When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

A intelligent person I know would be my father. My father graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, showing vast academic success. He went on to gain experiences at Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania and the Northwestern University, Kellogg. With all his travels, he has wisdom beyond his ears, and he has tried to impart it to me ever since. I believe intelligence is not just of how much one knows, but how one interprets the knowledge they know. Throughout my childhood, my father has been an inspirational figure. For all that he had achieved, he has imparted that wisdom to me at multiple instances. I consider him intelligent not because he has a lot of knowledge, but primarily because he provides me with the correct advice whenever I have gone to him to seek one. With this said, I believe that he is the most intelligent person I know and his intelligence is the level I would seek to achieve in my life.

    Band 7

I would say the most intelligent person I know is my friend, his name is Smith. Initially we met in 10th grade when we were in school. But the first time we met was in the tuition classes. It's a very funny incident how we met. We used to cheat in exams. I was really good at mathematics and he was really good at science. So we used to help each other in the exams. I know it is wrong but at that time we didn't have much brains. So why do I tell him intelligent is that he has done a total of 4 degrees and double masters and currently he is working with an investment firm in Bombay Stock Exchange at a very good position and he has many responsibilities in that company which is handling them like a piece of cake. So that's why I am calling him as an intelligent person and I am really grateful to have a friend like him.

My friend Seeba Prasad Swain, whom I met during my coaching classes of AIPMT exam, is a very intelligent person, he has this unique ability to decipher information and has excellent deductive reasoning skills. He is very practical, rational and pragmatic in real life as well as intelligent in academics. I thoroughly enjoy being with him. I think his parents have done a great job raising him into a brilliant and analytical person. He is someone who I look into. He is someone who can come out of any situation using his sheer brilliance, attitude and intelligence.

To begin with, the most intelligent person or an intelligent person that I know is my elder brother, he is much older than me, he is about 8 years older than me, moreover, I call him intelligent because he does not only possess academic knowledge but also real life knowledge. For example, he knows how to use gadgets smartly, he knows how to book cabs, do everything online and even if you leave him in abroad country, he would definitely have all the knowledge to come back or survive there, he is that intelligent. According to me, a person is not only intelligent by his academic knowledge but also by the real life interactions he or she makes. Furthermore, I know him because he is my elder brother. Currently, my elder brother is studying in Cornell University. As Cornell is one of the Ivy Leagues, it's really difficult to get into Ivy Leagues. Apart from that, he is still made into Ivy Leagues. I mean Ivy League, he did everything by himself, the application processes, booking tickets, getting the visa done, getting his passport done, other than that, getting a full scholarship to move abroad to pursue his future education. I am really proud of him and in future, I definitely look forward to be like him and take all the aspirations through him. Therefore, I would like to conclude that it is my elder brother who is one of the intelligent persons that I know and I would love to be.

Yeah, so I'm going to describe a professor at my university, IIT Gandhinagar. So he's actually been teaching at IIT Gandhinagar for couple of years now. So he's actually a very good teacher. So he's also my project guide in my master's thesis. And he also teaches us atomic and molecular physics. So he's quite intelligent, like in project, like I can say, he teaches me a lot. He teaches me a lot of advanced condensed matter stuff, which I don't know, like, his research work is also fabulous, like, he's a good experimental physics researcher, with his paper actually being published in like one of the most novel journals in the world like nano communications, etc, nature, like APS publications and everything. So he's actually a pretty good researcher. He has also worked with a Nobel Prize winner, laureate, Grimm. So he has actually worked, he has also worked in like, National Institute for Graphene in Manchester University with him. He has also worked for his postdoctoral research in Singapore as well, with Nate Rowe, I guess. So he has worked with quite a lot of intelligent person. So yeah, he's also one of them. So yeah, also in lab, he has very much expensive equipment, which he likes to teach me. So yeah, I'm going to say him as I met him. So it's been an honor to work with him.

    Band 6-7

When I hear an intelligent person, the first person which comes to my mind is my friend Somneshree. I met her when I got into my new school, PMLSD public school in Chandigarh in eleventh grade. I think that she is very intelligent as she has a sense of communication, she knows how to communicate, she knows how to deal with situations. An intelligent person not only means that he or she needs to get good marks or something like that, she doesn't always get good marks in every subject, but she is intelligent as she has common sense for all the things, how life works and how everything works better. She is a very good communicator and has intelligence on many things like current affairs, general knowledge. She knows a lot about our history, geography and all and that is intelligence. She doesn't get good marks in economics, but that's okay, that doesn't mean that she is not intelligent.

    Band 6-7

Okay so the first person that came to my mind when I thought of an intelligent person that I personally know is one of my best friends. She still is my best friend and we became friends during our graduation period at College of Agriculture. She was the third rank holder in All India level for the Junior Research Fellowship exam and I consider her to be intelligent not only in the perspective of IQ but also in terms of emotional quotient. I've seen her having a very good relationship with one of her friends from school and it's so intriguing to me to be honest to think how she is able to manage a romantic relationship as well as her studies hand by hand without deteriorating the quality of either of the two. It is not quite obvious to me because if I was in her position I'm quite sure I would have messed it up. So seeing there are obviously many people doing this but seeing her in person so close and I was evaluating how she's doing it because she's working hard all through the day and sets aside time for her personal things at night and she is very fast in doing things but also accurate when it comes to things like preparing for exams or writing an answer. So I personally find her to be a very intelligent person. Not only that she hides things from her home but she tries to keep things in an ethical way and tries to complete things in deadline or even before deadline. We will all be starting our works much earlier.

    Band 6-7

To begin with, I would talk about this person who will always be in my mind as a mentor and I respect her a lot because of her aura, the personality she used to carry and she was just 22 years old and at this age she was the branch manager of our company Pathfinder Visa. I really appreciate about her focus, the perseverance, the diligence she used to carry. She was always motivated, she was always positive enough to spread the good vibes to the entire branch. Along with that, the best part about her was the way she used to dress herself. In addition to it, she was filled with the product knowledge. Anyone could reach out to her anytime irrespective of working hours or after working hours. We could reach out to her in terms of maintaining professionalism. She was always available which actually helped the entire branch to reach target with substantial growth within two and a half years. Moreover to it, she became branch manager within a time span of two years at the age of 22 only which is commendable, inspiring and motivational to every youth who is working in any sector because at this age it is completely possible.
