    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    I feel that there have been a lot of inventions lately in our society. Apple Watch being the most important one, but the most unrecognized one. Apple Watch is something that helps people be healthy as well as fit. It motivates people to keep a count of their steps and gives a target of 10,000 steps per day. I also use an Apple Watch because of which I have started losing a lot of weight because I keep a target of walking for 10,000 steps daily. It has changed a lot of people's lives as well. It is a savior from death because whenever the heart rate increases or whenever the heart rate decreases, whenever a person is going from bradycardia or tachycardia, it immediately notifies the person that something is wrong with the body. It also detects the BP of a person. It's very much important in our day-to-day life because you never know what can go wrong. So it's always better to have an Apple Watch and carry an Apple Watch. There has been a new series that has been launched currently and it says that if we complete 15,000 steps per day till one year, we will get a free Apple Watch. And I feel that's a very good step to have a healthy and a good life. People should be motivated enough to buy this Apple Watch because it's always going to help them in a better way and always going to keep them healthy and safe.

    So, if we observe the history, there are some inventions that are really helpful and made a difference in the lives of the people. So one such invention is steam engine. So it enabled the transportation process in the lives of the people. So basically when we see in the past, the most frequent thing that is used for transportation is like bullock carts or the vehicles that are guided by the animals. And also we have for the intercontinental transportation, we have things like ships. But after the invention of the steam engine, we get to have transportation modes like trains and mechanical ships, they really change the way of the transportation. So it made people to access the goods easily. So previously if the area had a shortage of rainfall, they might get a drought and they would have famines. But after the invention of the steam engine, they could access the food materials from the other regions that are bountiful of the produce. So I really think transportation made a great difference in the people, for the both younger and older people in any era of the time. So now it enables people to move faster between the regions and also helping each other by going to any area and any places. And also people could access international flights or international areas or any part of the nation by these inventions and innovation that comes after it.

    Yeah, I think my option would obviously be mobile phones and in like talking about ways how it has changed people's lives, I would say it has changed people's lives to a level that we would never even expect it, maybe like 50 years ago. Because first of all, having the fact that we can contact one person from one end of the world to another, which we would never expect in a million years, that is 50 years ago. And a lot of things that has changed, everything that gets included in the like, like technical thing, I mean, it really be good or bad for people, everything, I would say that everything has its own pros and cons. And I would say, just as everything has its own cons, mobile phones has its own pros. So like, like I said, contacting one person from one end of the earth to another, that is one. And then like, you know, social media, updating, trying to find a location, figuring out if you have any doubts. And now from after that, now AI has come. So AI is like, like we all know, we can get anything. And it's saying that in a few years, AI will start understanding how people can think not just like answering our questions, they will be able to think for themselves. I've saw this AI comes, there was this time where two AI would communicate with each other using codes that the people who were talking to them couldn't understand. And they were starting to communicate. So you know, in a few years, they can start communicating with each other. And if you ask me who would it benefit more, the younger or older generation, I would say equally because for younger children, just for their safety, like if something is, you know, if they are lost, they can find their way, or, you know, if in case of any kind of emergency, they can call their parents or send their location and for the older people as well, there are, you know, a lot of different kinds of medical emergencies, like if you click the power button three times, you'll go to the emergency SOS section. So I think everything has its own, you know, benefits, especially in this.

    I would say internet is the greatest invention of all time. It has not only changed the way we live, it has a lot of positive influence on our day-to-day lives. It has helped reduce complexities in our routine, and has helped in a lot of ways. For example, it has become very easy to transfer money, it has become easy to access data, it has helped students in learning, it has boosted the educational field. For example, people who cannot afford expensive tuitions or classes, YouTube has free courses available for these people. Internet used to be a luxury, and now it has become a part of everyone's day-to-day life.

    I think one of the greatest invention is AI, Artificial Intelligence, which change the world in a totally positive way. That's why what I think like we can do numerous work through AI, we can give it to order and we can make website just giving order to it. That's why I think AI change the way we used to live in the past. However, I thought AI has some drawbacks because it is taking a job of some people. However, it is making a good impact. Overall, it is making a good impact on society. Like doctors are using AI for Neurosurgery in brain. So, it is helping in so many ways. I also can create a website through AI and recently I made a bakery website and it was looking good by just giving an order. And it completed it. And I also prepared my IELTS examination through AI. It was really amazing and helpful for me. However, I must say if we use it in a positive way, it can really benefit us and it depends how someone use it. He use it in a positive way or negative way.

    Fitbit watch is one of the amazing inventions that I am surprised as well as happy about. The most thoughtful thing about this is that it is related and it enhances the people's thoughts too and motivates them to keep a track on their physical health. Basically, in today's busy world, we do not get time to take care of our health or our diet. So, in such a situation, I feel that a watch like this is essential and very crucial for us to monitor our daily exercise or the daily steps that we do, which benefits our health. Continuous and consistent use of this can benefit an individual. Although this is more beneficial for the working individuals, senior citizens such as elderly people, they also benefit or get to understand and monitor their daily steps and as well as they get to improve the amount of exercise or workout they do on a daily basis. I would suggest that each and everyone should wear a Fitbit to work as well as at home so that we are aware of our physical health at all times.

Earlier human race used letters, writing letters, post for communication, but with the change of mobile phone, headless devices, have changed completely the entire history of human communication. And it is like it is affecting all people's life. Earlier for communication people used to send letters from one place to other place, but now people can directly call and discuss the things between distant relative. And this is like it is saving a lot of money and even time for them. So there are lot of benefits. It is not related to only communications. Now health devices like mobile phones, you can check your vitals, daily vitals. Even you can check your health reports. Everything are available on these devices. And nowadays more and more inventions are coming into the picture which are very beneficial for each generation. Let's say for younger generation and older generation also. There are certain apps which you can download and you can track your health. And this is more important in the case of older people. And they can track like let's say somebody have risk of heart attack. So they can download some certain apps. Those are associated with nearby hospital. And whenever they are seeing some kind of issue, they can alert.
