When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

The recently visited new place is Darjeeling, and it is located in West Bengal, India. And I went there, the reason behind is to relax my mind, because it is located in a, it's a one kind of hill station, it's located in top of a hill, and the weather is very calm over there, and people are very welcoming, so the temperature is also low. And I prefer to go at low temperature weather places. And one of the reason I went there, because I went there post-COVID situation. I went there to relax my mind, because the relaxation is what I needed after COVID-19, because in COVID-19 the totally environment was different, and everywhere it is very stressful environment. And even in my family also, so people are getting affected with COVID. They recovered by the God's grace, and after that I want to relax my mind, I want to go to some places where I can relax, I can chill sometime. And that's why I went there. And I went there in the month of January last year, and it's a very welcoming and peaceful environment. I enjoyed so much, and I explored different things there, and I explored different kind of people. I explored different kind of places over there. That actually helps me to calm down my mind, and actually helps me to gain some knowledge about some new places as well as some new people. So that is what I generally want from visiting a new place.

So, I have been travelling since I was a child with my father. My father visited a lot of places because of his work. So with him I have travelled a lot of places luckily. But I would like to highlight one place that I travelled when I was very young. The place is called Nainital. It's a really beautiful hill station in the mountains of Himalayas. So I was very young as I said, I was only 11 years old. And I went to that place by a train. So it is also one of the train rides that I liked the most because I was really young at that time. And I liked sitting, I remember that I liked sitting near the window and watched the places as the train passed by. So when we reached Nainital, the hills were beautiful. And Nainital, since it's a hill station, it had a really pleasant weather. It was cold in summer which is unusual for me because I live in a place where summers are very hot compared to Nainital. So I actually liked Nainital a lot. There are a lot of beautiful places in Nainital to spend your time. Places such as Jim Corbett National Park. It is a park where I was a child, I didn't know much about it. That there are national parks in which it's not like a zoo, the animals are not within a cage. So it was a very unique experience for me at that point of time. There's also a very beautiful lake in Nainital which is known as Nanojheel. It goes after the name of the town. It's a very huge and a very deep lake, middle of the town. So I remember putting my hands inside the water while I was boat riding in that lake.

The main purpose of visiting was to see Mavdi Himal which is situated in the uppermost region of above the Pokhara and I went there with my colleagues and my teachers when I was in my university days. Before that I never had been to any places far away from my family and my family members. That was the moment I finally made a decision and wanted to participate on that program to visit Mavdi Himal. We went there by our college bus. We visited there many places. First of all we visited Pokhara then we went almost at high level of lake. Before that I never had opportunity to see real Himalayas. But in that moment I finally saw the real Himalayas and I got chance to play with the snow with my bare hands. It was so breathtaking moment of watching the Himalayas with my eyes and also able to play the snow at the same time.
