When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

This conversation happened a few weeks ago when we were sitting in a cafe near our university after our classes. Rilwan believed that AI would make most tasks easier and create new job opportunities while I was slightly more cautious. I felt that although technology is helpful, it might also lead to challenges like unemployment and over dependence on machines. We both shared examples to support our views. He talked about how AI helps in medical diagnosis and transportation while I mentioned how automation has already reduced the need for manual labor in several industries. Even though we had different opinions, the discussion was very respectful and we both listened carefully to each other. By the end of the conversation, we didn't reach a definite conclusion but we agreed that technology is evolving so quickly that staying informed and adaptable is essential. What I really appreciated about this discussion was that it made me think more critically and helped me understand another perspective. Overall, it was one of the most memorable conversations I've had lately because it was meaningful, thought-provoking and genuinely enjoyable.

Recently, I had an interesting discussion with my friend. So it was basically about our work, we both are working in a different field obviously, but we have our own, you know, own difficulties, own problems with the, with the colleague. So we were discussing about that and we were like, oh, our school time was great or college time was great, we were just, you know, write homework, get scoldings just from the teacher, but now we are getting from each and every staff where we work. So when we were discussing, I shared an interesting thing which I see recently when I was off from my work, I used to travel by metro and at that I see two persons who are visually challenged. They are nearly my age who are going for work, but they found it very difficult like crossing those, you know, that bike parking area, they were hitting there, here because they don't have this easy access. So why our government are not providing such, you know, such benefit, though they are giving so many benefits, but this is a simple thing, but they are not doing that way and also comparing us, we found, we find like we are like super working, we are like doing so much work, but see people are here who have, who are like leading their life with the bad minimum, but we are like more privileged, we have a home for us, we have people who we support, we don't need to like, it's not necessary for us to go for work every day, but here people who are like suffering to lead a single day of life and so that was so interesting.

So the discussion me and my friend did was on human body. It basically revolved around how human body is such an intriguing thing in the world. How it allows humans to adapt to the changes. How easily they can adapt and if they cannot how their body signifies it. Their body shows if there is any damage in it through different and unique ways. Body have ability to heal itself without even letting human know. The human will only know there have been some damage when the damage is on outer surface or have been too much. I find this discussion very interesting because it make us think of our body. Not something we are just carrying but something which is miraculous, which is developing, which is evolving with time.

So, this happened in 2024 when me and my closest friend Ayesha had a very great discussion about attending an international conference in Singapore. That conference was about new research invention and how we implement the biosensors and new nanoparticles to enhance the productivity of carbon. We both were having the opinion to attend that conference and we were planning since more than a month and I vividly remember that we booked the tickets and find the accommodation as well. Apart from attending the conference our key interest was to go in completely different place, explore, talk to different person and enhance our skills and experience towards different factors apart from our field. The good thing was that we both had a same thought about attending a conference and we tried so hard to accomplish that plan and yes with our right approach and a good strategy we were able to conduct that plan into reality and we feel very good how constructively we plan and we consecute and things were actually successful.

me and my friend one day started talking about women empowerment. we came to the topic because we started comparing the lives of the women in the older generation with that of the younger generation. in older generation the women were forced to live within the four walls of the house, they were not allowed to go out, they were not allowed to roam around, they were forced to do the household chores and every single work of their husbands, fathers and taking care of their in-laws. they were not allowed to follow their passion, dream, career, anything. even though they were well-educated, they were not supposed to pursue their dreams, but when coming to the younger generation, women gave much importance to the career, passion, profession, everything. they put their education first rather than every other thing. the prime motto of the women of the generation is to have a better world, a better future where everyone is allowed to follow their visions.

My discussion with my friend is about modern education. The interesting facts about this discussion is how modern education is evolving. We had an interesting thought of usage of AI tools in education play an important role. When I spoke about using of AI tools in education play an important role in improving language of the students. When I start speaking about it with my friend, he started telling some interesting information about usage of AI tools in our daily education. There are some AI tools which are used in writing emails and also some of them are used in correcting the vocabulary and some tools are used in writing letters. So if students are not sure about how to write a letter to the teacher or how to correct their mistakes, they do have this extra support like Meta, Google Gemini, Chart GPT, different kind of things. In 20th century if we can use these AI tools effectively, it will be very useful for all the students. Therefore me and my friend had conversation

So, once I and my friend was discussing about our senior-junior relationship in our college. Basically, I am in our Mehdil college in India and in all over the world, ragging is very common in Mehdil college. Ragging is something which occurs and which happens in all Mehdil college from very long time. So, basically, this ragging is a type of interaction which happens between seniors and juniors. So, ragging, the thing ragging, the concept of ragging is not bad, but through the time period, ragging is taking a bad form. Initially, ragging was done in order to discipline juniors and in order to make juniors learn about the rules and regulations and about the conventional things which are done in Mehdil college and so that they will be able to treat patients and to save lives because in medical field, you are dealing with human life which is the most precious form, which is the most precious form or the most precious thing created by God. So, in order to deal with human life, a person needs to be very disciplined and must understand the seriousness behind this. So, we were just talking about ragging and the junior-senior relations. Many people say that ragging is not good, ragging should be prohibited, but they say these things until they are a first year Mehdil student or a junior. As soon as they become...
