Show all 53 answers

Cue 1:What is the job?

  • Clearly state the job you would not like to do in the future.
  • Provide a brief description of the job's responsibilities.

Example

The job I would not like to do in the future is that of a traffic police officer. This role involves managing traffic flow, ensuring road safety, and dealing with violations, which can be quite stressful.

Cue 2:How do you know about it?

  • Share your personal experience or observations related to the job.
  • Mention any specific incidents or stories that influenced your opinion.

Example

I know about this job because I often see traffic police on the roads during my daily commute. I have also spoken to a few officers who shared their experiences, and it made me realize how challenging their work can be.

Cue 3:Whether it is an easy or difficult job?

  • Discuss the challenges and difficulties associated with the job.
  • Mention any aspects that might make it seem easy to others.

Example

I believe it is a difficult job. While some might think it’s easy to just stand and direct traffic, the reality is that they face harsh weather conditions, long hours, and sometimes confront aggressive drivers.

Cue 4:Explain why you would prefer to do something other than do it.

  • Explain your personal preferences and career aspirations.
  • Discuss the reasons that make you choose a different path.

Example

I would prefer to work in a corporate environment where I can use my skills in marketing. I enjoy creative tasks and interacting with people in a more positive setting, rather than dealing with the stress and dangers of managing traffic.

Conclusion

    Example

In conclusion, while I respect the work that traffic police officers do, I believe it is not the right fit for me. I would much rather pursue a career that aligns with my interests and allows me to work in a more comfortable environment.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Well, I would not like to do a job that is very stressful, for example farming, farming is also a job. I would not prefer to do in future because it is very hard to do, very difficult. Even a normal person cannot do it. If you are a farmer, you have to work hard daily and I don't want that hard. There are some procedures, some kind of instincts for them. If we do the farming daily, we have such a muscular body and although it was very difficult, I saw my father doing it, that's why I don't want to do it. It was very hard, he was sad sometimes, he was happy sometimes. I would like to do any software job other than that. For example, mission learning or AML that designs the exact models of the missions and uses codes for their working. I would like to do that, but in farming, the major disadvantage is that they don't have a constant income. That's why also I don't like it. Sometimes it will come higher, sometimes it will be lower. Other than that, farming is a backbone of our country. If farming doesn't exist, we don't have anything to eat. When the farmers don't care about the government, the government should care for the farmers. That's why I don't want to do a farmer's job.

A job that I would never do in the future is software engineer as I am currently in my software engineer job but I would not like to continue the same which is why I have chosen to study further and would like to become an Well This is my current job But it's not my type A job that I would never like to do in the future is software engineer. Well, it is my current job and I don't feel that I am made for this job. It just doesn't get to me. I never wanted to be a software engineer but that my parents insisted me to take computer science engineering. I had to land in this job but I'm not at all enjoying this job and I don't feel like continuing it anymore and that is the reason that I opted for higher studies to do an MBA which would make me closer to my goal and I would be dealing with something other than just coding and developing. It might be an easy job for others but I don't feel that it is the job role that I am looking for. I would never want to be a software engineer again rather I would be glad if I become a manager of a team or an organization or and there is furthermore there is also a job that I dream about from my childhood. It is a teacher. I love teaching. It is like my passion and I think that is the job that best suits for me. If there is any chance in the future, I would gladly become an instructor in any university or a college and would like to be an inspiration for the students by not only teaching them the bookish knowledge but also teaching them the moral values and leading them into a right path.

I don't want to do a job which is very, very typical and very polar to, like, any senior I don't want to be a doctor, especially, because I think there are so many other people who are doing their giving births, who are making births in that profession. Doctoring is a very good profession, I'm not saying a bad thing about it, but, However, I really don't want to become a doctor, I have interest in some other subjects and professions, which are way more interesting than being a doctor for me.

