When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So I was born and brought up in this place called Guwahati, which is in the northeastern part of India. I had my, I had all my education in this part only, but as, but for my, fuck man, fuck fuck man. One exercise that I know well and personally enjoy is yoga. It is a combination of physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Yoga has been practiced for centuries and is known for its ability to improve both physical and mental health. To do yoga, you first need a calm and comfortable space, preferably with a yoga mat. It usually begins with simple breathing exercises to focus the mind, followed by a series of postures or asanas. These asanas include stretches, balances and strength build poses like the downward dog, the warrior pose and the tree pose. Some routines also include flowing sequences like sun salutations which are great for warming up the body. This session typically ends with a relaxation pose such as lying down in the corpse pose while practicing mindfulness or meditation. Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Beginners often start with basic poses while advanced practitioners challenge themselves with basic complex postures and deep stretches. It is especially popular among individuals looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility and maintain overall well-being. I think yoga is an excellent exercise because it is more than just a physical activity. It improves postures, strengthens muscles and increases flexibility. At the same time, it helps in reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity. Unlike some exercises, yoga does not require special equipment or a gym, making it accessible to everyone. In my opinion, yoga is a holistic practice that benefits the body, mind and spirit, which is why I would recommend it to anyone.

Exercise is very beneficial for an individual's overall well-being. Normally people focus on eating healthy and going to the gym. Running is equally important for the overall fitness of an individual. One such exercise that I practice on a daily is running. I usually go for a light jog every evening around my apartment complex for about 45 minutes. I first started this exercise back when I was in the 8th grade. My friends usually went for a run and I saw them and I asked if I could join and I started going for a run with them. It's a really good habit to have as it gave me mental peace and it helped me improve my focus and marks in my studies. Running is really simple and requires very less equipment. You just need a good pair of shoes and an area where you can run. Preferably the area should have no obstructions. You can just take your phone, set a timer in it and there are plenty of apps now tracking how much you run, how many pauses you take and what is your overall pace per kilometer. All these technological advancements have helped us track our run and prepare better for any upcoming marathon or any event.

I am not usually a fan of exercise and due to that I had to resort to different means through which I could burn my calories and maintain a healthy lifestyle. So one such thing that I enjoy, specifically not exercise, is the dance workout. The part of dance workout strung me because I enjoy listening to songs and dancing to the rhythm of the songs. So it was one of the places where I could have elucidated my habits and exercise and burn down my calories. So it was always once in a blue moon that I tried to exercise. So dance workout was a great deal for me. It helped me reduce my calories, be more active and efficient. It has always helped. And in dance workout, we use some dance steps and dance just to the rhythm of the songs. I found out first when I was trying to lead a healthy lifestyle. So there are various dance workout videos that you can watch on YouTube and you can learn. And also by doing dance workout, one of the pros is that you can learn to dance and this has always helped me and now I am many a times a lead dancer for my college or institution whenever there are festivities around. So that's it.

Squat is a lower body exercise, exercise which we do to improve our lower body strength and I personally love squatting everyday because it improves our overall posture and we can easily move, we can easily do any work we want which is a good thing. Squatting is basically done by spreading your legs little bit far away from each other and you have to just push your butt to the ground little bit upto 45 degree I guess.

So, an exercise which I know and the one which I do the most is the chest press. I am a guy who frequently goes to the gym and this is the exercise which I frequently work out in the gym. It is called chest press. It is basically lying down in a bench and lifting weights above your chest with the dumbbells and all. You can insert the weight into the steel and you can lift it. It is a great exercise for your chest muscles. And I first tried it in my gym back in the day when I joined gym. I tried it with my trainer. He used to help me that time with the variations and all and he was cross checking if I was doing it right. It is a good exercise because it circulates the blood in your chest so well. It is good for your blood circulation basically. And it gives you a lot of strength and it also feels you kind of motivated to do much more exercise in the gym. Moreover, it is not highly done by the guys in the gym. So it makes you unique if you lift a high amount of kgs in deadlift.

The exercise I love a lot is Pilates. These Pilates are done by using some flat instruments and metal instruments. These Pilates require a lot of huge metal kind of instruments while doing the Pilates. It is kind of an exercise and it should be done in someone's observation as it can be dangerous to do it alone without anyone's proper guidance. I have been introduced to this Pilates when I was 20 years old when I was completely physically unhealthy and physically unfit. To become so healthy and gain strength, my friend suggested me to do Pilates as they boost our energy levels and make us overall physical development will be increased, mentally fit, strength, it's going to train our strength, it's going to increase our strength levels and it is also important to know that it helps me to focus on my current stress levels. It also managed me to decrease my stress levels and anxiety levels. The minute I start doing the Pilates, it is so relaxing and refreshing to do it.

Yoga is a particular form of exercise which is practiced very diversely in India. It is an ancient practice in India and people have been recently going more into yoga because of the health benefit it carries with itself. It is not only physically fruitful but also stabilizes one's mental well-being. Yoga is one such exercise which a person can do individually at any comfortable place from a comfort of their own home or anywhere outside of their home in a park etc. It does not require any equipment. Just a sheer desire to lose weight or to be healthy is all that's needed. Yoga is actually an ancient Indian practice where the yogis or sants of Hindus would practice it to keep their balance into motion. One of my favorite postures of yoga is Dhanushasana. It helps you in fastening your focus and it helps you in keeping the vigor to lead your daily lifestyle.

So I would like to talk about a bicep curling and it is an exercise that really involves your biceps and your forearms and your palms. So an exercise that really helps your biceps grow for the better and strength. It is basically when you hold dumbbells or barbells in your hands and make sure you get your elbows close to your body and curl in a way that it really activates your biceps. I initially tried this in 2022 and since then I have been doing this consistently every year. So it's been about 3 years consistency, consistently of this bicep curling and I initially got it recommended by a friend, it was a thing that I wanted to do in order to lose weight and in order to look better and I really think that it is something that people should be doing in order to look better and feel better. In addition, I really think it is a super good exercise as it really involves your biceps, your chest as well and forearms and your palms. These 4 muscle groups really help you with your strength, your wellness and as you know health is wealth so I really recommend this exercise for your body. Bicep curling to be honest has been a big part of my life, I regularly do it, you know I do it 5 times a week, it's super exciting and it is extravagantly super good and I really do do enjoy it and I hope that my friends who I recommend it to would also try it so that it is helping others and stuff. Thank you.

Band 6-7

An exercise I know that I really do enjoy doing is running. It is a rather simple exercise if you can call it that. It can be done anywhere you can run. It is usually done in a park or in like an open field where there is enough space to run continuously in good stretches. But it is also done on treadmills in the gym or at your home. The first time I recall doing it is when I was in school and during one of our PE classes the teacher told us to run around and I knew what running around was but it really took me a second to actually think and run a good stretch, a good distance at a constant speed. So that happened when I was much younger. Later on I learned how to breathe while running, how to position my fingers, my hands and legs when running to make it more efficient and improve on the exercise. One good thing is running helps your body warm up and free up. It is mainly a cardio exercise that helps you burn calories but running helps you stretch out at the end of the day.
