    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    There were many resolutions I made for this new year but one of the most important and attention seeking resolution I made for my personal development is to lose weight and eat healthy. I have always known as a bulky person and known for my heavy weight and body. So this year I decided to lose some weight to prove everyone that I can also be slim and trim person. So I started working towards my health. Moreover I started following people who are fitness gurus and reading articles which were all about the diet patterns one has to follow in order to lose weight in the simplest ways. I started making list of all the things I am supposed to do to achieve this result and in addition to this I listened to many podcasts which are from known people of this industry who have lost tons of weight and turned out to be the most charming personalities. I believe once you decide something and give your full attention and focus to it you can achieve it. I also believe that by the end of 6 months I will be at the most desired weight I have always wanted to be and I make sure that I do not eat anything outside which is termed as junk food and made my mind to follow healthy diet at home.     One resolution I have taken in this new year was to be confident and take up every challenge that comes to me. As I have to look after my parents, I am the only son, I have to be more realistic so that I can survive in the market. I came up with a plan that I am going to be more answerable and more practical to take up all the work which is going to come. As I am pursuing my MBA final year, here on I have to enter in some industry and took up a good position. To be in a good position, I have to first able to crack an interview and get a secure job which required a lot of efforts apart from that I have to burn my midnight oil to crack an interview. As I would be competing with more than 500 people in my own college and getting a placement is a very difficult task. Finally somehow I got a placement. I was over the moon after getting a placement at an MNC and this resolution has helped me achieve my task. Further, I wanted to continue the same spirit throughout my life which could help me to ace in my career and compete in this advanced market.

    This year I have made a resolution. Yes, to lose weight. Since my pregnancy, I gained about 25 kgs of weight in last 9-10 months. I have been struggling to lose weight since then because I have been facing multiple bone issues and I also started facing problems during walking. I have made this resolution and I will do this by intermittent fasting and some exercise by joining gym. So I have kept a period for me of 6 months. In 6 months, I will try to lose approximately 20 kgs of my weight. I have thought to do so because I have been facing many challenges like I have been facing walking problem, also I have been experiencing pain in my bones and also a severe backache.     The resolution which I made this year for new year was to have a productive life and to have a productive life I had a couple of things in my mind which implementing which would make my lifestyle a better. It would basically start from waking up early as waking up early would give me a lot of time in the morning and I would tend to have a longer day and along with that I also prefer to keep my body healthy. So I had decided to work out everyday which would keep my body fit and along with fitness comes the nutrition.     I have made a new year's resolution of losing my body weight which I have gained a bit and I also got bullied for that so I have made my mind that I'll lose my weight and I'm working on it.     My new year resolution was to practice regular workout and yoga sessions so as a result I took a subscription of a yoga class and I am consistently following my yoga classes and fitness routine and being more health conscious adding to that I am eating healthy and as well as I am practicing meditation. I have also started to be more productive in my daily routine. These are certain resolutions I decided to work upon and it's going well. However there are certain days when I do miss out my yoga class but it makes me refreshing and rejuvenated and I feel fresh after completing my yoga class so I would always root for this.

    So, a resolution I made this new year was that I will go to the gym more. Main reason I would say I made this resolution was because I have started to be put on weight and since I have left my college and my school, my physical activity overall has reduced. How I want to basically complete this resolution is by first I am going to start with personal training. My personal trainer will basically force me to come as I am not really into or not really used to working out. Then eventually make a friend circle in the gym who will push me or who will at least call me when they are going to the gym. So it will want me to make me come to the gym. I did so last year as well but last year I failed because I used to go alone and I didn't have any proper guidance in the gym which led to me not really seeing results in myself and then it caused me to basically try to avoid going to the gym or just eventually just stop going overall. And that was the main reason I made this resolution this year that when I do it I will start with personal training at start because that way I have a proper guidance. Once I start seeing the gains and once I get the knowledge I will use it to my benefit and then start it without personal training and main reason I have to get used to it right now itself is because once I leave this country where I don't have my friends and family or people who would push me I have to be the one who pushes myself and there I want to be a better self than I was in this country.

    Every year, I make a new year's resolution to improve myself and set goals for the upcoming year. This year, my resolution was to adopt a healthier lifestyle. I realized that over the past years, I hadn't been taking care of my health as well as I should. So, I decided that it was time for a change. My resolution is broken down into few specific goals. First, I want to exercise regularly. I have committed to going for a walk or doing some form of physical activity for at least 30 minutes every day. I believe this will help to improve my overall fitness and energy level. Along with exercise, I have to plan to eat more balanced meals.     My new, my resolution for my personal development is I want to lose weight. I have gained a lot of weight in this, all this year where I have neglected my health. Firstly, my, to manage this thing, to lose weight, I'll be going to the gym regularly, which will help me to reduce the weight. Along with that, I will eat healthy, which I will do by planning my meals, having less processed food or just not eating any processed food. Quitting sugar, because exercise will only not help me to lose weight, but calorie deficient is also important in your weight loss management. And after that, moreover, I will also complete my 10th K step, because to lose weight, it is important to move your body. The more you move your body, the more calories you will burn. These things can help me to achieve my goals. Yeah, it is very challenging, because, you know, you have to do the same thing every day. Sometimes you are going out with your friends or colleagues, like you can't eat the food from outside restaurant, which is not included in your diet. And you can't take either alcohol. Sometimes my social life is a bit in trouble because of this thing, but I feel like that it is important to avoid all these things, so that I can achieve whatever I want. I have decided to do this personal change in me last year, because I realized that I have gained a lot of weight.

    To be honest, I am not a person who always takes resolutions on new years because whenever I take a serious resolutions on each year, by the end of the first month, I would have never completed any of my resolutions since my childhood. But to particularly talk about one, last year I thought of taking a resolution that of not sleeping during the day time because I used to sleep a lot during day time because sleeping is one of the thing which gives me relaxation and helps me to get relief from the stress. After working for the whole day, I would like to take sleep during my afternoon and evening time. So, this year I took a resolution that I am not going to sleep for more than two hours during the day time. So, to achieve this task, what I planned is whenever I feel sleepy, I thought I could read a book or go for garden to water the plants. So, by doing this, I think I can successfully complete my resolution and be productive during the day time. So, this is one of the resolution which I took.
