When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I have this friend and his name is Giridharan. I met him in college and we have been good friends for three years now. I initially didn't know that he was really open but when I started talking to him I found that he always kept speaking his thoughts out loud. No matter good or bad he says them aloud. What I feel about that is it may not always end up in a good way. If the person who is hearing it takes it in the wrong way they could get hurt emotionally. I always feel that at times it is not really intelligent to speak whatever comes to our mind. In that way I feel that he should not do this. I've advised him saying that he should not speak whatever comes to his mind because it may offend certain people's feelings and they may take it in a not very good way. What I feel is it is okay to be open at times but not every time. People may not need the truth at all times. They may need words of encouragement and motivation rather than the truth explicitly put out there. I expect myself to be such a person who helps people to grow out of their shortcomings and not explicitly tell them the truth just to demotivate them.

This person that I am going to talk about, his name is Rachit Roda. I met Rachit at the time when I used to go to the library for my MDS preparation. I met him there only. When we first became friends, the thing that I liked most about him was, he was very open with his feelings. He was very expressive with his feelings. If he didn't like something, he would tell it straight to somebody's face that, no, I don't like it. He was always very open, very expressive about his feelings, what he's feeling, how he's feeling about things and people and everything around him. I think he was quite honest with his emotions and that I found very impressive and something that I could learn from him. He always used to tell people straight to their faces if he didn't like something that they said or without any hesitation. Even if he liked someone, if he had a crush on someone, he would directly go to that person and confess his feelings or emotions to that person. Even if that means facing embarrassment.

Today I would like to talk about a person who is very open about their feelings. Someone I admire greatly, this person is my close friend, Sara. She is a kind person who doesn't hide her emotions and always expresses herself honestly and sincerely. Sara is a very warm and empathetic individual. Whether she is happy, sad, excited or upset, she shows her feelings without any hesitation. For example, if she is happy about the good news, she can't help but smile broadly and her eyes light up. She even tends to share her happiness with everyone around her, which makes her very approachable and easy to connect with them. On the other hand, when Sara is upset or disappointed, she doesn't bottle up her emotions. Instead, she talks openly about what's bothering her. I remember once she was going through a tough time and instead of hiding her feelings, she shared her struggles with me and her fans. Her honesty helped her feelings relieved and it's also allowed us to support her better. Her ability to express her feelings so freely makes her seem very genuine and trustworthy. Moreover, Sara's openness about her feelings helps her build strong relationships. People appreciate her honesty because they know where they stand with her. She doesn't play games or pretend to be someone she's not. Her emotional transparency creates a sense of sincerity that fosters deep connections. However, sometimes her openness can be seen a bit insensitive, especially in situations where a more reserved approach might be appropriate. But overall, I believe her honesty and emotional transparency are admirable qualities. They make her a sincere friend and genuine.

So, uh, one person who I've known ever since I was a little kid is my friend Marcus. He is very open about his feelings, we've known each other since high school, and over the past years, we've stayed quite close. Yeah, uh, Marcus has always been someone who wears his art at his sleeves. Whether he's happy, sad, angry, or even nervous, he doesn't try to hide it. If something's bothering him, he'll talk about it immediately instead of bottling it up. For example, if he's having a bad day, he'll just say it, straight out, instead of pretending everything is fine. Similarly, when he's excited or proud of something, he'll show it with full energy and a big smile. What stands out about Marcus is that he's not afraid to cry or admit when he feels overwhelmed, which I think is pretty rare, especially among men. He believes that being honest about emotions helps him connect better with people and also keeps him mentally healthy. Personally, I really admire this quality, it's refreshing to be around someone who is emotionally genuine, it encourages others, including me, to be more open too. I think the world would be a better place if more people were like Marcus, being able to speak honestly about how they feel and how they would like to express themselves. I personally think that it's a way, it's a way for every person to be better.