Recently we have commenced renovation at our home which involves working of various labors and labor class people with a lot of construction work around them. We started to paint a balcony from the outside during which they had to place a swing on the terrace and sit on it, lie in the air and paint the wall. I think that was a scene that freaked me out and even and although we try to maintain our house once in a blue moon but it always scares me to see how these people work. So I think construction would be a job that I never want to do or even look up to it. Also the pain, the mental and physical health that gets suffered due to it, I think there's a lot lying in their hearts when they do this job. So yeah.

    Band 6

That is a very interesting question, well actually I haven't thought about it much but whenever I think about the career or the job options in this field I probably feel like I would not go in the direction of the medical line, especially the doctors or the surgeons I know it's very odd to even think about those people are saving the others, right? I totally respect that but me, in my opinion, I feel like it's a very risky thing whenever you go into the surgeries or anything, if that experience, like the experiment like maybe taking care of the other person or in a very emergency situation if that thing doesn't come up as planned and if I wasn't able to save that person at that moment I will literally be regretting my whole life and I feel like I am not that type of a person who really suits in this kind of hospitality field but yes, I really appreciate those people who give their entire lives like their tears and sweat into it to make the other people live happily which is, I really appreciate that but seriously, if I have to think about this job field obviously I will never be able to handle it by myself but yeah, I would love to experience it once if I ever get a chance to take care of other people put not into emergency case

Today I am going to talk to you about being a doctor. Earlier I wanted to be a doctor. I took specialization in biology in my class 11.5. But I couldn't clear the medical examination. So, I didn't get the chance to be a doctor. I was just starting earlier.

Well, I like all sorts of jobs, and I dislike a few too, but particularly I do not want to be a cook when I grow up. I feel and I think it needs passion and an interest to do it, and we also need to be very talented in cooking. We need to memorise a lot of ingredients. I knew about cooking at the tender age of three. When I went to school, there was a baking contest. I was a bit nervous, and one time I was making a soufflé, I accidentally touched the fire and it burned my hand. It was very painful, and that day I told myself I do not want to become a cook, and I would like to become a veterinarian, because I have a lot of talent in animals, and I feel it's very helpful for future generation animals, and I really wish you like this speech. Thank you.

As I am a political science student, I am very much interested to do the teacher's job in the future. My father is a teacher in the high secondary school. He was the one who have taught me to study the political science subject. So I prefer more the subject as my core subject in learning. My studies from the political science starts from my 12th grade. It's a wonderful experience to learn more about political science. My father was very helpful for the studies. It's a difficult job actually. To make the students learn is very difficult criteria. And to manage the children is a difficult task also. So in the lesser standards of class, taking the class is little much easier as per me. My grandmother is also a teacher. And she worked as a principal. This also influenced me a lot.

Well, it would be riding bicycle because I met accident a lot of times and I injured. So, it's not good for my health as well as it's not necessary to do. That's why I don't want to do this again in my future. Instead of riding bicycle, I'd like to drive the car or vehicles. I love it and I'm trying to learn it with my best. So, I think which one is not helpful for my health, I should avoid this for this reason. Right now, I don't ride and I don't like to ride it again. I know it's about since my childhood and I used to ride a lot of time. As well as I was willing to buy my own bicycle but recently I met with this accident and I injured a lot for this reason. My parents are not willing to give me this bicycle for this reason. I am willing to drive and that's it.

The job I would prefer not to do in the future will be a sales job, like from my current experience during the internship as a sales intern, I have received a lot of difficulties of finding out the new leads, like there used to be a target set for daily 100 leads and I have to fulfill the target, which was the worst part I could say, because as a fresher you get 100 leads compared to your seniors, so there is a lot of work pressure going on which goes on in the mind and as well as you may find, as a fresher you may find difficulties in finding out the new leads and approaching the new people and convincing them for purchasing or buying the product and you may get involved in the argument with the customer many times, which sets a bad impression of you on the customer as well as on the company, if anything goes wrong during the selling process.
