Rushing Through the Explanation

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I embarked on a trip to Goa with my classmates at that time during February 2023. This was during my final year of Masters. We embarked on a trip to cherish the good old memories that we had during our college days and also to experience Goa, a place that we had never visited before. The planning phase began back in November 2022 and we finally embarked on a 5-day trip to Goa back in February 2023. It was indeed quite a memorable experience as we not only visited the vibrant beaches, we also had a good time by sharing drinks, enjoying the seafood and also visiting and embarking on the nightlife that we saw for the first time in Goa.

Today, I would like to highlight the day when me and my friends visited to enjoy an exquisite sunset. Yes, it was the time around 2 months back when the whole group decided to have a group activity. Since, we all were exhausted from our hustling and bustling life, we just decided to pause everything and unwind ourselves. We just knew the fact that an amazing and a mesmerizing sunset would be a medicine for our stress relieving life. We all went together at around 4 am on the Mount Tambourine which is situated in Brisbane, Australia. And I cannot even imagine to explain how the beauty of nature fascinated us. Each and every corner over there appeared as if it was a picture for our postcards. As soon as the sun began to set, we were on top of the world. We could see the hues of yellow, blue, pink and orange mixing together in the sky. It was as if the God was painting the whole sky. It was like a canvas filled with brighter colors. We were all were filled with positivity and we just did not want that time to move forward. We all were feeling surreal and it was the time of our lives. Later that day, we decided to make it a point that every single month we will visit here and we will try to have an excursion of our own. Not only we enjoyed that sunset together but it was the time we spent with one another and had some quality time.

It was about two years ago, I still remember it very fresh in mind. I went for a skydiving activity in Dubai, in the Palm Jumeirah, with a group of people from different nationalities, different countries and different places. This was one of the most thrilling moments that I have experienced because skydiving was something that was part of my bucket list and I always wanted to give it a try and achieve it as part of my dream. As I mentioned, I did it with people of different age groups, they were mostly adults of course.

One memorable experience I had with a group of people working on a machine learning project for plant disease detection. This was a collaborative effort with three of my colleagues during a university research competition. Additionally, our goal was to develop a deep learning model that could classify plant disease using image processing techniques. So, we started this project about a year ago and most of our work was done in the university lab and through online meetings. Since all of us had different strengths, we were good at coding and other skills in data analysis and research, we divided the task efficiently. My role was primarily focused on developing and optimizing the deep learning models particularly using ResNet and faster R-CNN for the image classification. Throughout the project, we faced several challenges such as datasets, inconsistencies, model overfitting, and performance tuning. However, by the work as a team, brainstorming solutions, and running multiple experiments, we were able to improve the accuracy of our models significantly. After weeks of hard work, we finally presented our findings to the panel of judges and were thrilled when our project was recognized as one of the best submissions in the competition. In conclusion, the experience was incredibly rewarding because it not only enhanced my technical skills but also taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, and problem solving. The sense of achievement I felt while collaborating with like-minded individuals was truly fulfilling. Additionally, knowing that our project had the potential to help farmers detect plant diseases early and improve crop yield made it even more meaningful. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience. I would love to work on similar AI-driven projects with talented people in the future.

So, there was a short mini campaign of 10 days in our plant SMS2, basically basic oxygen furnace. So, here was a campaign of 180 tons of converter vessel where a group of team I had to lead to complete the maintenance job as per the targets we have set with the discussion of the higher management. So, the team was of R&D department, so I had to lead the job of lining inside the converter vessel which basically helps or which basically safe the shell of the converter from getting puncture from the hot metal that we pour during the process of our steel making operations. So, that was something which took around 7 to 8 days to get complete. So, during that project there were many difficulties that we faced the time to time. One of those was load testing, before engaging your manpower inside the converter vessel first you have to set up a load testing machine which can lift the pellets and help you to locate it inside the vessel, help you to deliver it inside the vessel, so that the people who are inside the vessel for the lining activity can easily get the pellets or bricks that are composed of magnesium carbide easily to be set up around the converter vessel. So, there are a team of 10 members and we all have to work it together, so it took all 10 days.