I'm talking about my friend Archie. She is an incredible person. I met her through my workplace. I used to work at this queer feminist organization and she used to work there as well and we got into talking and that's how we became friends. I love being around her. I think she opens up and expresses herself very clearly and very authentically, which makes it easier for me to be around her as a person. I really appreciate the honesty that she brings even through moments of conflict, through moments of bonding and the shared laughter that we share. I think it becomes very easy to be in her presence because of her authenticity and it's a trait that I really treasure in her and in people. I love going out with Archie. I love traveling with her, eating out at restaurants with her, being in social gatherings with her. She is also a very emotionally available person who is there for you through your highs and your lows. She is someone who doesn't shy away from speaking the truth. Even if it is truth that you don't want to hear, even if it hurts you, even if it's harsh, she will still say it raw and clear. It is a quality that is very hard to find and I treasure it a lot. I consider myself very lucky to know her and I hope to have her authenticity as well.

The name of the given person I am about to talk about is Kawaroko Waguri. She is a fictional character in the book The Fragment Flowers Blooms with Dignity. I know her by reading that book and that book really inspired me to be more open, frank and genuinely care about other people's feelings and be more empathic. I actually admire her a lot. She is just sort of someone who can connect bridges between people who are distant to create a line between them. She has inspired so many and she has created so many bonds in the book that it would be a underline to say that she is a very…

An open person who shows her feelings very openly is my best friend Priya. We have known each other since college and we have been very close for over 5 years now. Priya is someone who never hides her emotions. If she is happy, she loves loudly, jumps with excitement and tells everyone why she is happy. On the other hand, if she is upset or stressed, she talks about it immediately, sometimes even cries in front of others. She doesn't pretend to be okay when she is not and I think that makes her very genuine and honest. I think she is very open because she strongly believes in expressing feelings instead of bottling them up. She says it's healthier to share emotions rather than hide them. She is also very empathetic so when others share their feelings with her, she listens with full attention and supports them. I really admire this quality in her. Being around Priya makes me feel comfortable and understood. Her openness encourages others, including me, to be more expressive and honest. I believe she has helped me become more emotionally open too. I feel lucky to have a friend like her who is not afraid to be herself.

One person I truly admire is my mother. She's a warm, hardworking and incredibly patient woman who has always put her family first. She's the one who openly share her feelings and memories with me. My mother works as a school teacher and she has been in the same profession for more than 20 years. She is well respected by her students and colleagues for her education and kindness. Even after a long day at work, she never complains and still finds time to help us with a problem or simply sit down and talk. What I admire most about her is her ability to stay calm in difficult situations and solve problems with a smile. She has taught me the importance of patience, honesty and self-discipline through her actions, not just words. Overall, she's not just a great mother but also a wonderful human being. I feel lucky to have her in my life and she inspires me to be a better person every day. And I feel like she's the one who I can share my feelings and everything to her openly because since I am an introvert and I was not able to share or communicate with anyone, but she's the one came out of blue, which I can share my everything to her because she is the one who is open to me at every time.

In my lifetime, I've seen and met a lot of people, but the person I feel is the most open about his or her feelings will be my closest friend, that is, Neha Pal. She is very open about everything. Something you might call as bluntly saying it out in the open. She is one of that. Additionally, I think why she is that open is because she has built herself in such a way from the past experiences and from her childhood that she immediately lets people know if she felt bad about something or about someone. So, this is a quality that I admire in people. Yes, being blunt to everything and everyone might not be good at some times, but it might be great at other times. However, whenever she comes and openly speaks to me about something that I did wrong or about something that she did not like, I look forward to not do the same mistake. And fortunately, this does not make anything bad between us. In fact, this is very influential. She has the power to change things according to how she likes and what she wants. And this is a nice inspiring quality that one should have. I admire this quality of hers and I look forward to gaining such a quality myself. She is a mesmerizing girl.

So, it is my elder brother who in my opinion is the most expressive person I know in terms of their inner feelings because since I was a child he has never shied to let out his true opinion on some matters in the family discussions which are a really crucial part of life, changing decisions also. He has very expressive opinions and thoughts which only describe his personality as a fulfilling elder brother. Apart from that, I feel like he is a very expressive person because he doesn't care that much about what people will think of him if he tells them the truth and due to his such nature he doesn't have many friends but the amount of friends he actually has, those are quality friends and whom he can rely on through thick and thin and especially being my elder brother, he is a very caring and warm person by nature which really puts me at ease and allows me to express my feelings to him as well. So, in addition to this, it feels really good to talk about my elder brother and talk to him as well and describing my elder brother over here feels like an achievement I feel like a personal achievement because he is the most loving person in my family according to me after my mother and father.
