    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    As a child, I lacked focus and concentration whenever it comes to studying or working nowadays. So, regularly do attempts to focus and study better. I advise you to make do with what you have. So, as a child, I lacked confidence and concentration and focus whenever it comes to studying. And by the time I got into college, I developed a way around it. Actually, quite a few ways. One of which is just spending time with my family and my dog, especially my pet. It just gives me a sense of calmness, which really helps me focus whenever I go back to my chaotic life, the scheduled one. And, regularly do attempts to focus and study better. So, one thing that I lacked when I was a kid was concentration and focus whenever I used to sit for studying. And I developed a few ways around it as I was growing up. One of which is I take time whenever I'm studying for way too long or whenever I'm working. I like to take some time out to just spend some quality time with my family, especially with my pet. It's a dog. And it just gives me a sense of calmness and relief from all that immense pressure that I've been working on. Even if it doesn't matter if I'm working or I'm studying. So, just taking some time out of my busy schedule and spending with my family or even playing games, actually, really helps me to just, you know, get back into working or studying with a clearer mind and a focus again. And I believe if I do, if I'm not feeling that immense pressure all the time, I do like, I do try to focus much better in a more appropriate manner. And that's how I feel like I can. It's something that I do generally or something we do regularly that helps you work and study better. So, as a child, something that I lacked very much in was focus and concentration whenever I used to study. And nowadays I do lack in focus when I'm working. And I did develop a few ways around it while I was growing up. One of which is I usually spend time with my family. I take some time out of my busy schedule and I do like to talk to my mother and especially my pet. It's a dog. It just gives me a sense of calmness and I can just go back to my routine based activities with a clearer mind, with a more focused approach. And on top of that, I do like to play games as well. If I'm working, to just clear out my head and get over that immense pressure that I've been feeling, no matter if I'm working or if I am studying. The lack of focus just goes away whenever I do things that calms my mind. Whenever I do things that calms my mind, it just puts it at an ease. And whatever thoughts that have been living in my mind are just vanished away whenever I used to play. So, these two things are the major ones that I apply in my daily routine. And I tend to do these on a daily basis in order to have a clearer approach and a mind.

    The something I do regularly that helps me work and study better is motivation and yoga. These two plays a great role in my daily routine because without this I can't concentrate on everything. But by doing this it way more helpful to concentrate more and we can solve problems or issues or anything that comes under way. And it also helps work and study better. It improves concentration which is very helpful to focus. And yoga which is a very good practice that helps to mainly focus on our self improvement and our personality and our way of thinking. And understanding something which is very good is a basic regular thing that it will work and study better. I do yoga and meditation and self motivation. These are the things I regularly do to work myself more and study better. Because without this I know I can't do better anything. And it is helpful in way more of understanding the solution and coming up with an answer is a very good thing I suppose. Furthermore, I think motivation is very good at understanding things. We are way more better than things like self improvement, personality, self care, taking care of ourselves. It includes everything and self motivation to study better comes within ourselves.     The one thing that I do regularly which enhances my work as well as my study is doing yoga early in the morning. So first of all I was not early bird like I don't like waking up early in the morning but when I started this ritual of waking up early I started seeing differences in my life in my life like personal growth as well as my education growth too. Moreover when I started doing yoga it helps in increasing my emotional stability as well as as well as my working ability to focus on one thing. Secondly it also helps me in maintaining my physical body structure as well as my stature has also improved by doing yoga regularly. I started it doing two years back because my father has forced me so if I have to give a backstory two years back I got very much sick so my father had given me a yoga schedule which helps me a lot to gain my weight as well as to get focus in life. Moreover it also helps me in getting score better so when I started it it helps me a lot. Additionally it was a tough task for me because I was too weak but after three to four weeks I have started seeing some differences so it helped me in initiating a good positive vibe from early in the morning and it gives me so freshness so delightful experience throughout my day that I never get bored now and I still believe that having one particular activity

    Spirituality adds a new dimension to my life always. The moment I start chanting few mantras or I chant few gods, it really helps me in bringing a feeling of peace, calmness to my mind. I have been practicing this since a long time and it's been very helpful for me because it gives a sense of confidence within me. It helps me and defers all my challenges that I silently face in my head. So the boundaries which I set for myself without knowing my own potential has been overcome through all these chanting of the mantras. So I feel very good, very calm after all these activities and it does help me study better, work better and it has given me very good results. And sometimes I think the things which the other people are very much fighting to get. So for those people who are fighting very hard to get things which I'm having right now, I'm working for those people. I feel very happy with the things that I'm provided with and the things that I have right now in life. So I strongly believe that if I'm not happy with the things that I have in life, then I won't be ever, I won't be happy in the future as well with as many as things that I desire to be present in this life.

