I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

The teamwork that I had done on the last time was in my college days. We were asked to prepare a presentation where we were in a group of five. So I was leading the team where we were supposed to present the presentation on a topic called mixed-use building. I had assigned topics to five of my group members where there was an introduction, the body of the content as well as the conclusion. So we had divided the topics equally followed by I was processing everyone and I was guiding everyone through the presentation. I had also given certain corrections to certain students or certain friends of mine who did not actually finish it. I felt they were hostile towards this work which made an impact to our group. Followed by I was little scared that the presentation won't come out well. This was basically like a below-the-belt behavior. Moreover, we did not put an end to this particular presentation. We took the presentation of the student who was very awful. So we started making their presentation as well which led to a strong presentation and it gave it input and knowledge about their topics to us as well. So this particular topics the day when we went and presented in front of our faculty the presentation went so good. The presentation went so good followed by this particular presentation was rewarded as the best presentation as I was a team lead and the process that I stepped and guided each and everyone was in the right way.

I work in a cruise ship so mostly time I we work like in a group so right now I am there I'm working as a supervisor so for me I have to help my team while they are busy so in the busy time in the busy time I always work I always help to my colleagues to leave their work so I always go there and then I started to work help them like mostly I work in a kitchen so I help them to bring some lettuce or make mixing some dressing inside the pot and and then I also help my grill man as well so sometime when they have a lot of papers like lot of KOT that we call the kitchen order ticket so I always help him to make it faster more steaks so we go we we can give the order as the time we have and I help also to my siding man as well to help him because he has a lot of siding like he has mushrooms and asparagus broccoli french fries onion rings and risotto and then rice so I always try to help him as well and in the last we are a team so we always help each other to make it fast everything so our restaurant is goes to the nice way everybody appreciate our restaurant because we work in a cagney's like a steakhouse so yeah it's very nice to work together with them and all of them are very team worker they can help each other very nice way and then we don't have any fight there so it's nice to work all the team together

I work as a team on my job and we work as a team to get a good PCS, which means post-call survey where the customer used to rate us. So we as a team, we used to get the highest PCS scores and we used to, like how the work involves us, like our processes, we used to discuss it during our huddle times, how to get a good, how to give a good customer experience to our customers. As a result of that, our team has scored a highest PCS score of the month of August and that was a history created by our team and that was the one of the best teamwork which involved myself. And also I have worked as a team during my college days for our team project and as you know, like as a student, we used to struggle a lot, like we had no idea what to go ahead and select a topic for our team project and we were a group of four and finally, one of our team member came up with an idea, so which basically given a start for us and each and each, all of them were assigned each and each team, everybody used to research about it and one of them was assigned to do the paperwork and documentation works. We used to finish that fast and one of our team member had a very good speaking skills, so she was the one who explained everything to our professor and has gone through, like we have got the best score and we have emerged as the best team during our college days.

I remember the time when I worked in a group. It was when I got a job in Almond Career Institute. They hired me as a content creator and we created a team of MBBS graduates and we worked as a group to find the mistakes in the questions made by the teachers. We mostly did our part. The benefits of being in a group that when you are not so much efficient on a particular day, the other people carries your weight. It was when I was working on a re-imaging task, the task involved deploying OS image on a base system. It has to be done virtually through a USB imaging option. It also includes other configurations that has to be performed. And I have done it via, I have done it remotely with one of my teammates. It has to be done using a USB and the OS has to be deployed virtually on to the base machine. I have copied the files to the USB first and had that USB connected to the machine, with the help of local ID there. And I felt so, I felt accomplished that I learnt a new task that day and it was quite interesting task.

Well I honestly say I do not prefer to work in a group but now I would like to talk about when I first time work in a group. That is about two or three month ago when I studied in college in B.Com. At that time my teachers gave us presentation about computer. So and so we all are decided to to complete that presentation with in a group communication. She is my friend so so after after two or three hours ago after two or three hours we reached into Vanchika house and and complete our presentation.
