When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

The book I always find useful and it's kind of a bible to me is The Old Man and the Sea written by Mr. Ernest Hemingway. The book I always suggest for people to read and it's kind of a refreshing experience whenever I read the book. I always feel motivated and it gives me so much of confidence to move ahead with my life which is not something which a normal conversation can't give you. The book, actually I read the book during my college time while I was studying my English Literature and Language Masters and the book had a really good impact over my consciousness and how to perceive and how to analyze the world livings and how the world influences someone during their struggles and their low times. Additionally, the book has so much of simple writing, it's not some complex writing which is done by Mr. Hemingway. It gives a really beautiful life example with so much of simpler scenarios which the character goes through. It's basically in the old sea a man is getting trapped and how he survives, so that's the main synopsis of the whole story is. And how it gets the details of such the journey of that protagonist is what gives us so much of hope which is a greater thing for leading your life. It's something which I personally feel that everyone should look upon. And that's what the book is all about and what it gives.

The book I found really useful is Stop Overthinking by Harvard Wordsmith. It was a wonderful book and it has many psychological facts that how people overthink about themselves, also about the situation they face, but rather it is not that crucial to think and waste our energy. So, that book made me don't think too much about any situation or any obstacles that I face in my life. Moreover, the book was really simple and even the layman can understand the language or comment the author used in the book. Also, I had a very good story how I bought the book. I was really overthinking about my exam like whether I'll crack the exam or what is gonna happen. So, I was just depressed myself and also stressed by thinking about the exam. And I went to the exam, but I couldn't clear the exam because of stress and overthinking. Then I realized something wrong is happening with me. So, later my teacher has suggested me this book that you are really overthinking about your exam. That is the reason you failed. Just read the book and you'll get an idea. Then after I finished the book, it made me really wonderful about me and how I was thinking about the situation when it is a waste of time and energy. So, the book called Swami Vivekananda Karma, this book actually focus on the very basic things which we never thought, which we never talk about. It is the Karma actions. Our future tense is largely depended on how we perform today, it's not about what we think, it's more about what we do. To change your life, to change your character or personality, you must need to work on the action of your todays. Do not think about the past, what happened has nothing to do with your future. You must need that much of clarity that your todays action will become your past in your future. This is what I am talking about, that book was really inspirational and surprising at the same time because it was too philosophical.

I am usually fond of books and I like the books which are related to my educational sector, especially which are related to my strength. One of the major books I would like to discuss here is The Species of Nature. This book consists of varieties of chapters that includes species, its subtypes and its relation in the nature. I read this book during my trip to a zoological park. This is a plus point that I can relate the book with the ongoing trip. Right now the main aspects of the book I must say is its keywords in the glossary which contains a vast information and also this book gives us the details about species related kingdoms. As I am a zoologist and there are numerous species which we study on a daily basis, so this book helps me to go through these species in a very subtle way. Books are usually friends of humans and no book is better than an acquaintance. These are the bundle of joy. One book that I found extremely useful is Atomic Habits by James Clare. I read it about a year ago when I was struggling to stay consistent with my daily routine, especially exercise and study. The book focuses on how small incremental changes can lead to remarkable results over time. Instead of trying to completely transform your life overnight, the author emphasizes the importance of building tiny habits that are easy to stick to. For example, if you want to start running regularly, you don't need to run 5 km on the first day. Just putting on your running shoes can be the first step. I found this book useful because it completely changed the way I look at self-improvement. Before reading it, I used to set unrealistic goals and then feel disappointed when I couldn't achieve them. It was like a new year resolution at those times. But after applying the strategies in the book like habits stacking and tracking progress, I became much more disciplined and consistent not only with fitness but also with studying English. Overall, I felt inspired and motivated after finishing the book. It gave me a sense of control over my routines and made me realize that success doesn't come from one huge effort but continuous small improvements. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to make lasting changes in their life.
