When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I have a best friend from my teenage life and we became best friends from a stranger. In the starting we didn't talk but later on we discussed about life, we discussed about our studies, life goals, emotional things and everything, everything day to day life then after knowing her behavior, I felt very comfortable with her and then we become a very good friend. Most of the time we talk about how's the life going, what's going in life, how was the day, whatever it might be, the bad things and good things, I like to share with her. So I think she is my one of the best friend whom I feel very comfortable around her, sharing everything and I am very unlucky because she is very far from me, she is studying in abroad, I can't meet her live but on the call we talk daily and sometimes the time doesn't manage due to the time management, she has college and I have college too, so she is a very good friend that everyone needs and till now I remember her every moment whenever I feel alone and I think she will be my best friend for my lifetime and I hope everyone should get this type of friend who is very kind.

What kind of friend do you like to talk with, Hoki? I like to talk with my friend. Her name is Tarzim Akhtar. She is my best friend. Even the best part of my life is to talk with her. She is a very good girl. I can share anything with her without any hesitation. I like her very much. I like to gossip with her. I like to share everything with her. She is like my angel. She understands me very well. She guides me very well. First of all, she listens carefully to my interactive talks. She also gives suggestions. Why I like her most is because she is my guide and tutor. She guides me. She acts like my mother. She is my best friend. Last but not the least, I want to say that she is my everything. Her name is Tarzim Akhtar. She is 32 years old. I am her friend from the previous year. Still we are besties. Inshallah, we will hope for the best future also.

During my college years, I made a lot of good friends, around 6 or 7, closely knit friend groups of around 6 or 7 people. Out of which, there was a person named Vedant, who was also my roommate for around 2 years. I really liked talking to him because we had a lot of common topics like he had a keen interest in football, he was a music lover like I am. He was very good at studies, so he would also help me better my grades in general. One of the good things about Vedant was he never...

I would like to have a friend. He should be a male, so that I will be feeling more comfortable and more relatable while talking with him. And secondly, I would like to add that the topic at which we are going to proceed our discussions should be with some ethics and morals. What are the basic ethics and morals any individual should formulate in their personal life? Not only the personal life, but any general individual that must formulate or must inculcate in their life. These morals and ethics should not be binded with the religious aspects, but they should be generally and naturally determined from the natural consciousness. The discreteness and consciousness about differentiating the things which are good or bad. This is the thing which we must talk about and this discussion should be like putting facts in front of each other. We can also debate on this topic, but we should keep this discussion pretty formal and pretty peaceful. That's what I want to do.

    Band 6-7

I have a lot of friends but I would like to talk about my best friend. Her name is Shweta. I know her since I was 10 years old. She is my best friend and she knows everything about me. Whenever I feel low, I will always go to her and I will tell all my problems. Whatever happens in my life, she is my secret holder. She knows everything about me. If I feel happy or sad, she will look at my face and she will analyze that without telling. So that's a special bond I have with her. Whatever sad or happy things happen in my life, I will first share it with her. I feel so happy and relaxed when I share small things with her. And also we will talk a different topic. Sometimes we seriously talk about our future goals. And things happen to us similarly. Our taste for everything is also similar. I don't know what made her so special. Without her, I am nothing. She will stand for me in my every ups and downs. So definitely I will proudly say that she is my best friend and I will forever keep her.

The person that I really like to talk to is my best friend from high school, Srishti. Srishti is an amazing person, a great orator, a great writer, as well as a very understanding problem-solving consultant. Not only does she have great listening skills, but she has great data analyzing and problem-solving skills as well. The thing that I really love about her is you could go to her with a problem, but you would always find a solution to it. I have known her since the past 16 years, and the reason why we would get along so well is because we would always find solutions to each other's problems. The way she approaches a particular problem is something that I would not find in a common man. She has a great, strong command over English, as well as problem-solving skills in computer science. Our friendship took a long way during high school. We definitely had very different interests, but we somehow gelled along well. Never have I ever had any problem about any conversation with her. Usually, she is my go-to person whenever I come up with any problem.

    Band 6-7

I would like to spend most of my time with my friend. Her name is Renu. I have known her for almost 8 years. She is a very good listener. She always understands me. We usually talk about our lives and also sometimes about our future, about our career goals, what we are up to and what not. She is always there for me, no matter what. She is like an apple to my eye. Every time I run into a problem, she is the one I go looking for. We used to spend a lot of time. We shared beautiful memories together. Her house was so close to mine, so we used to regularly go to each other's houses. We used to travel to the college together. I miss her a lot nowadays because she has moved to a different country and we don't get more time to talk. However, we make some time, once in a week or like that, to share our views.

    Band 6-7

So, my best friend is Subramanya. Subramanya and I, you know, sort of we share a lot and lot of things in common. We talk about philosophy, art, literature, movie. He is very much interested in classical Indian music. In fact, he is a musician. So, he is a flutist. And for me, I was a novice. I didn't know anything about music. So, he introduced me towards Indian classical music. And I was an expert on cinema. You know, I was a cinephile. I watched many many movies of all, from the directors ranging from Satyajit Ray, Luis Buñuel, Anzhai Tarkovsky, many people. I watched their movies and I sort of introduced him towards the movies. So, these were the discussions we have regarding, you know, all the esoteric things and we like to share these things with each other because it makes us believe that sharing the knowledge will uplift each other together into new zone where we can learn everyday by challenging each other. Sometimes, he challenges me to sort of understand a raga. I challenge him to sort of understand the rhythms or edits in the movie. So, where he basically sort of gets into it and learns what the editing is first and I go into it and sort of learn what is a rhythm. So, these kind of things, I think every friendship should be like this which is a stint of love and a healthy competition. So, this is what I like about him very much and this is why he feels extraordinary about everybody I have contact in my life. Thank you.

    Band 6-7

The one I will go to, to talk about my problems and other things is my friend Kumaran. We've been friends since 5th grade. I guess we are friends for almost 8 years and we actually talk about cricket, cinema and anime. We have a lot of things in common. So our vibes will match together and we will have hours talking together for a while. And yeah, since he is very understanding, calm and he is a good listener, he will always help me out when I am needed. And even for my IELTS preparation, in my country we won't often talk English. English is not a primary language for us. So everyone will suck at English but even though he is not good with English, for my preparation he is giving his efforts for myself and himself to practice English. So I really like that about him and he will always do 100% commitment towards friends and family. So yeah, it is very pleasure to be with friends with him.

    Band 6-7

A friend of mine to whom I like to talk with is my closest friend Dimple. The reason why I like to talk to her about my life problems as well as the new things that I experience is because she has her innate capability of listening to whatever I speak and also provide various detailed feedback that is required for me to inculcate in my daily life, whether it be of my challenges or as well as in my happy moments. She is the one that I would like to contact every time. Talking about the difficult times that I faced during my high school, she was the one who was with me during that time and enabled me to face my challenges openly. I like to talk to her about my problems because she has an ability to not judge my opinions as well as the work that I do. Her encouraging nature as well as the love that she has for me is immense. I feel safe around her and the care that she has for me is impeccable. She is an awesome friend and a good person in nature. She loves to help people and also understand them. I would really love to have her best friend every time.
