Answer

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So the last time that I went for a walk, especially a long walk, was yesterday and I mostly go for long walks by myself because I feel that it is my time to connect with myself and yeah, I always go on long walks by myself because I feel like that is me time, I include that in my self care, I get to know myself better, I just like to put my headphones on and keep walking. So that's that and I went for a long walk yesterday in a garden that's filled with flowers, beautiful flowers and swings etc where kids were playing and I took a long walk there, I even ran a few miles and that walk made me feel so proud and successful of myself because I unlocked a new target. I usually keep my target as 8000 steps but on that yesterday's long walk, I was able to achieve 20000 steps which made me really proud of myself and I keep falling more in love with myself. These long walks really help you to get to know yourself better spiritually, mentally and physically so it's a bonus time to do that in your self care activity. Thank you.

Band 6-7

I have a habit of walking after completing my dinner every day so usually I start walking from my house at 9 o'clock to my college road which is not so far for me almost two to three kilometers it is but yesterday it was a bit different from every day and the reason was the exam which I am giving currently yes then in the yesterday night was very I won't say very but it was quite stressful for me because I was anxious about how am I going to score my bands so that I do not have to reappear for the exams again because it gets very frustrated when you are on to one thing and the thing is not getting successful you have to do it again again and again and already it is my second time so I don't want any I don't want to take any other chances for it so I was just thinking of my exams this walk was special because no one was there with me I was with my own self I talked with myself so much and figured out so many confusions that was running in my mind recklessly and I think that was the great experience and I would love to have such walks with myself

Band 6-7

During the summer break I had, we were having our semester and exams. Because of the long and stressful days I had, I wanted to take a walk around so that I will relax and de-stress myself. I put on some music and had a walk around my building, which was 8 blocks, so it was a pretty long walk, during which I, because of the fresh air and the beautiful evening sunset, I just relaxed myself and stopped stressing about my exams. It also helped me think and find different ways so I can remember my syllabus and the questions and how to answer them. It also, after coming back, I felt more concentrated and confident to write the exam. Also, moreover, music generally helps me relax, so music and a walk was the best therapy I could find to relax myself and feel enriched and refreshed. Summer walks have always been my favourite part of the day, as during the summer evenings, the air around cools down and you can actually smell the freshness of flowers and contemplate your future just so that you don't need to overthink yourself.

Band 6-7

I had a good time with my cousins, one day we decided to walk along the riverside, at first we planned to go there by car, but then I suggested the idea to walk there on foot, we decided at that time because the river was about 4 km away from home, and it took almost 1 hour to reach there, and I had a great walk with my cousins.

Band 6-7

Long walks are a leisure hobby that I enjoy, so I would say that I have taken many long walks but so I would just be describing about one of the long walks that I had taken recently. I generally walk alone because I like to be by myself doing these long walks. I like to reminisce on all the changes in my life and also be thankful for everything that I was able to accomplish during this walk, during my ups and downs in life. So, I would usually go to this deer park that is there in my area. It is a really big park dedicated to the nature and the deer of my area. It is full of trees and beautiful gardens. I would see a deer or two pop in and out of view whenever I take my long walks. Sometimes it is scary when I walk too deep into the forest area, so I would linger around where most people are there. Whenever I go for this walk, I become one with the nature, with the birds chirping and the stray dogs sleeping leisurely. I believe that I also start to feel like them at a certain point. I take long walks at least twice a week. It helps me energize myself.

