When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I went on a trip on my third year of my B.Tech and we went to Kodaikanal. The danger was that our signals got cut and the bus we were traveling got punctured and all the travel inmates were outside trying to get into another transport but we didn't find any and then a lorry came and it had a capacity of four people and we were friends of eight people and so we split up into two groups and four of us entered into this lorry. The four of them were still behind and after that when we tried to contact them for ensuring whether they got a bus or any other transport system, the communication was cut. We couldn't find any sort of communication between us and we were like a lost cause because we don't know where this lorry driver might leave us and we don't know where the other friends are so it was kind of a dangerous trip but later we got track of them and that was really a happy moment and it was a relief too.

I went on a trip to Mathura and Vrindavan on the 1st day of this year i.e. 1st of Jan 2025. I experienced a stampede at one of the temples in Mathura i.e. the Bake Bihari temple located in Mathura but we were out of danger as volunteers helped us to evacuate the place and helped us to go to a more safe place. The stampede was due to a surge of people and not proper management of the devotees. The lack of management led to the stampede but it was controlled well due to the presence of mind of the volunteers and some of the members.

So I will talk about a recent trip which me and my family went on. It was a trip to Kashmir in the month of December last year. The incident was we planned on visiting the beautiful landscapes and mountains of Srinagar and explore the snowy mountains and peaks, snowy peaks, experience snowfall as it is the winter season in December. We also planned on visiting the temple, Vaishnava Devi temple in Jammu Khatra. So we enjoyed our trip in Kashmir. We happened to visit all the places around and as soon as we were planning to descend to Kashmir we started late in the evening. Late in the evening as soon as we tried to reach Kashmir we ended up getting stuck in traffic and later it was completely dark and there were no lights on the road. Everyone was asleep leaving me, I was sitting on the front seat beside the driver. What I see was that we were on a dark road, there was nobody around and we were going slow because there was zero visibility because of fog. It was the entire foggy weather that day. My driver seemed to be quite suspicious and he took a stop at the, he really took a stop and we encountered that we were about to fall off the cliff. I believe it was a very horrifying event for the family, it was a very horrifying situation. However with God's grace and the bright presence of mind of my driver, he carefully reversed the car back on the road and we were safe and we reached our destination. I believe that was one of the horrifying and most dangerous event that would happen with me on a trip where a sudden instinct saved us.

Last year on my birthday, me and my family were travelling to Jaipur and we met a car accident near Jal Mahal. It was a very much traumatising experience as a car was almost about to fall at the pond. So we all were really traumatised and also it became very difficult for us to get out of the car because the doors were not opening and my younger brother, he started to cry. And when we got out of the car, somehow me and my family members were safe but the driver fell in the pond with the car and when he came out, he was bleeding because of the accident and seeing the entire experience was very much traumatising for all of us. It was a trip that was meant to be happy as I went there to celebrate my birthday but somehow it became one of the most dangerous and traumatising experience of my life and I feel very much terrible about it. After that, we didn't continue the trip because in India, we think like if an accident happens, it is better to take your way back home. However, me and my mother, we stayed there because my mother had a conference to attend also. That was the most bad experience for me as for her.

I traveled for the trip in January 2nd, we traveled a long distance of 200-300 km and it was very mind blowing trip, so we enjoyed the car riding and at the night it was very cold outside and we traveled different places between the travel distance in the destination and it was so amazing to see the places around it and when we reached the destination we were very happy that we reached the destination on time and we enjoyed the place, it was so fantastic and the danger was we were about to crossing the national park and we were very nervous and panic because of the wild animals and so we got through it and the best part of the trip is visiting the largest temple in the city and it went on and the trip was completed successfully.

Around a year ago, I went on a trekking trip to the Himalayas with a few of my friends and we encountered this very scary situation. It was all cool and happy but suddenly the climate grew dark and there was thunderstorm, rain and lightning. It was very scary and the trail that we had to go on was very narrow and ascending. So I was leading the group, my friends were behind and one of my friend almost slipped down the trail which is very scary but the person behind them helped them and we got away with the situation luckily but it was very scary when we had to help her when she was falling down the cliff. And this situation was very scary and it took a lot of days for me to forget. It just keeps reminding me.

Hi, so if I talk about my trip, I remember when I was around maybe 16 or 17 years of age, I was there. So, my cousin brothers, they planned to go on a national degree trip and which they asked me to join them. It was at a late moment, but I agreed to those guys and we went to national degree trip. There, it was quite good. We enjoyed a lot. One thing I remember during that trip was, we decided to go deep under the hill in the mountains where there were no stairs to go. But anyhow, we managed to cross it, jumping and moving here and there. But at the end of the day, we were quite happy. We found a few locals there and we spent a good time with those guys. And when we came up, we found lot of monkeys there. We had a good interaction with the monkeys and we exchanged our things. We gave some food items to them and monkeys enjoyed a lot. That was a good memory, a good trip, if I say. So, while coming up, we found some army personnel there. They interrogated us, asking us why we are here down because often guys don't go there. So, yeah, we tried a lot. We tried there to go, to experience, to check out what is there down and yeah, it was a good trip. Yeah, I enjoyed a lot. Thank you.

So, I remember the last trip I went was to Jim Corbett Park which is a wildlife sanctuary in Uttarakhand back in India. I went there with my family and the danger I incurred was that while we were on the safari in the zoo, I fell off the jeep and I hit my head pretty hard on a rock and I remember a lot of blood was there. Then I also remember that my father took me to the hospital where I had a lot of bandages and stitches also and after that I had to take a minimum of 6 days of bed rest in the hospital. After that I was discharged and it was a terrible experience for me. So, I would say to be safe from the danger I should have taken some measures like I should have sat properly on the jeep, I should have also followed the rules given by the instructor and the guide. I should not have peeked here and there, got a pharmacy to look for animals.

Recently during the first week of December, I went to a trip with my friends to Himachal Pradesh. There the roads are quite different, the overall natural landscape is quite different and the overall experience was quite dangerous but at the same time it was very thrilling. The roads are very dangerous, the roads are small. It is very difficult for two vehicles to pass simultaneously. So the drivers are really skilled but as a normal person from Mumbai if you go there and then you will feel the roads are very dangerous. Overall it was a very great experience. The constant adrenaline rush while travelling, the landscape, the mountains, the river flowing through the mountains. Overall you feel at peace. The nature is mesmerising over there and the quality of air, the quality of air is very pure. It feels like you are breathing pure air. You can feel the air quality getting better.

A trip I remembered where I basically felt very scared is a long time ago. It was the time when I was about 6 to 7 years. The incident that happened was we were returning back from our journey to Jaipur and what happened was we have to have cold drinks and me and my cousins started demanding cold drinks and we went and parked our car for getting cold drinks from a shop. But the back door of the car was not opening from us so my father told us that you sit there I will go and get some cold drinks for you. Later what happened was I was the only one who got straw in my cold drink and I got really excited about that and I started to saying that I have straw in my cold drink, I have straw in my cold drink and then what happened the back door of the car got opened and I fell and it got closed. Nobody noticed that I fell from the car because they were so into interacting with each other. After few moments my mom noticed that I was not present there so she started to feel nervous and later they noticed that I was running back and screaming like help and let me in please. The danger was that the car has been on the road and it was a highway. So all the vehicles, trucks and big big I don't know what they are called drums and everything are coming from back so it's a very risky thing because I might get hurt that time.
