When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Thank you so much for your question. I think this is something very interesting and something that I spend a lot of time on. The activity that I spend a lot of my time is reading fan fictions and storybooks. The reason why I think it wastes my time is because I end up spending too much time on it instead of focusing on things that are a priority and things which I should be focusing on in the current moment. And the reason why I end up wasting my time on reading fan fictions and storybooks is in situations which stress me out, be it an argument between my parents about my future. Because it honestly feels like even though it is something that I should have a say about, I really don't. Because financially...

So, the activity that often steals my time is playing badminton. Usually I play badminton with my friends after I got exhausted studying all the day. This is one of the activities which I love to do after getting stressed from my whole day. I usually prefer the timing to play with my friends in the evening. Because at that time my friends are free from their work and we come together to play badminton in our society. And why I do it? Because it is an activity that always make me feel relaxed and keep me energetic. And it also gives me a chance to work upon myself and playing daily makes me, you know, get better in that game. And after playing it is so involving activity that it usually takes most of the time and I often think that I am wasting my time doing this activity at the end. But however I feel relaxed also.

So the activity which I think wastes my time the most is scrolling through my phone. So whenever I decide to do a task which requires a lot of brushing up on the subject and other things, I don't actually do it, rather than doing it, I scroll through my phone. And the moment it starts, I open my phone, I open Instagram, I scroll through the Reels, and at the same time, I'm also thinking about doing a particular task which needs to be done. But in reality, I'm not doing that task. I am actually scrolling my phone, scrolling through the Instagram Reels, opening Snapchat, talking on WhatsApp, and trying to get answer to the question rather than putting my effort in doing that. So I think Instagram scrolling is one of those activities which I think wastes my time. Another thing is that I end up doing nothing throughout the day rather than focusing on the smallest of tasks. So what I believe is when you are struggling to do a task, you should start smaller. You should start by doing half an hour brushing up on the subject rather than doing whole task at once. Because when you do it, it is very well said that a room is not built in a day. Similarly, starting small, starting in pieces helps for you to achieve the task in a much easier manner rather than doing it all at once. Another thing is Snapchat using. I record a lot of snaps rather than completing my work on time.

I used to... the activity... oh f**k I don't know bro Let's go, what is there to do? The activity which wastes my time is gaming Most probably it would be gaming Because game has been a part of my life It's like a daily activity for me I would go play on for hours like day and night And I am sure that I would not be distracted when I am gaming Even when my mom or my dad calls for me to get down for dinner I would not go because I would not be able to hear what they are saying Because I would be just mesmerized and deep sunken on my games I would play like for more than 6 hours a day, day and night I could not say the proper timing Because it depends on how you... which time would you play and what do you play I would play mostly at night and order some snacks It eventually creates procrastination and it also has been a major cause of my obesity I know it's disadvantages and it's consequences but The pleasure of gaming and it's dopamine rise, I could not leave it And yeah, I am addicted to my gaming It wastes my time pretty much I could not study afterwards It takes a whole part of my study time I mostly prefer gaming instead of studying at some point of time Which is eventually bad And I need to be...

Usually, using mobile waste my time. Moreover, by using frequently the phone waste my time. Mainly, I use social media a lot. Using relentless social media take my time and waste my time. I will use any time social media in leisure hours. In that time, I can try something new or I can learn something new from other things. I use social media a lot because of Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, Snapchat, etc. So, it wastes my time.

Band 5-6

The one activity which I think which wastes my time that is exploring social media. I have a very bad habit about exploring social media and I use many social media apps like Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram and YouTube but most of the time which I waste on that particular app that is Instagram, I Instagram uses on a daily basis and I use it on multiple of times in a day and I use it without any break and I think that wastes my time because when I start to watching the reels, I explore and I skip reels and I scroll down, scroll down, scroll down and I just waste my time to scroll down the reels and I watching reels more and more. It content sometimes it gets good content which I like the most but sometimes it gets useless contents which I hate the most but I don't stop to scroll down because when I used to, when I start to scroll down the reels, I started it again and again and I think I waste my time on Instagram.

It doesn't I doesn't learn anything from it it's just for the Passing the time. I'll do a scroll the scroll through the Instagram. I Know it is. It's not good for my head. It's not good for my health and it's not good for my mental health even though I couldn't Even though I wanted to leave I am NOT able to leave that the addiction to the Instagram recently, I am starting to Get on the screen limit the screen time off from the limit the screen time through Fixing the top capping the hours. I spent on the mobile through the Digital well-being and parental controls. I have tapped the Instagram max on that By By doing that I am able to spend time more on the other things such as on my hobby such as playing flute Playing cajon and drawing etc. I am going learning Duolingo from German from Duolingo, which is which are just Helpful for me since I am aiming to go to Germany for my highest race But I still think that by wasting time on Instagram is Not good and even on our is not worth doing that I should reduce it to the basically zero should not spend time on Instagram at all For basic communication I can use for basic updates. I can use it for just dumb scrolling the Instagram. It's not good at all I should change little bit with that
