    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    Something in my city which is new is the dam which was made few years back. Last year, on the completion of the dam, I saw it in the news where our chief minister was inaugurating this new project. As a student, I love watching news so that I can keep myself updated about new developments happening in my nation, in my state, and around the globe. It's been five years that the hydro project was started. From its development to its construction, it took almost five to six years for its completion. This project not only provided employment for the local people but also fulfilled the energy needs and demand for the local people. This project will not only enable us in saving water and conserving it for the harsh summers when we have scarcity of water but also this will help in exporting electricity to outside states and help the government to earn more and more revenue. I feel really proud about this new development because it not only gives employment to the people but also socially and economically develop the area. It's a good thing and a good initiative for our lesser developed areas. We should take such initiatives more and more in the areas where basic necessities still have not reached.

    A new development in my city is a highway, it is a 5 lane highway developed by the government named as UER2 which stands for Urban Extension Road 2. It is made by the ruling party to ensure a great connectivity in the city. It connects towns such as Rohini and Pritampura to various areas such as industrial areas and airports. It is made to reduce the traffic congestion which hampers daily activities of people such as industrialists. More and more people waste their time daily which results in losses. Most of the fuel is wasted by standing on and by getting stuck on traffic. A new development in my city is a highway, it is a 5 lane highway made by the government. It is named as UER which stands for Urban Extension Road. This construction of this highway started in the year 2020 and lasted for 4 years. It was opened for general public on January 2024. It is made to reduce the traffic congestion which is happening on a daily basis. It ensures a good connectivity between towns such as Rohini and Pritampura. It connects towns to various facilities such as airports and industrial areas. There was an issue of traffic which affected people's time. People waited for 1 hour in the traffic which led to decrease in their productivity. Also fuel was wasted which led to air pollution. Furthermore, everyone's life was hampered by it.

    the development in any city marks by construction of flyovers and roads in my city Ranchi the flyover there are three flyovers which are coming up in the past three years since they started uh they started being constructed from 2017 and it took almost eight years for them to come up two of them has been handled by the state government and one which is very beautiful it is handled and constructed by nhai that is national authorities highway authorities of india the main feature and the main reason for the trend construction of these three flyovers is to make ranchi city traffic free as the cities as the roads are already very narrow and we get day-to-day problems while navigating through roads and from traveling from one part of the city to the another so it is very important for us for the people here to get a new highway to route their distances i started noticed noticing the construction of them when suddenly they started digging the roads and blocking half of the road so that time at the time of construction it was very difficult for us to travel so this difficulty continued till two to three years continuously so it was recently inaugurated by our cm one of the flyovers is it is recently inaugurated by our cm hemansoreen it will be very good infrastructure

    Development is essential for the growth of a country. It not only helps its people but also the neighboring countries. In my city there were development of new highways, transportation, then slums. I started noticing these changes 3 years ago when a huge area of slum was reconstructed into a 13-storey building, which moreover along with that two new highways were constructed. Although the highway would make it easier for many people to travel to another city, it has just obstructed the view from my balcony.

    The recent developments in my city are two in number. First, I would like to talk about the free public transportation for the women in the city provided by the government after the Congress government was being appointed. Though I think that this is a gender-biased development, even then it has benefited the socially, economically weaker sections by which women can travel from one city to another city free of cost just by showcasing their identity card which proves that they are citizens of Karnataka. And the other development which I have noticed is the immense growth of the metro rails. Initially, the metro rail spread from the city center towards the outskirts of the south end of the area which did not connect them to the airport. But after the recent development started by our government, the airport will receive connectivity to the city center as well as to the south end zone of Bangalore. Now this increases easy commutation.

    The latest development in my city was the operation of a casino hotel. It took around three years to build and now it is operating for the last five years. I cannot really say how I feel about it honestly because it has its advantages and disadvantages. The operation of a casino was a very controversial topic for Cyprus in general as it was something that a lot of politicians were aiming towards. They were supporting it quite a lot because it would play a very important role in tourism. Cyprus is a very popular tourist destination. So a casino would really attract a lot of tourists to the island. However, there are a number of social issues to consider as it can create problems within the society regarding negative impacts, regarding negative sociocultural impacts. Gambling is a very, very big problem in Cyprus. Even though there were no casinos, I would say, formal casinos operated up until now, all the casinos that were operating were illegal casinos.     I am from Coimbatore. Being a fast developing city, I have noticed a vast amount of changes has been done recently. The one that is being spoken a lot is the smart city innovation. It's where a part of a city is totally restored and changed drastically to a smart city including a lake with a boarding facility and the streets are renovated with lights and lamps and there is food path for cycling and walking, there is lot of greeneries and there are lot of tiny shops that sells food, snacks and etc. And there is also a park for children for playing and there is also pathways for older people to walk on and the roads are renovated as well.

    There were a lot of developments that took place in our city, Mumbai. Firstly, I want to talk about is Coastal Road which recently opened last two weeks ago. It is very accessible for the cars and other vehicles to reach the western part of the city from the southern part in just 15 minutes. The other part I want to mention is the Santarosh Chamber Link Road which was formed around 5-6 years ago. It provides very good access to airports as well as railway stations such as Bandra Railway Station as well as Chattopadhyay Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. Another location I want to talk about is the Atal Setu Bridge which is one of the most recent construction done in our city. This iconic structure provides an ease of pathway from Pune people, those who are coming towards Mumbai. So, they would not be letting in traffic in the entire city.     So, there are many developments in my city, particularly I remember the inauguration of the Atal Setu ceiling which is one of India's largest coastal ceiling, due to the ceiling the travel time from travelling from my home in Vashi to the CST that is Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus or the you know Colaba region, it has reduced by 10 folds which earlier used to take for example 2 hours, now through that coastal ceiling we can reach just in 20 minutes, apart from that there is a new airport which is going to be operational soon in Navi Mumbai, so people used to travel till Mumbai to catch their flights, it is a good news for them as travel time there also will reduce, earlier it used to take 1 to 2 hours to reach the airport and if we have traffic jam roads on that day, it can take much more but due to the new airport in Navi Mumbai, I think travel time will reduced a lot, apart from that since I am a spiritual person, a new ISKCON temple has been recently inaugurated in Kharghar, so I visited there and the experience and the vibe there is really serene and spiritual, recently I visited Shirdi also and as compared to my previous visits to that place, I feel the expressways by our minister Nitin Gadbheri is exceptional because like car run at the speed of 100 to 120 kmph and the roads are so beautiful and so well maintained that the travelling experience has improved immensely due to that, so I see this new development in my city and it fills my heart with pride and happiness and I am really lucky to stay here in a metropolitan city like Mumbai.