    Since two months, I decided to transform myself in a very positive manner. For that, I have indulged many activities in my daily routine. In the morning, whenever I get up, I avoid screens. I avoid my phone for one hour precisely. Then, I drink a glass of milk and I go in the path to exercise and do yoga. After that, I take a cold shower and then I have my breakfast. And then, I do rest of my activities. Before bedtime, I read a book. I do not touch my phone for one hour before sleeping. And then, I sleep properly. So, this routine has helped me to transform mentally. Now, I feel good, energetic and enthusiastic. One more thing which I have involved in my daily thing is brushing my teeth before going to bed. Because I have experienced lot of cavities. So, for that, I had to take stand for myself. And I feel very energetic, fresh air. Apart from that, this needs consistency. If you are not consistent enough, then this is not going to benefit at all. So, I had been consistent since two months. I can see myself transformed very nicely. And today, I am proud of myself for being regular enough and being very very particular to get this routine.

    The biggest problem that I face during studying or working is focus and I do remember a time while I was pursuing my masters, I would stay up late night till 1am to 12am completing the task that I was supposed to wrap up by say 9pm the previous night and to work on this issue, I started listening to high frequency beats on Spotify that helped me calm down, that helped me clear my mind and concentrate on the task at hand, it not only substantially helped me in my studies, I followed the same routine throughout my work life as well and it has helped me achieve tremendous things. The main problem that I suffered from was lack of concentration and it has helped me overcome that. Adding to it, it has helped me yield better results as my 100% focus is on my task and I have completed my tasks quicker and the tasks that I have completed are more efficient. I use them while I did study for my finals and also I do use it when I do these day to day mundane tasks that otherwise feel like a burden. It helps me regulate my emotions, hormones and have a peaceful mind to solely focus on the subject at hand.

    I do exercise regularly. I started doing exercise two years before and at the start at the beginning I don't feel much changes in my body but after some months I realized my body is more active than before and I I don't I don't tired while doing work and it also helps me to concentrate on my studies because when I do good exercise then at that time all my pressure and stress release so it helps me to do better in studies and on my work field too and when I do exercise I feel better in a way good exercise feel likes a good food and after start when I am not eating much food my weight is so low before and when I started exercise so after doing exercise automatically body needs a high calories and protein food so I eat it and it also I after sometimes I realized that I work on my I have to concentrate more on my studies my scores automatically improve and on my work field I get rewarded they tell that you feel something another

    I would like to tell about how I developed my skills that use it for my study better. When I was in 11th grade and 12th grade, I used to have a normal basic classes and normal learning skills. I don't have that much learning and any upgrading skills. When I came to architecture, I used to have various skills to learn like there are many other softwares to learn. So once I decided to maintain a graph for me, in first year I was like I know only painting. When I came to fifth year, when I am in my final semester right now, I was very upgraded myself and I am seeing my graph skills. Like I am having a literally great skills. Like in first year I was only having a painting skill. Coming to third year, fourth year, I am very interested in photoshop and all other skills. Coming to now, I was very familiar with all these softwares which are in our architecture skills. So furthermore, there are many other skills that are available in outskirts. So additionally, I want to tell that there are many other skills to learn and upskill. I would like to recommend many things to other people so they can learn better.

    Let's start a race As I woke up at early morning, I started my day with a fresh cup of tea and sometime I drink black coffee, it boosts my energy at early morning and after that I do meditation. It helps me a lot. Meditation can help me while studying and while going to job, it focus my mind and it clears my thought. So it helps me a lot when I was doing something and I was the one who are not wake up at early morning person. So I wanted to be a part of that in future. So in that way I was not listening any music but nowadays I am listening a calm meditation type music. It helps me to motivate me a full day and also I am reading some books, it focus on my thoughts and it helps me not to get distracted and nowadays there are some factors which affects on my mind. I am getting depressed sometime due to I am giving my IELTS exam second time, it affects my mind. So I started by preparing IELTS exam, that time I am not thinking anything while first time I am giving exam but today it is hard to me to get ready from it.
