When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

One TV series that I really enjoyed is Planet Earth, which is a documentary series produced by the BBC. To begin with, I was drawn to it because I have always been fascinated by nature and wildlife and this so captures the beauty of our planet in a truly breathtaking way. What makes it even more unique is the combination of stunning cinematography and compelling narration by Sir David Attenborough. The visuals are so vivid and immersive that you almost feel as if you're standing in the middle of a rainforest or diving into the deep ocean. Moreover, the background score perfectly complements the imagery, which makes the whole experience almost cinematic. Another reason I like it is that it's not only entertaining but also educational. For instance, it highlights endangered species and the threats they face, which makes viewers more conscious about environmental issues. In fact, after watching certain episodes, I felt more motivated to pursue environmental studies because it reminded me of how fragile yet extraordinary ecosystems can be. Finally, I think Planet Earth stands out from other series because it doesn't just present facts, but it tells stories that connect us emotionally with the audience. As a result, every episode leaves me with a sense of wonder and also a strong desire to protect the natural world.

So the TV series I like is called Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha. It is a Korean TV serial which aired in Netflix in 2023 last year. It is about Yoon Hye Jin. A TV series that I really like and still binge watch it is Modern Family. It was suggested to me by my office colleagues when we were discussing about various TV shows that each of us likes to watch and many people came up with a lot of different shows. But one show that really stood out of all the suggestions that were given to me was Modern Family. I decided to watch Modern Family because of the fact that it was a family friendly show and it was an ensemble cast show meaning that it had a lot of different characters contributing to the show and I like shows which have a huge cast because each character adds their own spice to the show and I feel that the show becomes a lot lively when there is a huge cast working for the show. The reason that I really like the show is because it is a show which really teaches you about life, it really teaches you about family values, it really teaches you about how to live to the strengths of your family members and it teaches you about why it is important to really live as per your family, like everybody in your family because at the end of the day, it is your family who is going to stand by you, not any stranger. So that is why I really like the show. Moreover, it is a really unique show because it is about, you know, breaking the stereotypes and not really judging people based on their life. For example, there is a couple in the show in which the husband is about 70 years old but the wife is 40 years old.

A TV series that I like is Stranger Things created by Duffer Brothers. It was first released on July 15th of 2016. It is a story of a young girl set in the 1980s. She has the psychokinetic energy where she opens a door between earth and alternate dimension called upside down. It is a fictional story where we can also see many different types of creatures who tries to harm the city. But the girl's ability will protect the city. The girl will also have some friends. It also teaches us about friendship and how we can value each other. It shows how we have to protect each other from danger. We must also learn from the story that we have to be there for each other. It is a very beautiful series and people who prefer horror and fiction would definitely go for it. I have been following this series from the day it was released. I have already watched season 1, 2, 3 and 4. Now the 5th season will be released on December last week. It will be in 3 parts and I am very excited to watch the whole series complete.

To be honest, I don't watch television very often, but one series that completely captivated me is Sherlock. The modern adaptation of Arthur Conan Doyle's famous detective stories. I first watched it around 2 years ago when I had a short break from university exams, and I ended up being watched almost the entire series in a couple of days. This series is set in modern day London and follows the brilliant but eccentric detective Sherlock Holmes and his loyal friend Dr. Joan Watson. Instead of traditional Victorian settings, Sherlock uses modern technology, smartphones, GPS and even social media to solve extremely complicated crimes. Such episodes are like a mini-movie, full of suspense, mind-blogging mysteries and clever twists that keep you on the edge of your seat. What I find most fascinating is Sherlock's unique way of thinking. He has this extraordinary ability to observe tiny details that ordinary people would completely overlook, and then he connects them to solve the entire puzzle. The chemistry between the main characters also feels incredibly real and engaging. On top of that, the cinematography, the background music,

One TV series that I really enjoy is Friends, the classic American sitcom. It revolves around the lives of six friends living in New York City, and it beautifully captures their daily struggles, relationships, and harassment situations. I started watching it a few years ago, and even though it first arrived in the 1990s, I find the humor and storylines timeless. Each episode is about 20 minutes long, so it's perfect for watching in between study breaks. I don't watch it regularly now, but whenever I feel stressed or tired, I play an episode or two. The main reason I like this series is because of its light-theorized nature. The characters are relatable, and the humor never fails to lift my mood. It also helps me improve my English listening skills as the dialogues are natural and conversational. Overall, Friends is more than just entertainment for me. I feel like comfort television, something I can always go back to when I need a good laugh or relaxation. When I was watching the series, I was over the moon. Even my parents also liked the series.

One of my favorite TV series is Game of Thrones. I remember to this day I started watching it during my college year. My midterm examination was just a week away and I casually strolled onto this series and I started watching. This was so addictive that I finished 3 seasons in 2 days without studying anything at all. But something tragic happened during the 3rd season and the person who I thought would turn out to be the hero of the whole sequence and whole drama died and I felt a sense of boredom and I gave up on the series. Only to return back to it after 6 months. I endured the whole 3rd season being bored. After that the kind of thrill, drama and storyline that series turned into was just amazing and I cannot forget it. Moreover, the release of the last part coincided to the exact time when I finished the last season. And I had the chance to finish the whole series during that time for which a whole lot of people were waiting for almost 1 year. It's just a cherished memory and I would always recommend anyone to watch this kind of movie.

My favorite genre to watch movies and TV shows is romantic comedy. While I was looking for a nice comedy and romantic TV show, my friend suggested me to watch Schitt's Creek. This show is available on Netflix and it has several seasons. It is actually a sitcom which has various kinds of themes like romance, family, emotion and most importantly inclusivity. So, this character called David is a queer character. This show made it a point to portray this person as the main lead instead of a comedic relief. If you look at most of the films or TV shows, they make it a point to display the queer characters in a very derailing or demeaning way. However, what this show did differently was it made it a point to show them as any other heterosexual character is out there. They did not try to use them for any sort of humor or any sort of disrespect. They purely portrayed their needs and their desire and their relationships in a pure blissful manner. So, that is one of the reasons why I love this show and not to mention it's quite funny. They made sure that no joke is offensive or disrespecting any person or any sexual orientation. It's a pure, clean comedy show. It does not have any sort of bad humor or dark humor.

I want to share my experience about one series which I liked the most is Game of Thrones. It is a series which was hyped since I was in school. My classmates used to just wait for the new episodes and watch it the same day when it is released. So I just got interested in that by seeing some reels and watching its trailers on different websites. So I started watching it in my college and I am shocked to say that I completed that series in one week. That series contains 8 episodes and each seasons have 10 episodes in particular. And each episode is of around 1 hour and still I managed to complete it in a week because it was so interesting. It was all about how the politics of the throne goes by and my favorite character in that series was Jon Snow because how his character got developed along the different seasons, I just liked it completely. It was a fictional series which have certain unreal creatures like dragons, witches, giants, white walkers, dead peoples, walking. So I kind of liked the concept of it but it was absolutely sensational watching it.
