Show all 53 answers

Cue 1:What is the job?

  • Clearly state the job you would not like to do in the future.
  • Provide a brief description of the job's responsibilities.

Example

The job I would not like to do in the future is that of a traffic police officer. This role involves managing traffic flow, ensuring road safety, and dealing with violations, which can be quite stressful.

Cue 2:How do you know about it?

  • Share your personal experience or observations related to the job.
  • Mention any specific incidents or stories that influenced your opinion.

Example

I know about this job because I often see traffic police on the roads during my daily commute. I have also spoken to a few officers who shared their experiences, and it made me realize how challenging their work can be.

Cue 3:Whether it is an easy or difficult job?

  • Discuss the challenges and difficulties associated with the job.
  • Mention any aspects that might make it seem easy to others.

Example

I believe it is a difficult job. While some might think it’s easy to just stand and direct traffic, the reality is that they face harsh weather conditions, long hours, and sometimes confront aggressive drivers.

Cue 4:Explain why you would prefer to do something other than do it.

  • Explain your personal preferences and career aspirations.
  • Discuss the reasons that make you choose a different path.

Example

I would prefer to work in a corporate environment where I can use my skills in marketing. I enjoy creative tasks and interacting with people in a more positive setting, rather than dealing with the stress and dangers of managing traffic.

Conclusion

    Example

In conclusion, while I respect the work that traffic police officers do, I believe it is not the right fit for me. I would much rather pursue a career that aligns with my interests and allows me to work in a more comfortable environment.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

A job that I would not like to do in future is to be a software engineer. I have seen most of my cousins and friends are struggling with the job, sitting 24x7 in front of the computers, laptops, talking to the clients with those headphones. I feel like watching them I feel it is more frustrating, I mean overstressed job, working for 9 hours most of the time and computers. There is world beyond technology, it is definitely a hard task listening to the managers or taking responses from them. I would prefer, I am happy with my job, so if someone asks me what is the job that I would like to do in future, I would proudly say Commandos.

Conquering a job is becoming a difficult task nowadays because unemployment is being a widely common issue all over the world now and according to me there are certain jobs that actually I have a passion for to do it and also there are certain jobs that I don't like to do even if I get a I would get a chance in future. One among them I will definitely name it will be the job of salesman because I had an experience being shared by one of my cousins who is a salesman in a famous automobile showroom and it is quite difficult for them because they have much work pressure since they need to complete their target in a month and he also because he also have a hectic schedule throughout the day and he didn't even have the time to do even have the time to attend a party or any any occasion it is very hardly find him to it was very hardly to find him on any occasion. I think better than that if I would get a chance to do a job of salesman I would I would definitely don't choose that job instead I am so happy with my job that I'm having that I currently have as I really enjoy my job my profession.

The job is executive work in a pharmaceutical company Executive means it is a completely bench work Group leaders will take the work from the executive They will allow the work daily basis The executive have to do all bench work Nothing but experiments Writing the experiment output They have to write and enumerate in a good manner It is a completely complex way A person will feel very hectic That is the main aim in the job It is a very complicated manner So this generation of people are reluctant to do that work It is a complete documentation Each and everything we have to write in a lab notebook in a chronology way We have to do the experiment at the same time we have to write I have noticed that lot of people get fed up from that work And they will vacate the job itself For that reason all pharmaceutical companies are making a e-lab notebook We have to fill the gaps manually But some companies have more cost People are planning to write the L&B For that itself they will appoint a fresher guy Nothing but executive In this job we have to continuously take the trials That we have to write in a lab notebook in a very contemporaneous, reliable manner In my point of view, it is a most energy consuming way Rather than we can sit in front of the computer and do documents

My father works as a TT in Northern Indian Railways. I have always seen him working very hard throughout the years and when I think of it, I would say that I would never want to do this job because it's really taxing and it makes you... because you have to travel for 4 to 8 days straight in train from one place to another, catering to people, listening to their problems and being away from them.

    Band 6-7

I would say that it's the job of a teacher. No hate to the profession, but I grew up watching my mom who was working as a teacher. I have seen it in real life the hardships, the challenges that teachers face day to day, in their day to day life. I have seen my mom bringing back work to home. Personally speaking, a job is something that should get over in that nine to five time frame. I wouldn't want it to continue even after you reach home because after you reach home, it is the time that you can devote to your family members. Whereas if you're a teacher, you really have to focus on all your students even after your work period. In India, I think the system is not exactly a great one. My mom has been in trouble multiple times for the mistakes of her own children in class and I have never felt like it was fair. If you really have to take accountability for something that your children does, I don't know what kind of a profession that is. Because if a person does something wrong, they should take accountability for it and not their teacher. I believe very firmly in that and I really do not want to end up in the same situation as my mom. You know, all the stress and frequent phone calls and the things that

The job that I would not like to do in the future is research work. I am a biotech student and I am currently pursuing my bachelor's in biotechnology from Adamus University and I would not like to go into the research area even though many people do think that... even though people usually assume that we who have done biotechnology and bachelor's of science will love to go into research areas but for me personally I will not because in our country the government does not invest as much in biotech fields and research is a very tedious task. People work for 30 years and after that also they do not find what they were looking for. It is a very mentally draining job as well as you have to do the same thing every single day. It is very repetitive. I would instead like to go into teaching. Teaching keeps you going. It will impact lives of other people in a more direct way and I think that I would be a very good teacher because I was a decent student and I wasn't the best of the class but that helps me teach others better as I can see how they think from my own perspective.

Well, I respect people who do jobs in all professions, but if you ask me a particular job that I wouldn't do, it would be the customer representative call person. It is because people who do that job, they have to have a high tolerance of handling frustrated customers and always be on the phone line 24x7 even though they have shifts for a particular time duration in a day. They have to be always attending numerous calls and surely I think they are mentally exhausted by doing that. While I respect people who are pursuing the job, this is my opinion of customer service representatives.

    Band 6-7

A job I would never want to do in future will be teaching or becoming a professor. It's not because I don't like it, but because it's as noble as, you know, an award or a medal because the teachers help us so much. And, you know, you should have so much knowledge to inculcate and answer the students when they ask you questions, I mean, which might not be posed anywhere in the world. So a teacher should have enough knowledge to provide enough knowledge. And I'm not saying that I will not have that much knowledge, but I do not want to be a teacher like I had in some of my, you know, college years. The teachers who didn't know anything and just told us to watch YouTube videos and learn from them. I do not want to be a teacher like that. Instead, I would prefer to be a microbiologist for which I have studied so hard as I am very much interested in science and microbiology. I love microbes. So doing something I really love is what I prefer in the near future.

A job that I would not like to do in the future is the job of a design engineer. I am a mechanical engineer by profession and we have studied design engineering during the degree. I did not like that subject at all. It may be interesting for some but I found it very very difficult as it involves extreme spatial reasoning skills and you have to think a lot and imagine a lot while creating a design. I would rather prefer thermal engineering better than design engineering in the mechanical field because I found it very interesting when I explored it. I similarly explored many areas in mechanical engineering and on the basis of that my interest lied in thermal engineering and not design engineering. Also, design engineering does not pay you much. In order to get a high paying job role in design engineering, you really need to have done special and expensive courses in that and even after that it does not guarantee a high paying job. Though that job is very difficult and requires very high skills of imagining, but still getting a high paying job in that field is a challenge. So, in addition to that I will easily prefer thermal engineering anyway.