Recently, on the 15th of August, which was Independence Day, me and my friends, so we as a group, took some food, packed it, and we went on roads and find the people who are needy, who need food and water, and so we just wanted to do something productive and help someone who are going through some problems, like not even having proper food to eat, or water, or proper shelter. So, whatever money we had, we had some amount of money, so we wanted to be productive about it. So, we brought some food, we packed all of those things, we packed water bottles, and we asked people, like what is their problem, and what are they dealing with. Some children, they were living on the roads, living beside the roads, so we asked them, do they really go to school, or what are they doing. So, they said that they are going to school, but they don't have few stops. So, we provided them books, and some basic needs that a child would need to go to a school. We provided some bags, and also, we gave them food for that time, and after that, I felt that I did something good. So, it was a great feeling, and whenever I get a chance, I would like to repeat those things, I would like to help.

In Hyderabad we have, we basically out of 15, almost everyone has the car. Basically we do the racing, we own Nicholas Road, Hydex City. These are the activities which we have done in a group basically. Furthermore we used to go out on dinners, we have planned a world tour for 7 countries. We have been to 7 countries, starting with Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Dubai, Oman, Mauritius, Maldives, London, USA, Canada, we have been to all these countries. And we used to plan almost, we used to go on for every 3 to 4 years, we used to be on a world tour for every 3 to 4 years. And we have done, we do the business, we do the business of real estate and we have a business company to run. And after like, after a successful venture of dealing in lands, after almost collecting all the profit. We used to plan something, we used to plan something, we have planned world tour last time. Now we are going to plan something else we need to do, that we are basically figuring out. When the best solution comes in our mind, we will do that one. Basically we are a group, we used to do all these things combined with all our commitment, with all our pure hard work. We have achieved so many things in our life. If I were a single man, if I, basically I would not have achieved this much success.

Yes, I did a project with my friends. There was a group of four people, me and... ...Vontesh and Navi and Prasad. We are a group of four people. We did a project last year. It was a wonderful experience... ...learning new things and getting new knowledge on it. Something on a subject, related to a subject. It was very good. Moreover, we had to share our work. We shared our work, someone doing the paperwork, someone doing the... ...correction, someone doing the PPT and someone doing the report. These types of works we categorised and we split it to ours. Then we took time and we often meet together in the college library. We do a lot of work together and we get new knowledge. If a person is getting the knowledge, he will tell me. If I have a particular knowledge on something, I will share it with him. It was a good group sharing in my surroundings. One more thing, with my lecturer, we did this with the help of a lecturer. We used to get more knowledge. He was with us and we got a good strength. We had published the paper last year. These types of works we did in my college time. Doing this, we got a good bond with each other. We had a good time with each other. It was very pleasant and calm. There were new members who were excited to see the project. We had explained in our college library.

I did a project named DermAI, a dermatological manifestation project, in which it recognizes the skin conditions and analyzes it, and it also tells the root cause of the disease. I did it with my friend Malati and Priyadarshini. We three decided to do this together, as it was assigned to us, and we created a team bonding, and we had many schedules and time schedules for doing all the things, and I also had an opportunity to present my project at Scopus International, and I also published a paper on it. This project was developed because of the people who are facing many skin conditions. It will help them to recognize the diseases that they have on their skin, and also to cure it. The main idea of the project was to help people who are in need, and they do not need to pay a fee for a project, they just need to upload a picture of their hand, and then upload it into our system, so that while analyzing the issue, it sees how the disease was originated from and where it came, and it also tells about how the people should wear the things that they should avoid, and what the intakes that they should take, so that they can stop the disease from spreading even more. I loved to do it, I did it with my friends, and it had a great success, and we accomplished it on time, because we had a time slot and time schedule for each model of the project. This project has developed me to overcome many challenges, I was given as a team leadership, and I had the chance to collaborate with my friends, and I love to do it all over again.
