When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I remember, when I was in 4th class, I had this one trip to my cousin's place where I was going for the first time. Now let me tell you that I am the only child in my family and I have no prior experience of sharing at all, due to which I developed quite a pompous personality. Everything revolved around me in my own house and here I was going to my cousin's house.

One of the most happening incidents that happened with me in my class 8 was going on a school national chess tournament where I presented my school and it was one of the most important and memory of my life. I shared this experience with two of my closest friends. The memory was all about how I felt presenting for the first time and how I went out of my comfort zone that is outside Kolkata and played a tournament for the first time. It was a very great experience and furthermore making friends outside Kolkata who also plays chess, sharing ideas, designing game plays and most importantly the memories that I made with them as well as my family who also went with me or something else. My friends who are like Shotrik and Soham they listened to me very, they also had a great interest in listening and I felt very happy after sharing this experience with them. For me it is an experience for lifetime and to share this with someone else it felt very good and they also had a very enthusiastic nature and they also listened to me very passionately and that was it.

Good evening, I would like to explain one of my experiences that I didn't share it so far. In our gang, our friendship, there were four members. Four were very active and encouraging each other, connected with each other people. But some incidents happened among them that they split into two gangs. One person left from our gang and he made rumors against us to make a notorious thing. It was a very painful moment for all of us because we shared, we cared each other, we shared food, spaces, everything. But he made a false, by thinking some false things, some false incidents happened, some wrong incidents happened. Because of that he left us and made controversial talks. Due to these things and happenings, our mind has destroyed. And now it's the moment to understand each other that we have to overcome that false things, that painful moments. And we have to move forward. Moreover, it's a life. We have to face every challenges in life and understand the situations clearly.

I had recently attended a seminar regarding psychological habits of a human mind and it was one of a experience and I would like to share that with others as well because on some point it helps individuals to get to know about themselves, about their body and how their mind actually works on certain situations or we could say hypothetical situations that they create in their mind. It is important to have control over mind for a balanced living and better work focus. Also in the seminar they had mentioned various ways in which one can meditate to get their mind on right track. Moreover, this is helpful for everyone in today's world as with rising technology and advancements in the recent world, people are getting more and more depressed regarding so many things going on with their lives, it would certainly help them with that also because meditation and exercise means good health, good wealth. So I would say everyone should once join that seminar.

So the one thing I want to share about, share with others is the life lesson I learned. So it's a very important one that is to set your boundaries. Say no to what you can't and say no to the things that you don't want to do. Because initially I was a person who would care about others a lot, like I don't even want others to feel embarrassed because of me. So that I went through a lot of things like, for instance, like the flavor I don't want, but in order to make them happy, I ate the flavor of the ice, I ate the ice cream. So similarly, I go through a lot of things, but in the end, I got portrayed negatively in front of others. Like there were rumors that I'm a very flifty person or I don't, I splurge a lot. So after hearing this, I thought I should have said a no, like I should have set my boundaries so that it would, it would have made them to understand my character. So after this lot of thinking, I thought it's important to set the region, like you have to stand for yourself. So I was pretty sure that if I can't stand for myself, then no one can, because no one knew what's going on in my mind. So it's me and I'm responsible for what I am doing and I should prioritize myself first. So after having this lesson, I emphasize this to everyone, to my close friends, to my siblings, to my cousins, everyone, I emphasize that, just say a no. If you can't stand it, that's all right, just say a no, it won't change a thing.

One thing that I am really interested to share with other people is people's swimming because it is very helpful, it is a skill, it is very useful to our daily life. Even if we witness an accident like dropping in water or something related to water activity, swimming manages to overcome that situation and we can save our lives and it is very essential also. One of the most memorable experience I had when I went to Mahabaleshwar, which is a very peaceful and greenery place. I visited Mahabaleshwar, a beautiful hill station with lot of strawberry plants. During the trip, I explored many points. Echo point, mountain points, photography points, waterfall points, all were exclusively made for couples. So I was embarrassed. We tried lot of local cuisine, in which the most amazing was strawberry dew, which was from the fresh strawberry plucked from the plant. I went with my friends and it was one of the experience as for a very long time I was just in my working environment. It gave me a peaceful outdoor activity where I was able to get my body and mind relaxed. This journey was memorable because I wanted to visit Mahabaleshwar since I was 6 years old and it was a golden opportunity I was able to go with my friends. Thank you.
