When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

She is a down-to-earth personality. She always encourages me to do best in my life and tries to lend a helping hand to needy people. I think there are many various ways from which they contribute to the society. Firstly, she is a teacher and she always assists poor people in studying. She always lends a helping hand towards poor people and destitute sections. She always reflects the saying that Rome was not built in a day. She was not born with a silver spoon but she found the midnight oil to hit the jackpot in her life. Overall, I think my mother is a great person. She always contributes to the society. I think she is a role model of mine and I can learn so many things from her.

Well, one person who immediately comes to my mind is Sonu Sood, an Indian actor who became widely admired by his incredible social work, especially during COVID-19 pandemic. I first came to know about him through news channels and social media posts that highlighted how he was helping thousands of people who were stranded during lockdown. He arranged transportations for migrant workers to return home safely, provided medical support and even helped students who are struggling to pay their fees. What makes him truly remarkable is that he didn't do all this for publicity. He used his own resources and built a team that will continue to support people in need. I think he sets an example of empathy and his willingness to take action when most people simply sympathise. He has shown that fame and influence can actually be used for something meaningful. Personally, I admire him not just as an actor but as a compassionate human being. His work inspires me to believe that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference in society.

One person that instantly comes to my mind who I think contributes to the society is my grandmother. My grandmother had been a school teacher up until her thirties. However, after that she realized that most of the kids do not even get to enter the school or the premises because of their economic conditions or their family background. So, she decided to teach these kids on her own and provide them tuition free of cost. I know her from the fact that she is my mother's mother. I really admire her way of teaching and her dedication towards the society, her dedication towards the education system. It has always been an encouragement to me how important education is in our lives and how we should pay back to the society we are living in. She has been teaching, she has taught around 1000 kids till now that too free of cost. She also helped them for their university exams or even for their fees to enter those big large universities. All of her students are still in contact with her and they call her regularly and ask her about her well-being. Now that she is a little bit old, she has stopped teaching. However, she is still...

So, a person who I know and who is contributing to society for the welfare of society is one of my teachers, Praveen Kumar. He used to teach us in standard 10th and he used to teach us science and maths, but through his teachings, not only he included the bookish studies, but also he made us aware about a lot many things and that is something through which he is helping uplift the society in a very positive way. Being a teacher is no joke and it's kind of a responsibility to shape a person's entire life if you have a good impact on him. So, that's something which I saw in my teacher, Praveen Kumar and he used to give us a lot many life lessons along with scientific studies. He used to tell his personal scenarios and stories through which he used to teach us how one should have a look out at life and how one should tackle with the difficulties that comes throughout the life. I would like to describe about Dr. Ambedkar who wrote the law and he clearly describes that everybody in a country must be treated equally irrespective of their caste, irrespective of their clan, they must be treated equally. So I am much admired about his vision and his statement of law that he wrote for the people to avoid all those discrimination from the society and because of that I would definitely say this person Ambedkar had created a revival between the people who had been stuck in the ancestral practices of treating the others. All those ill-treatment had been completely avoided. I would say he is a revolutionist and his agenda about the society is to upskill the people who had been laid down by these religious and ancestral ceremonials to discriminate them. Dr. Ambedkar was a person who was born in a family where it is highly privileged family. Though he worked for the underprivileged people, after he saw all those discrimination happening in the society, he got a spark and then he acted to resolve all those issues in the society. The solution he took in his hands is the law and also he stressed the people to learn the law, to know about what are the sections available in the law to reclaim the possessions and rights which they have. Everybody in this country is equal is what he says.
