When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

The garden I want to talk about is my grandma's garden. The garden was in the backyard of my grandma's old house. My dad grew up there. When I visited the garden for the first time, I was pretty young, but I still do remember the ambience vividly. I have to say, there were lots of flowers. My grandma loves planting flowers. The flowers were so beautiful, but what caught my attention was the gigantic cosmos plant. When I stepped into the garden, it seemed almost like I entered a fairy's hideout. When I entered the flower bushes, it covered me and I was pretty short back then, so my parents couldn't see me at all. The garden was also surrounded by trees like wild apple trees, mango tree, and some guava trees. My grandma installed benches in the middle and in the corners of the garden. Furthermore, it was the perfect place to have an afternoon tea. We mostly spend our time there when we need some time to relax and spend some family time. So I could say it is our comfort place. It is not a public place, so only my family spends time there.

So, I am kind of describing a garden which I remember right now is M.I.C.L. Aradhya Park, first floor garden. It's a lush green garden with such lush green grasses. There are lots of lots of trees are there so that the natural oxygen will flow over there. Apart from that, there was a track for walking so that people can walk morning and the evening. Apart from that, there is a certain section which has been assigned for children where lots of slides, seesaw and the jhulas have been there. So, all those completely remind me of my younger days, all the childhood memories. So, I usually go in the morning, early mornings when the cool breeze was waving around your neck, around your ears and you will feel that yes, this is the time where you want to have the walk. Since walking is a very good habit, it will improve your blood pressure and it's very good for health. That's why I opted for walking. I was also a very good fan of playing cricket. So, you can play cricket in the garden because the garden is so such huge that you can easily play cricket along with your friends. And they also have certain section for playing the football matches and football is one of the most praised game in the world. So, that's why I also liked a lot and playing football. And playing football in the rain is something which nobody wants to let go.

So, going to gardens is a source of catharsis for me. And I find it very fascinating. Whenever I was at a garden, I find the serene air filled with tranquility passing by me, which makes me reminisce about all the memories of the past. So once, I visited this garden, very beautiful garden, near my house. It is in Dargah. When I went there, I was with my whole family. Going there, I was sitting there and I see a family with a child. The mother, she was too swamped up with her work, so she forgot that her child was right beside her and he had started walking. He ventured ahead while his mother was unaware of the fact. And I still remember that me and my cousin, we stood up and we started chasing him. However, he had ventured ahead and it had become arduous for us to actually fetch him. So my cousin, he started running very fast and he catched him. When we went to the family, they were thankful. I know it is ludicrous, but I still remember it as my heroic moment and I think gardens bring out the best in me, the nature, the air filled with beauty. It makes me recollect all of my memories. Whenever I visit a garden, I feel that the nature is calling me and I feel ecstatic. Gardens are the best thing that have ever happened to us.
