just help me in that particular subject, but it helped me throughout my engineering.

I spoke to my manager regarding the same and he advised, he gave me some tips actually how I can navigate from this situation and incorporating that tips I spoke to both the individuals separately and tried to calm them down, implementing all the key aspects of leadership elements. It finally worked out for me and at the end I felt so happy about this leadership suggestion from my manager. When I was in high school my accountancy teacher was a person who I really respect till this day. She gave me a lot of advices throughout my two years of high school but the one I specifically remember the most was during my mid semester exams. She had given me tips on how to improve my scores and how consistency can help improving my test results. Furthermore she gave me a push and motivated me how I can believe in myself and just focus on studying to receive the desired outcome. I felt very touched and realized the importance of being consistent as well as how failure can shape us to what we become in order to become successful. Moreover she made me realize how being bad at something is not the end of the world. It just makes us grow even more and shapes who we are when we try to become what we're ambitious of. My teacher had given not just me but other classmates the similar amount of advices which additionally helped them as well to get better in their academics and the real-life interviews too.
