When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

One of the best book for which I have come across is Think and Grow Rich which was written by Napoleon Hill. I read it last month because it gives me the clear understanding of success and how the individual each and every individuals can attain with just following simple steps and just nourishing their present situations and present skills they can easily get success. In that book he mainly covers three different domains in which one was desire that how desire can attain your success. Desire of individual can be so passionate that he or she can easily attain the success. Further he was describing about faith and subconscious mind. The thing subconscious mind he is telling that if individual is having faith and have a deep desire then he can attain this control over the subconscious mind. In which he tells me to write down the phrase or a group of word and stick it over your wall and read it daily. The sentence should be emotionally attached to you. If it is not emotionally attached then it will not have any effect on your growth or getting success.

It was a book known as More Puzzles and the author was Shakuntala Devi. It was one of the first books that I ever read with my own willingness. I usually don't like reading books. I find myself lazy to read any good books. So, as it was a puzzle book, I was quite excited about reading the book. So, I read the book and it was one of the better reads in my life. It is a sequel to the book of puzzles written by Shakuntala Devi. I didn't read the first one but I read the second one. So, it helped me build my problem solving skills and it gave me exposure to the problem solving skills and puzzles at a young age. It helped me with several puzzles and problems in future competitive exams and also tests and interview rounds etc. I don't regret reading the book anytime because it always helped me increase my skills and I like solving puzzles especially because of the book.

I most often read books in my free time as it gave me energy to revive my negativity around surrounding. So yeah, I read a book called Ikegai. It was a Japanese book that was written by Himao Heshe and the main aim and goal of the book was to tell people that you should have an aim of your life so as to achieve something in your life. Ikegai basically means the aim of the life. I think aim is very important. The book gave so many examples of the Japanese lifestyle which tells us that how they love and enjoy doing work even after 60 years. Ikegai helps us to develop the interest according to our hobby and it also focuses on what kind of hobby you can make to your passion so that you can enjoy your time as well as you can earn your money also. Through Ikegai, I have learned so many useful things like how to be happy in negative situations. It also motivates me to have a goal for my life.

The book I always find useful and it's kind of a bible to me is The Old Man and the Sea written by Mr. Ernest Hemingway. The book I always suggest for people to read and it's kind of a refreshing experience whenever I read the book. I always feel motivated and it gives me so much of confidence to move ahead with my life which is not something which a normal conversation can't give you. The book, actually I read the book during my college time while I was studying my English Literature and Language Masters and the book had a really good impact over my consciousness and how to perceive and how to analyze the world livings and how the world influences someone during their struggles and their low times. Additionally, the book has so much of simple writing, it's not some complex writing which is done by Mr. Hemingway. It gives a really beautiful life example with so much of simpler scenarios which the character goes through. It's basically in the old sea a man is getting trapped and how he survives, so that's the main synopsis of the whole story is. And how it gets the details of such the journey of that protagonist is what gives us so much of hope which is a greater thing for leading your life. It's something which I personally feel that everyone should look upon. And that's what the book is all about and what it gives.

The book I found really useful is Stop Overthinking by Harvard Wordsmith. It was a wonderful book and it has many psychological facts that how people overthink about themselves, also about the situation they face, but rather it is not that crucial to think and waste our energy. So, that book made me don't think too much about any situation or any obstacles that I face in my life. Moreover, the book was really simple and even the layman can understand the language or comment the author used in the book. Also, I had a very good story how I bought the book. I was really overthinking about my exam like whether I'll crack the exam or what is gonna happen. So, I was just depressed myself and also stressed by thinking about the exam. And I went to the exam, but I couldn't clear the exam because of stress and overthinking. Then I realized something wrong is happening with me. So, later my teacher has suggested me this book that you are really overthinking about your exam. That is the reason you failed. Just read the book and you'll get an idea. Then after I finished the book, it made me really wonderful about me and how I was thinking about the situation when it is a waste of time and energy. So, I think everybody should read this book and I felt really useful about this book.
