When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I recently watched Daku Maharaj movie in theatre along with my family and this is because of the movie is all about father and daughter relations and brother and sister relation. The sister promised to brother to look after her daughter in future and I watched this movie because of famous music director called Kaman. He has very superb taste in music. He directs all the movies and I want to experience his music direction so I go there and I watched that movie and we enjoyed a lot. There are so many dialogues that are related to our Indian culture and our Indian relationships. The bond between the brother and sister has shown in the film with very good information. There are four songs in that movie, all are good but the sound is very much high. I wish I don't go to that movie because of that high experience of music. I go there and I get a headache so it's a horrible experience to me and I was very disappointed and we all watched this film in Pongal holidays. This is all the experience of my movie.

There are many movies that one likes to watch. Some people prefer watching movies at theatres while some prefer to just open Netflix and then binge-watch movies. But for me, I am the person in the second category. But there was this one movie named Kal Ho Na Ho. It had re-released in theatres and I went with my father to watch that movie. Initially, my mother was also joining us to watch the movie but due to some unforeseen circumstances she couldn't join so me and my father went to the movie theatre and of course it was a romantic comedy movie and moreover I love the actor and the songs are a plus in the movie. So the movie was about a guy who comes as a guardian angel in a girl's life who is very simple, a girl next door and she feels that she is hard to love and when the guy enters her life she feels that, he makes her realize that no she is not hard to love and life is very beautiful and you should live it to the fullest because you never know if there's a tomorrow or not as Kal Ho Na Ho, that's what it means. So this is the movie that stuck with me and this is my comfort movie and I like to watch it every time I feel low and every time I feel that I need to watch this watch movie and just feel good about life and yes this is my comfort movie.

I watched a movie called Interstellar previous week in our theatre, the Interstellar is a 2016 movie but it is re-released due to its demand in the public especially in India and this movie is mostly based on the end of humanity and how earth can restore itself, it basically revolves around the gravity, the protagonist is trying to solve the gravity equation, while her dad is out in the space mission, she is trying to solve the gravity equation and when he went into the event horizon of the black hole, he could access many inner dimensions that are in the universe, so he would send some clues in the form of message to his daughter, it helps her to solve the gravity equation and saving earth from the disasters, therefore Interstellar is a great movie, it is intellectually challenging to watch and also it feels great seeing an incredibly crafted movie that is critically acclaimed in the world.

The latest movie that I watched was Loving the Other Drugs. It's a movie featuring Brian Gosling and Anne Hathaway, two of my most favourite actors of all time. I often find myself re-watching my comfort movies and this definitely stands out as one of my most comfort watch. What I really love about the movie is the simplicity of it. The genre most significantly is somewhere juggling between a rom-com of sorts and an emotional drama and it very well unfolds into the intricacies of a relationship and it talks about modern day love and how there's still hope in actually finding real love. So that is something I really really admire about the movie. What is also a very good plus point is that it has an amazing album with some of the most beautiful background music curated for an extraordinary experience. More often than not, I find myself revisiting the movie and its songs over and over again and always find myself smiling over the sheer thought of what a good love story would look like. So that is something I absolutely adore about the movie. Coming to the main point, Loving the Other Drugs is one of the best movies you could actually watch. This is family-friendly, you can watch it in any mood at any time and is most importantly available on OTT platforms, which is so important.

I watched a movie called Galalika Neeramalai, which is acted by the actor Jayam Ravi and Nitya Menon. It was a feel-good movie to be watched and I watched it with my brother and because he was there, boring, so we decided to watch the movie and the reason behind watching the movie is I heard about the movie in some social medias, so I wanted, I just wanted to watch it because I was curious about it. And in the movie, I got an information, like I got a new thinking about the son and the mother relationship and about the knowledge about the surrogacy of the mother, like father is unknown for that child and later he realizes about his father, Jayam Ravi, while the mother was searching for the father previously and she left when the years passed by, unfortunately they met in an accident, like in an office meeting and they had a good relationship. Jayam Ravi used to teach football to that child and he took him to the home place where his grandfather was teaching him football and it was a good movie.

