When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So the photo that I took recently and I'm really proud of is a photo of my mom on a recent trip to Thailand. She looked really gorgeous that day and I made it a point to take a photo of her in a very beautiful background. So the lighting, the way the sun fell on her, everything turned out to be really beautiful and eye-catching and I'm sure anyone who looks at that photo will appreciate it. I took that photo using my iPhone camera and I'm really proud of it.

Not only that, there was one photo which I took was my family photo and I am really proud of that photo because I clicked that photo a couple of months ago during our family functions. I was knowing that it was the last time I am attending the family function as I was going abroad for my further studies and I won't be able to meet my family for many years. I was very emotional at that time, but also I wanted to carry away those memories by clicking the photos with me so whenever I miss them, I just have a glance over that whole photos. Also, I was very curious to take the photos. I was not letting anyone to take photo. I was only clicking the photo every single time. My whole concentration was only on clicking the photos and making incountable memories. I took the photo of my family where we were almost 20 people. My paternal uncle, my paternal uncle, my auntie, my cousins, we all were looking so much gorgeous when I captured that moment. I really took that photo because I felt really, really, really proud because that was cherry on the cake because cherry on the cake and all the members were standing together. I took a chance, clicked that picture and make it a frame and carry away with me abroad. Not only me, but my family members were also proud of that photo because that photo had so much emotions and it was a pretty good photo. I just love that photo and I constantly keep watching that photo every time whenever I get chance.

When I was on a trip with my family to Ooty, we visited a hill station, it was a beautiful and cinematic hill station, railway tracks ran along the hills and every 30 minutes a train used to pass by. So when my family and I visited this hill station, at the exact moment a train was passing by and I used my iPhone 13 to click that picture and it came out really well, it captured the train and the hill station and the sun at the right moment, the lighting was perfect, the contrast and the highlights of the picture were on spot. It was a mixture of greenery of the hill station and the blues of the sky and a little bit of warmth of the sun. So I am proud that I took such a picture at the right moment. If I had missed to take that shot, then the train would have passed by and I wouldn't have got such a beautiful photograph. So yeah, I am proud about this one picture and it still remains one of my favourite capture in my gallery.

I want to share that I clicked this photo at recent youth fest at my university. It was an event of award-receiving ceremony. I clicked that photo on my phone only that is android. So in that photo there was my friend named Grunge Paul. He received 2nd place in photography contest. The judges announced the winner's name all of sudden that we completely mesmerized in that moment only. He stepped on the stage and I have no clue what to do. I got confused but all of sudden I took my phone out and I clicked his photo which I really proud of. After that click he was so happy with my gesture to click and he took printout of that photo and get it framed and hang it on the wall. His parents also admire our friendship that being a friend I clicked his precious moment that he can adore forever. Such moments I think strengthens a relationship, builds the trust in a bond and nurture a relationship. So that day was really exciting for me. He also gave a party to all his friends circle and also shared about how I clicked his photograph and that he is really proud of.

One photo that I am really proud of is one I took of a tiger during a trip to a wildlife sanctuary last year. I remember that moment very clearly because it felt almost unreal. The tiger was resting near a small stream and that light was just perfect. I had been waiting quietly for nearly an hour and suddenly tiger looked up straight into my camera. I clicked just at the second and the result was amazing. You won't believe it. You can see the power and the grace in its eyes. What makes me proud of this picture is that it wasn't just luck. It took a lot of patience and timing also. It reminds me of the importance of protecting wild animals and their natural habitats. Every time I took that photo, I feel deep respect for nature and a sense of accomplishment as a photographer.

I took a portrait in Vietnam around two years ago. It was a picture of an old man who was playing his guitar. I captured the shot very randomly. Although I didn't have a camera at the time, I captured this image using my mobile phone which had an inbuilt 50 megapixel camera and had various modes in it. So I tried capturing the moment using portrait mode and it turned out really great. The portrait image showed the essence of the essence of joy that man was feeling while playing his guitar. It was a really random shot which turned out to be really great. Moreover, I clicked really bad pictures so when this picture turned out great it made me really happy. I had posted it on my Instagram and I've received a lot of comments for it. I think I might in the future purchase a mobile camera. I tried capturing few more landscape shots which also turned out great. Some of the beach pictures have also received compliments though I'm not very familiar with various editing applications so I post raw pictures that I've captured.
