    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    I vividly remember visiting a bustling market in Delhi called Chandni Chowk. I went there with my family to soak in vibrant atmosphere and buy some traditional handicrafts. The place was extremely noisy, a true symphony of sounds. Loud winders energetically shouted to attract the customers. The incessant honking of rickshaws and cars added to the chaos and the exciting chatter of the crowds squeezing throughout the narrow lanes created an almost electric buzz. I felt thrilled and a bit overwhelmed at the same time. The raw energy of the market was infectious, making me want to explore every corner but the noise definitely made it challenging to have a calm conversation. Even so, the lively spirit of Chandni Chowk left me with an unforgettable experience of India's cultural heartbeat.

    One noisy place I have been to is a local Mela that I visited last year. It was held in my hometown and as soon as I entered the fairground, I was surrounded by a load of loud and mixed sounds. There were children screaming with excitement on the rides, shopkeepers calling out to attract customers and music playing from almost every stall. The loudspeakers near the entrance were announcing different events, and the sound of the giant wheel kept repeating every time it rotated. In addition to this, there were people talking, laughing and bargaining, which made the whole atmosphere even noisier. Even though the Mela was extremely loud and crowded, I actually enjoyed it because it felt very lively and colorful. There were food stalls, games, lights and colorful performances happening everywhere. Overall, it was one of the noisiest places I have been to, but also one of the most entertaining.

    So, India is a place with a population of about 1.4 billion people and most of the places you go to are congested because of the crowd that is there and they are generally noisy. But one of the recent places that I visited which stands out as really noisy is the Karol Bagh Ghaffar market. It is a market in Delhi near my home about 3 km away. It is an open market which has an organized sector of shops as well as open flea market as well. It's a combination of both and it's generally very popular for people to visit especially from outside of Delhi. You get all kinds of goods here, you will get clothes for formal Indian functions or western outfits and it is also a market where you will find a variety of other stuff like shoes, Indian formal wear, food stuff, spices, home needs, utensils, other repair work, automobile accessories parts. So, because it has all of these shops all together in one single place, it is very popular. It is also sometimes a market with wholesale retailers which tend to give products in a large quantity at a discount and thus many people from outside the city also visit this place. It is also near to the railway station and hence also is popular among visitors. There is a tendency of the street side hawkers also who offer smaller goods like hair clips or table mats.

    Okay, so a noisy place to me would be some club where the music is blasting out so loud on speakers that you can barely hear even the person standing next to you screaming their lungs out. And I don't know, amidst that noise, I find the extreme calm. The music is so loud that it turns down the noise that my brain is trying to make in that moment and I just feel so much at peace. So that's a noisy place which ironically makes me feel so much at peace with myself and with my surroundings. Usually people go over there to forget whatever they are going through, to take a break from their current life because amidst all the chaos there is, it pauses everything for you and it just puts you where you need to be in the moment. I guess extreme noise makes you forget everything that's going around you. Too much of anything can make you just so overwhelmed that you forget to think about things like you used to. A bar is usually not a place considered, a bar or a club is not usually a temple that is considered good for people to visit often and yet I think that in moderation it just brings so much peace to people.

    Throughout my life I have been to lots of noisy places but yeah if I have to mention one then it would definitely be Hyderabad's Charminar. So back in 2024 I used to work in a IT company in Hyderabad and one weekend me and my friends decided that we should visit the main tourist attraction of that city which is Charminar. We went there for sightseeing and buying goods. The Charminar is famous for its heritage and its history and also for cheap shopping I would say. That particular place attracts lots of female crowd because there are lots of shops which sells accessories to them like bangles, perfumes or earrings. So this was the reason why we decided to go there because we had a bunch of girls in our group who wanted to buy something for themselves. It was very noisy because it's literally center of the city and whenever you search Hyderabad on Google the first picture you get to see is of Charminar only. So it's the main tourist attraction and everyone who visits Hyderabad must visit Charminar because of its great structure and overall I was quite wonderstruck in that particular moment because it's not usual for me to be at such crowded places.

