I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Personally, I like art because whenever I see some realistic picture or drawings, my mind automatically feels some pleasant memories and pleasant, it gives some pleasant experiences. That's why I love arts. Now I would like to talk about a specific experience when I was a school children. I think in class 10th, at that time, there was a drawing competition at my school. I am a good drawer. As a drawer, as an artist, as an artist, I think I draw a picture with mountains and full of clouds above the mountains and front of the mountains, there was a small house with some children are playing behind in front of the mountains. It was my picture, really I did my picture very well because I had a special experience with my tutor who was teaching drawing at the time. Honestly, after the competition, the result was announced, I didn't expect that I get first prize on the particular competition, but unfortunately, I got it, I got first prize for the drawing competition. So still I learn, still I'm learning some new tactics about drawing. I don't want to spend too much of time.

First, I'd like to speak about the activity of art competition, first I did oil painting which was based on the theme of women empowerment, it was conducted by my school and I got the first prize for that painting and all my teachers and my school principal appreciated me for that painting which was very realistic and ideal and next I want to speak about the craft activity which was also conducted by my school, back then I was very keen and I was very smart student who wanted to participate in all the activities and I was very active, still now I like to participate in all the extracurricular activities, so the activity was based on the theme best out of waste and I got an idea of using the compact disc which we used to watch movies and listen songs, I took all that, I mean like the ones which is waste and we did not and the one which we didn't use, I took all of them and I painted it and pasted some shells on it which I collected from the beach when I went with my parents, so it was very innovative and beautiful.

I painting activities, art and craft activities held in my school is like painting, crafting from waste of material. This year also I participate in my college arts and craft activities where I get first prize in this. This make me feel so great. I really like to enjoy this activity doing this. In this activity I mainly use paper crafting like coiling of paper and making some flowers that types of things and also waste of material like say I use bottle where this bottle I cut them and making flower from this also. This make me feel really great.

In my school days, I used to make collage. In making the collage, I used to feel very happy about it because every time I made the collage, I made a new design. I used to take a big piece of chart paper and I used to cut small pieces of newspaper and then I used to stick those newspapers on the chart paper to make a beautiful creative design. I avoided using colors or any kind of highlighters. I just used newspapers and that color of the newspaper used to give a unique color to the collage itself. So that was very very very attractive in looking. And after making that, I used to hang that newspaper cum chart paper in my classroom and that used to give the classroom a unique design and it used to make the classroom very much attractive. Teachers used to praise about the chart paper cutting and the chart paper that I used to make the collage and I used to feel very proud that yes I can also be a creative person and I can also be very much creative in this field as well. When I was in 7th standard, I have got project by my social teacher. She told us to make a globe, planet globe and planet earth. She asked to mention the details of every country and it must be accurate as a real globe how it looks. That's why I created it with a very unique idea like a coconut. I brought a coconut and I peeled all the exterior and I used that coconut like a globe and I have created it in that way. I also painted all the stuff of that and I have mentioned every design and every country in the likewise how the actual globe is. Then after I take it to my social teacher, she appreciated my work which I have done and all the fellow students also appreciated my work. This is the thing I have done during my project in 7th standard and that was likely a very good project I have done ever. I have got applause from all the school and they also asked me to share some ideas so that they can also implement in their projects. This is the thing which I want to mention. Thank you.

Today I would like to talk about an art activity that happened in my school. I was 14 years old when this happened. We were given a project which is called artificial heart. So we made this heart using a cardboard box. So we cut the cardboard into two pieces and made it as a box shaped heart. It contains two atria and two ventricles and then we used water as blood to flow through the cardboard. The water flows through the cardboard through the pipe which was attached to the hose. So the process how this works is that water will act as blood which goes from atria to ventricles and to the pulmonary artery which is another pipe that is attached to the ventricles. On the left side of the heart we have the pulmonary arteries and capillaries where water passes through it and reaches the organs which are also made of cardboard. So this was the project that we made during our school activity. So principal came and told us that this is the best kind of project that you made and we were given the first prize during our celebration. And then every student was like how did you guys make this kind of project.

Well till class 7 I have had those art and craft classes in my school days and most of them were fun and we used to learn lots of new things but one of those I really liked and I still remember those things is glass painting. Once like in the final summation of my class 7 I had that activity of glass painting and whenever I was introduced with this particular art and craft it was really fascinating that time because I was totally unaware of that stuff we can draw something on glass and it was really high level art for me as I was really child back then but still like I went I can remember I went with my father to buy those thing from you know stationary shop that glass painting kit glass and plastic lots of thing to decorate that particular art and craft activity which I have gotten that time for as homework and yeah I first time I drew I think a flower rose and it was really messed up as I can remember it was not as good as I can imagine but yeah I was really happy because it was my first activity I have had and then within the time I draw on glasses several you know idol it is like Lord Krishna a scenery or like lots of thing and I can remember my class teacher really praised me over my activity and the way I improved day by day and yeah I liked glass painting like one of my really favorite activity back then.

Well, art and craft plays important roles and in every person's life, however, today I would like to talk about an art and craft activity which I did at my school. I did this activity when I was in twelfth standard. At that time, my school organized one competition, it is also known as art and craft competition. I participated in this competition with my best friend, her name is Jashan. Me and my friend Jashan decided to made a girl who was crying, our main topic was save girls. We made one girl on a paper with lot of colors. In this competition, when the result was declared, at that time, me and my friend felt over the moon because we get a first prize in that competition and everyone praises for us because we did lot of work.

So, it's an activity in school. I can choose the topic of art I used to make in my school, like I used to paint in my school. So, on every Saturday, we used to get a free period. In that period, we used to make drawings. It's a leisure activity. We can do like that. We can consider that like that. However, they used to tell us what you want to do, you can do. It's your time. It's your leisure time. You can do whatever you want. So, always, I used to paint the art on any canvas. In that period of time, I used to paint houses a lot. Houses, mountains. I also used to add trees. I love greenery. I love plants. And so, at that time, I used to make that a lot. And I used to paint everything according to my preferences.
