When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

The exercise I would like to describe is called Surya Namaskar, which is a part of Yoga, a technique of exercise very famous in India. The Surya Namaskar is a way of appreciating the sun while performing several exercises instead of emphasizing on one specific body part. The exercise overall takes around 2 minutes to complete and involves standing positions as well as lying positions, keeping your body both vertical as well as horizontal. The exercise is actually a set of physical activities that takes place within 2 minutes. I did my first Surya Namaskar probably when I was in the first grade.

An exercise I know and I love to do is yoga. Yoga is basically a form which we can do with our body without using any sort of weight lifting or any machines is not used for that. Plus we can do it anytime anywhere possible. We don't need a special gym equipment for that and that is one of the main reason I really love yoga. I tried it first time at an age of 23. My cousin who is a yoga teacher, she taught me for the first time yoga and there are kind of five phases in this. The first is Surya Namaskar which is one of my favorite one and the second is Yoga Chakra. This is also really good. Third, I love to do this particular yoga especially in the evening times where it helps to relax my body and focus on things. I think it is really good because my mind generally relaxes and also yoga is a form of life. It's nature. On one hand, we can really stay calm and

Well, since my childhood to this present time, I have had tried countless exercises, although sometimes my experience was not up to the mark, but majority of the time, I was over the moon. However, today I would like to talk about one exercise that I found easy to do, and it's early morning running. Basically, this exercise is very easy, you just have to run as much as you can, which helps to keep our body warm and also make our body flexible by all ways, in terms of hands, legs, and the back pain also can be released by doing this exercise. I had tried so many exercises, but they all was not cup of tea for me, but I found this is very easy and convenient for me, and I do on daily basis in the early morning. I really remember this exercise was taught by my father, as I was a very lazy boy earlier, once he scolded me and advised this exercise to do in the morning every day, and after he suggested me, I got some motivation and I started doing this exercise early in the early morning every day, I also recommend to my friend to join me, as it helps to be fit and refreshed all the day, and also...

The one exercise I know quite well is running. Running is simple yet effective form of exercise that can be done all anywhere. All you need is a good pair of running shoes and you head outdoors whether it's a park, along the beach, even on streets. The best idea is to jog or sprint for a certain distance or duration. You can adjust your speed based on your fitness level and can either run at a steady pace or doing intervals, alternating sprints and jogging. I first tried running during my school days as a part of physical education program. It wasn't something I immediately enjoyed but over time I began to appreciate the simplicity and how it made me feel. I gradually built up my stamina and I can run a few kilometers few times a week. Running is a great exercise for several reasons. First, it's fantastic for cardiovascular health as it strengthens the heart and lungs. It helps burn calories, improves our overall health. Beyond physical health, running is also excellent for my mental health. It keeps my mind mentally stable and fresh throughout the day.

I think that one exercise that I really hated but I love it a lot right now I love to do that exercise would be Chakrasana. I used to I used to hate doing that because I was not really I was not really in a fit condition to do that honestly when I started learning yoga and I was more into fitness I slowly started to you know stretch out and I became flexible and honestly after that I could do the Chakrasana. I was really proud of it it was really a proud moment for me because I did not expect that I would I could do a standing Chakrasana because it's really not that easy and typically you would need to be more fit and flexible in order to do that which is why I was really really proud of myself and basically what you need what the standing Chakrasana is that you need to stand and you really need to bend 180 degrees in order to do so and it really puts a strain in your back and not everyone is capable of doing that at one go so it really takes a lot of practice in order to do that which is why I was really proud when the first time I did it

The exercise that I used to play is Zumba because the Zumba is one kind of exercise that makes me feel very energetic and active throughout the day. And in Zumba there are many types but I know only two types that are an aerobic and aerobic Zumba are there. So during my childhood also I do many kind of Zumba but it's based on dance only. And during COVID time I started doing the aerobic Zumba and till now I'm doing that accordingly. So as I told it makes me more energetic and be more active throughout the day and because exercise is the main thing that we should do four times a week because nowadays people are very busy in their own work and so we have to take out some time to do exercise to be more healthy and be more active in our daily life. So while doing exercise will improve the the way of thinking and also to avoid many of the health issues like heart attack and other like diabetes and all. So doing exercise like only 10 minutes a day will be very helpful for us to be more healthy in future life also.