    One of the noisy places I have been to in my life is Kolkata. Kolkata is the capital city of West Bengal state in India. I went there around 4 months ago that was in April 2025 for my college roommate's wedding. I went along with my wife. We spent two nights in the city of Kolkata. During our course of stay in Kolkata, we travelled across famous places such as the Victoria Palace, the famous river of Kolkata and I feel that the city was very much noisy because it is crowded with lot of people. The population density of Kolkata is very high and the city is not developed to meet the increased population. It is filled with lot of vehicles, wide variety of industries and people coming from all over the country in search for jobs and education etc. And how I feel about my period in Kolkata is that I was not at peace with myself. I was unable to relax and enjoy the views of the city because of the noise. It always kept me busy and annoyed and I feel cities has to develop a sense of silence or cities have to be more quieter so that we can enjoy them at the most. So, I feel overall Kolkata is a great city but it is very noisy and filled with cameras.

    So, recently as a part of college trip for educational purpose, we went to a Singareni coal mines in the Telangana state which is nearby our college and it is easy to visit to get permissions also. It was a very large place consisting of different mining machines and different infrastructure and also machinery. It is having too much noise sounds because 24 by 7 the work is continuously being done and moreover the place is filled with dust and it was literally polluted but the situation is almost same throughout the year because the mining never stops and the amount of sound pollution over there is cannot be cannot be said in words because of the heavy machinery keep drilling and other ploughing and manufacturing the other items, it's keep busy throughout the time and moreover it consists of too many machines such that the trucks and drilling machines and also the environment over there is polluted. Nearby farmlands are trying to keep the area little bit good in air quality purposes but most of the times it cannot handle them because the pollution created over there is too much noisy and people use headsets to cover their ears because the amount of noise in decibels cannot be measured so easily and it cannot be sustained by the regular ears and the people so they have they use protective measures like safety goggles and headsets and they talk through via headphones or through walkie talkies to communicate from different location to location so such that the work goes smoothly. By this I would say this is one of a noisiest place I visited in the past.

    Last Saturday I visited to a bar cum restaurant in the southern part of Mumbai, namely Effingut. The ambience of the restaurant was very much cosy and I went there on last Saturday with my friends just to chill and have fun but I was literally shocked that the place was very much noisy due to a high volume jazz music were playing by the DJ as well as there was a taste match showing on the television of the restaurant. Apart from that people were dancing and talking loudly which made the cacophony a lot. We went to the bar, we chilled and we chatted, we talked a lot but I could barely hear words from my friends. We had two shots of vodka and fried prawns and some other side dishes which I cannot remember right now. First we ordered a taster of the beer which was of 30 ml and then I found one or two of them quite nice though the smell was robust but I liked the smell. So the name was the Berry Berry Sipper which I drank a lot and we all had fun and I was on cloud nine.

    One of the noisiest place I have been to was a concert arena. This took place in Mumbai. I had to travel all the way from my wonderful lovely city Bangalore all the way to Mumbai. I personally enjoy consuming music and hence I attended this concert. This concert was very amusing. It was very exciting and it was very personal to me as I used to listen to a lot of songs from Guns N' Roses growing up and this was a live concert by Guns N' Roses. Why was it so noisy? Because there were around 10,000 attendees attending this concert and there were huge speakers set up everywhere at this arena. Hence it was very loud and noisy. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the spirit of music where everybody all the fans sing together and there is a sense of community. I feel like I belong to that community. It gives a sense of belonging.

    Okay, so one noisy place that I have been to was a traffic jam that was in Delhi to Gurgaon highway. I was stuck there because I had to travel to Gurgaon for a case competition. And it's a very funny thing that the noisy place that I am describing is not because of a loud sound or music or something but it's rather because of hundreds of cars honking at each other even though all of them know that nothing would be possible. And it's a very long traffic and nobody could actually do anything by honking. It was a very bad experience because we were there stuck for hours with no way out. And the problem was that there were ambulances over there, there were school buses and everyone was stuck over there. So I think that was a very, that was a noisy place that I do remember a lot. And it's funny because Delhi and Gurgaon is supposed to be one of the most developed places in India and yet people of India don't have, you know, manners to be honest to even wait for their turns. And this is why they lead to higher traffic which is often too bad for them and it actually creates a chain of different kinds of vehicles getting late and it leads to traffic eventually. So I think, yeah, I mean, if people were, you know, people were really respectful of each other, they would have let others pass first. I don't think there would be much problem of traffic in India, it's just a problem of civic sense in the country that leads to this honking and all which leads to a very noisy place.
