I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I remember vividly that time when I worked in a group in my class 9th. It was for a group project when us students were divided into a group of 8 members and I was lucky enough to have 2 of my best friends in the same group. We were given the task to make a model, a craft model on natural disaster. We chose flood and we were given 3 hours to complete the model. Yes, believe me, those 3 hours were very less. We had 8 members and each of us were assigned a task. It was a complete teamwork. Other groups were quick but our group was slow. However, we managed it on time. I remember it because I had lots of fun in that group project. 5 minutes were remaining and we did a lot of mistakes in our model and somehow we pulled it off.

Actually, I was working on a group with students and I was the organizer and it was actually a tough task for me to do because the students were so stubborn that I needed time to motivate them and to initiate them to do the work. So I needed much focus and to be more severe with them so they can do a perfect job. Anyway, the result was not very great but it was a manageable result.

Let me tell you about a time when I worked with a group. So, here it happened on last December. In my work space, they enclosed a seminar and they gave me a project based on our blood collection. So, in my team, it includes six people and we just deliver each topic to everyone. We just divided it into equal and it helped me a lot to complete the project with a great effort. It includes the collection regarding some of the pros and cons based on the topic too. The teamwork is not just a simple thing, it includes a lot. So, back during my college days, I was asked to work on a project which involved finding the optimal design for a heat sink that would be used by computer systems to cool down the microchip. So, this was a group project where we had four students working on it and so we basically split the work into four parts where two of us were working on the prototype part and two of us were working on the thermal answers analysis part. So, I was part of the thermal design team, prototype design team. So, we basically had to procure components from different vendors and design of a test setup that would be used to test the prototype under different heat conditions. So, this was a very interesting project where like I had to use a lot of my expertise and had a lot of struggles to understand how to do the project within the given deadline. So, because some of the prototypes components were not available readily in the market, we had to ask vendors to design that and we had a lot of to and fro. We made multiple iterations of the prototype and the components because some of them were not fitting in the test setup, some of them were not optimum for the setup. So, it was a very interesting and very good project that I worked on as a group. So, there was a lot of help given to me by my friends as well. So, we shared the burden of the project and eventually we produced the final output which was graded in S by our professor and we even kept the test setup for future students to use it and it was a wonderful team experience.

I recently worked in a group project in a corporate environment which focused on computing the profit for the future years respecting various parameters that were given to us by the various stakeholders. I usually completed this mostly in the office 90% of the times wherein we were communicating with a group of 15 people and that also included a lot of involvement of various business users and stakeholders. There were external teams also that were helping us to develop models which were out of our capacity to think of. After the, in this project I actually learned a lot of things apart from my educational background and my usual parameters that I am used to. And I felt very accomplished after the end of this project and considerable appreciation was also received from my project mentor, my project lead and my CTO too. So we were very happy after the end of this project as it was very much a success.

Initially, I was working as a project manager since I completed MCA, Masters in Computer Application. The basic and the formal nature of project management is to coordinate the team and get the output on time. I was working in IT sector where my role was named as project manager. I have nearly 15 to 20 members in my team. I used to coordinate with each and every one who are working for any number of projects. I used to hold nearly simultaneously 5 to 6 projects. Each and every project will be with each and different developers. So I have to communicate and coordinate with each and every developer, get the output from them, give ideas and also provide my suggestions to get the perfect output and I'll communicate those data with the client who are with us for the project.

Here I would like to talk about a team work that we had to do in our grade 10 because we have a group project in which we have to work with our classmates. It is very compulsory and we get some grades on that project. So for that we made a group of 6 people in which 2 were my very closest friend and the other were my classmates. We had made a manufacturing project that displays that how a product is manufactured and then what are the steps are taken to so the consumer can get that product. Even though we had done this thing at one of my friend's home which was very near by my home and we all of in a group think that it would be very convenient place where we can done our projects. In the end we got our grades which was really good and on the presentation day our teacher also praised us that you have done really great work. After that from this we learned so many things that how to work in a group and how to cooperate with others while I personally believe that I had learned a good member of a group. So that can be also helpful in my future that how can I be a great person in a society.

I would like to share one experience with you. Back in the days when I was in 10th grade, our science teacher had given us a project. Basically there was a science exhibition which was there within one month. So she decided to divide the class into smaller groups and assigned everyone with a topic. So the topic on which we made our project was volcanic eruption. We made a working model of volcano, how it works, actually works. So we decided, two to three friends decided to meet at my home. Further we divided ourselves according to our strengths and weaknesses as I was good at art and craft. So I took care of the functioning and all the outer part and the model. Whereas one of my friend was very good in chemistry so he figured out how we can practically show the eruption part. Furthermore, we had one friend who was good at speaking and writing. So he researched about the volcano and the parts in which we can able to see most of the volcanic eruption. Lastly, we made that project within three days and it was a great fun. Whenever we work as a team, the work gets easier. The more the people, the better the work I feel. We got good marks and everyone did well.

Teamwork is the most effective way to cope up with a difficult situation. Today I would like to describe about one of such situations which I worked as a team. During the year 2023, I was working in Chennai as a design engineer in a solar designing company. At that time we had a project of developing a new PV portal for designing or sizing the PV system. As me and my senior Meena was asked to take up this project and complete it, we started working as a team. So I assigned some of my juniors who were design engineers to work with us. On her side also, she assigned some of her colleagues to work with her. So we both as a team worked and completed that project within two months. Actually that work will almost take about six months to complete but we were able to complete it in two months. That was a great achievement for us because it was our effort that reflected in the results. Our manager and our MD congratulated us for doing such a great job. I am so grateful that I get an opportunity to work with my senior and also with my good colleagues that supported with their whole heart to our team.