Recently I watched Pushpa 2. I watched this in theater like IMAX with my friends. Why I watched this movie because I watched it first part 1. That is also very hit movie. And again that is why I watched Pushpa 2. It is also very good. Suspense story, action level, romance, songs and everything is there in this movie. That is why this movie got very hit and very good actor like Allu Arjun. And actress like Rashmika. They all are like very good actress. And the movie also very good and song was also very nice. And in that movie like item song was done by Shreya Leela and her steps also very good. And the movie is about doing like illegal things on Chandan tree. I think you know like Chandan tree have to supply from other state to this state to other state. And police force is there to stop them and fully force and political. But this Allu Arjun used to like do every different ideas to get to transfer these items to other state. Because of his ideas and all the story is very good and the movie got like super duper hit. And they have collected number of money collection in a box office with the help of the story. And they are ready for the Pushpa 3 also and I am very excited to watch it.

Band 6-7

So, one of the recent movies which I watched recently is known as Amaran. I watched this movie last month and I watched it in a nearby multiplex theater called PVR near my house. I watched it with my cousins. We had gone to a night show on a weekend on a Saturday night. We first came across this film, actually my sister first came across this film when she saw good reviews in all platforms from different states. It is basically a Tamil movie. It is about a real life soldier who sacrifices his life in order to save the innocent lives of the citizens of Kashmir occupied Pakistan by terrorists. It is actually a love story but it is presented in such a beautiful way that it makes anyone very very emotional. It also, by the end of the film we will be left with a sense of determination and courage to achieve the things we want. The strong determination of the soldier to achieve what he wants has been depicted beautifully which we can also apply in our life. It also has a love story which is shown very beautifully and romantically and the way he teaches his child to stay brave and strong even if he passes away and how the wife and the child follows that when the situation happens in real life is something very beautiful.

Band 6-7

So, I recently watched this movie called Me Before You. It was recommended by my sister. So we decided to catch up on a movie on this weekend and then we sat down and watched that movie. It's a very beautiful movie that describes how dynamic life is and how, you know, things can be very tricky, the way things change, nothing is constant basically. And how just one person with a unique positive or optimistic aura can create such positivity in that short time. So we watched because it was a pretty soft and a very meaningful movie. So the things that really caught my eye or, you know, helped me understand or get a deeper view of it was that, you know, so in the movie the guy actually loses his hands and he's basically paralyzed. This man being the most active person who loved to do so many physical activities like trekking, going out for walks, running, playing sports, when this specific incident happens to him, it completely changes the trajectory of his life and then looking at himself in that condition, he gets in a zone where he doesn't feel like he should live anymore. So that's when, you know, to take care of him, there's another character that is introduced and she gets a job as a caretaker for this person. This girl is the most joyful, happy-go-lucky kind of a girl who has such good positivity in the way she is.

Recently I watched a Malayalam movie called Sookshma Darshini. The translation of the title Sookshma Darshini means magnifying glass. This movie was released about 2-3 months before and I really wanted to watch this in the theatre but I couldn't find any free time to watch it. So when I got a free time in the weekend I watched it in the OTT. This movie was a spectacular thriller. I couldn't imagine the ending would be this ending because the twists and turns of this movie was written explicitly thrilling. The writer was so thoughtful of every eye-catching moment. This movie was about how a lesbian daughter of a family was kidnapped and actually she was murdered in that movie by her own family. The whole movie is like this family trying to showcase a good behaviour or a good image in front of the neighbours while they are doing all this kidnapping and murdering in the behind. The neighbour of this family is one lady called Priya and she has this magnifying eyes. That's the irony of this title. She would find out what is happening there and she has this knack to find out everything, every clues that they have left behind. She suspects something is wrong there and then she later on finds out that this is all about the kidnapping and killing of their own daughter.

Movies are very close to my heart. I like to watch movies. I started watching movies when I moved with my friends during my college days. The movie that I watched recently was a couple of days back, to be more specific on Jan 2nd weekend. I watched it with my mother as well as with my brother. We watched it online by sitting at home only. My brother had a subscription to Netflix. The movie was named like The Day of End. The main character in that movie was James John. He is an English actor who is well known for his famous works. The film was directed by George Washer. He is also really artistic. The story speaks about a young man. It shows a story from his childhood days. The boy is an orphanage child. He could not come up through his struggles. His parents abandoned him. He suffered a lot during his childhood days. He struggled and passed out from college with outstanding marks because of the orphanage team members. The cinematography as well as the videography was excellent. It inspired me a lot.
