When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

This was a time when I was in my internship days. This was in the initial days of internship where I was completely new to the sudden change that happened immediately after my undergraduation. Yeah, we were allotted in teams of different members. We were around 6-7 members in a particular unit. We were given various duties and there were changes made every now and then. However, the five of us sticked together throughout the year. During this day, one of my friends, Vignesh, used to help me a lot. He was a completely dedicated person, I would say. As I was working in a hospital, we used to divide our duties. Some of us were in the ICU, some of us were in the casualty and regular wards, post-operative wards. So, it was very difficult for us to divide our duties and follow up our patients. But, this guy was so ambitious. He managed to cover not only his department but all the departments, I would say. The reason I would say he is a very good team player is because he was open to any suggestions that we gave and also gave us input on any mistakes we did. So, that would make a great team player, I suppose. Not only he was very careful in handling various emergency situations but also very good with the patients and patient attenders. So, I would say that he would make the best doctor of all who can really care for the patients.

So yeah, here I would like to talk about my dearest friend, Dilsher, who is my class fellow during my master's program in the college. So we participated together in a consumer hub fest of our college where we have to plan some games and we have to offer some kind of foods to the other and in return we have to collect money. So whichever store would collect the highest amount of money from their customers would be the winner of the festival. So we both participated in that festive along with our other classmates. So it was a last moment call I would say because no one was really ready in our team to participate but he is the one who took the initiative and also encouraged the others and he did everything very well without making the situations hectic. So till last minute he was the bestest leader who did everything responsibly without making the situation so worse. So yeah, because of his guidance and his work we also secured the first position in the consumer hub festival. So I think he is the person that never gets tired of being active. Also he doesn't care about others and if he has to do his work he just does it. And then I think it is the reason why I consider him the best player.

Here I would like to talk about a moment that I worked with a very quiet person. Her name is Remya who was our nursing superior. Since one year before, I worked in a hospital as a part of my internship and I posted to a medical department for my internship. Sister Remya was the nursing superior at that particular office. So one Friday, we had a lot of emergencies, a lot of accidents came to the emergency department. Everyone was very busy and the bystanders of the patient were loudly crying. A very unpeaceful atmosphere was around our emergency room. The bystanders came to us and asked about her condition and we don't know how to reply that. But at this all time, she stayed very quiet and very calmly gave answer to the bystanders and tried to come there because they are very anxious about their loved one's condition. And I noticed that we have a 8 hour long working schedule. But under committing these hours, she is very kind to others and she is very generous. She knows how to handle the hustle and bustle of our life schedule. So this is the person that I worked with a quiet person.

At the time when we are playing for our school tournaments at the age of 15 in the under 19 tournament at school level, we are a very strong team but the players have lack of consistency and team spirit with them but when we are losing games we understand that we don't have unity and we have to work on it so the player who have ego is our captain and he cannot talk to others and don't tell them how to play but he works on it and lesser his ego he calms the player he motivates them and give them positive approach to play in their appropriate way that captain motivates all the players around us and help to improve our game that player was named as Rahul Tamkhade he was very brilliant and nice guy but that made problem that he is egoistic so he kill his ego and prepare a third player and take our team to finals we win the final also but if we don't have that team unity and winning spirit we can't win that match

Eliza once she played football which was one of the best game which she had in her life. She scored triplets and all her friends were jealous. She was so excited. I can never forget the excitement after that. After that she decided to be the leader of the group. And now she is training all the small kids who are around 4-5 years old. Very sweet she is. But sometimes she is little arrogant. That's how a team works. A team is a group of 8 girls. Valeshka, Yogini, Jhelin and I forgot the other girls' names. Everyday we come down to play football in a building compound which is quite big. We have some boys also who play with us. But I enjoy playing football with Jhelin and Valerie who is very bad in kicking. I am very good at attacking. I am good attacker. So I am always the goalkeeper. I don't like being a striker but I am always made to be a striker. I try to maintain relationship with all the children. Especially when Eliza is being a good girl and helping her friends learn about football. It's a very nice game but she doesn't like playing any other game. So we have no option but to just play football. I do love badminton but then there is no team.

Then it was it's like around two years back when we all performed all of our project and we did our research and all we prepared all the papers, paperwork and then the day came where we need to represent all our team and for which we have like made our friend to step forward to present our project and in that project he she have presented our project in a very elaborated and in detail way that our principal was so enlightened and she was so delighted to hear those project work and we thought we feel very relaxed and we would get a great marks after this presentation. I think that the overall explanation she explained to the principal and the pronunciation of the words and also the vocabulary she used while presenting the project that was the thing that I feel like she would be very well successful in the future.

Hello. The person I want to describe about is one of my friends. His name is Irfan. We were together while playing cricket. We formed a team and played cricket. We two were batting batsmen and we made a partnership of around 25 together up to 10 balls. That was a very quite low pace pitching around the game. But I want to increase the game play by adding more fuel to the game. So I said to him, increase the game play and increase the score as well. Throw the ball outside the game. So he said yes. So we started playing the 8 very well. And we started pitching our game very quite hardly. And we more efficiently played the game and increased our score. He hit around like 6's in around 50 balls and 10 4's in a game. And he made a score of 80 by 50 balls. And whereas me, myself made about 60 runs in 30 balls. That was a very quite great partnership I see. Because we made around 130 scores which opponent team can't chase that score. So I think that was a great score we chased down. And the bowlers failed to take out our wickets. And that was a quite great partnership I see. And we bonded together and played many games after that. Games played in Ongi Trophy as well. And we quite made our partnership great. And we opened together in every matches as I see.

I do remember a time from my previous office, I had a colleague named Harshada. We used to work together in this company called TechTech India Pvt. Ltd. as a quality control analyst. She was very determined and hardworking girl, always detail oriented and patient. But when we received a tight deadline project, I feared the most. We were to perform this project in a group, there were 6 people in the group. So, it was very normal that we don't agree on everything at once. But the way Harshada used to prioritize tasks and focus on what truly matters was really unbelievable. I learnt so many things from her. It was really a challenging situation for her because she was a team lead. But she for instance did prioritize what matters and she aced the task. I believe that having a positive outlook and managing time effectively are essential skills for a team leader. And everything that I used to wonder, she already had. In her experience, she was a truly outstanding performer of the year in that company. She taught me the importance of staying calm and composed even in a stressful situation.