Band 6-7

Few months ago, I took a long walk from my cousin's medical college to our favorite cafe at the evening time. We had that walk for nearly 2 km and it was in the evening so it was very rushed. The people, the vehicles on the road, it was very time consuming. Moreover, my cousin walks a bit fast and my pace is a little bit slow and it was hard to catch up with her. Furthermore, it was the last walk I had. In the month of September, me and my cousin who works as an intern in medical college had a walk from her college to the nearby cafe which is located at most 2 km further from the college. We had this walk on the evening of that day. It was really exhausting walk because I was not prepared to have that long walk on that day especially on that day because I was on my periods. Moreover, my cousin walks a little bit fast and my pace is a little bit slow and it was hard for me to catch up with her while walking and the roads were very crowded. We had to pass a main road along the way. So, the main road was a bit crowded with all the vehicles and all. Actually, furthermore, it was not on our plan on that day to take that walk to go to that cafe but we planned it instantly and we took that walk from college to the cafe. Moreover, we bonded during that walk. We talked about our colleges, our studies, our education and everything about our family and our family problems. When we reached the cafe, we had a nice pastry and we ordered chicken momos but it was not that tasty. Indeed, that was the last long walk I had in the last few days or months.

Band 6-7

The last time I went on a long walk was with my friend Mahima, who had recently moved abroad to pursue her higher education. She had come back for a vacation after one long year, so we decided to meet and spend some time together and we preferred it to be in a quiet place where there'll be not much people and we won't be disturbed. So we decided to take a walk around this area called Racecourse, where people usually exercise in the evenings and mornings. So we had a great time and we talked about a lot of things we were able to catch up during that time and it was also a form of physical exercise I would say, so we had a very good time catching up after such a long time.

Band 6-7

Recently, I went on a long walk with my best friend, Masira. She is my childhood friend and we have always been together since years. Usually, we both go for long walks at night time in the evening hours and our favorite place is park, the colony park which we usually visit. So our walk actually starts from my home. She picks me up and we eat something on the way to the park and then we sit some time in park and again we continue the walk. So whenever I go with her, I feel refreshing like it's a rejuvenating experience for me. She always encourages me, motivates me and all her kind words fills my heart like it repairs me, it heals me with all the, after completing a day out, after all the struggles of like after finishing a day, completing my work, everything. When I feel tired, I actually feel relaxed with her. So away from the hassle and bustle of the city, I finally land up at some peace with her and we spend some good quality time, we enjoy each other's company, we speak and we laugh, we share a good laughter and that's what is more important to me.

Band 6-7

Yes, usually I prefer to walk alone instead of going with someone. I just grab my phone and earphone and go for a walk. Usually, I prefer going to take a walk in evenings and usually I walk around 45 minutes where 30 minutes I'm doing a brisk walk which is really good and beneficial for our health. I still remember that my weight was around 85 kg and how I started taking a walk for 15 minutes, 20 minutes and and certainly I increased the speed and the time duration which is right now I felt that was really beneficial for me and usually the 15 minutes I like to play music and just dancing, walking and just comforting myself. It's helped me to stress out and really I like to go for a walk not because of to lose the weight but also for a mental peace and I prefer to everyone that we should take a walk after every meal at least for 10 minutes. I'm not saying that hit the gym for one hour but you can take a 10 minutes walk it's enough for us so I think we all we all have to be a health conscious after the corona we all know that it's important to

Band 6.5

In today's time, one should definitely indulge them in physical activities to take care of their health like walking, exercise, running etc. So one of these physical activities which I love is walking and a memory of it I have. It was a long, really long walk. It was with my friend back then in Bangalore when I was doing my diploma in aesthetic dentistry. We had a really heavy dinner around at night which was also late, around 10 to 11 maybe. And then after that we were so full that we thought of going for a walk. That walk turned really long. We walked for miles and miles and talking with one of my friends. She was from the other states. So our conversation took many interesting topics which made it a really long walk. We walked for miles for a long, long time. It was around 11 at night. We were walking on the streets in the Bangalore streets. It was a residential area which was all quite relaxing. For around 40 to 45 minutes we walked and it was so relaxing. We gasped all our memories to each other. Talking about our college days, school days, our cities. We kept on walking. We relished our memories. Laughed all together. It was a cheerful memory for both of us. We kept on walking and felt really relaxed.
