When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So, talking about impressive talks or conversations, it means that the talk or the conversation that you had with that person, it leaves a very big impression in your brain or inside you, right? So, the talk that I had with my uncle once in 2023, when we were having a family get together in Mysore, we had this conversation for about 2 hours and I very well remember that he was taking drinks but still, I asked him a lot of questions about my future, about how he was expecting his future to be and how it turned out and he told me a lot about life, like how to live a life, how to be like a normal man but also earn and support your family at the same time and he was actually an ex-Indian Navy officer and he talked all of these out of his experience for about 30 years, from his 30 year experience and I believe that all those things that he has told me that day still has left a very big impact on me because I do still remember him saying a lot of things about life and because of all these reasons, I believe that it did leave me a big impression inside me and also I respect him a lot, I am one of those people who is really looking forward to him, he is a really respected person in our family and he is also humorous and funny at times and I just want to be someone like him in the future.

Well, yesterday when I was doing my work, I got a chance to have a chat with Virat Kohli. That was the moment when I realized that finally my dream comes true. At that time when I am having conversation with Virat Kohli, we had a chat about fitness. It was really fun to talk about fitness and I've learned so many things from him. Like he said that fitness is something that everybody should do it no matter in which profession they are. And he also told me that fitness is something that is really essential to people to do it rather than just keeping themselves restricted sitting on a chair because he felt that fitness gives you chance to more work hard as well as it will provide you right mindset for the work which I agree and then I said to him that I also love to do fitness. Well, I am not a kind of person who like to go to gym every day rather than I love to play sports like cricket. He is one of my favorite cricketer and I love to play cricket with my friends also which is such a great thing to do and it was such a inspiring talk for me no matter how hard I try to do it but I usually get failed to achieve the level of fitness that he has right now and he also told me that it was the first time in 2019 when he realized that he needs to upgrade his fitness to play the highest level of game and he also told me that diet is the major part of fitness that I really agree on the fact that everybody in our country do not have a great diet because of lack of fitness that was such a inspiring talk.

There are multiple talks that I remember which were quite memorable for me, however out of all of those I can nitpick quite a few which have really stuck with me. One such example I can remember is that back in 2019, which was a long time ago so I definitely remember it well, I had a conversation with the COO of Tech Mahindra back at my restaurant and the reason he was there because he was just visiting as a customer at my restaurant and we met and he introduced himself, however I did not think anything of him at that moment because we were still strangers, however he then proceeded to invite me to his table for a chat and as we spoke, he started asking and enquiring about my plans and goals for the future, also if that my future is based only on this restaurant or do I have something else in mind as well. So I explained him quite briefly about my plans and about how I am not planning to study anymore which was back then and he also told me that discipline is the most important factor out of all of these, discipline in education, in work and as an overall department, discipline is one of the foundations for making anything successful and it's not just that, we had a long conversation of about 45 minutes which gave me a really different perspective from someone who is almost 2 decades older than me and gaining his wisdom.

Well, today I am very happy to be here and to speak few words and personality development that I had taken session on this topic. Especially the main idea I have taken from Socrates called knowing thyself. It remembers me from the philosophical level to implement these ideas first on my opinion and depends on others opinion. So the author Socrates speaks about knowing thyself means knowing your personal interest, your abilities and your interest on areas you need to improve. Like changing your behavior pattern, like thinking creatively and improving your skills. We say that our body spends almost 60% of its gestures like showing and it's also time to look introspect ourself and to maintain the eye contact especially when we are speaking with elders and to develop our skills like speaking with elders fluently, efficiently and behaving with our peer group and in the society. We say the society depends how you are dealing with your group and your sections. And I told in the school and it made me to reflect first on myself and it was good experience.

Describe an impressive talk or conversation that you had, you remember well. I would remember my speech or we can say talk given to my juniors during my fourth semester. I was selected for getting a foreign technical training program on behalf of the government of Tamil Nadu based on the score I got in my college. So generally the program concentrates on the people who scored well and the people from across the state will be taken to a specific country with the university and some for technical training will be given. Specifically I did a training on 3D printing and additive manufacturing we can say. I was giving this very detailed discussions about the 3D printing and additive manufacturing whatever we have experienced during my technical training program in Australia where I was sent to get that training program and it was really a great speech I would say because people really enjoyed. I have explained to them how the things work in Australia and how the things work for the manufacturing and mechanical industry and really it was a good talk I remember and also there are lot of comments from the students along with that parents also was there during that speech. They have given me a lot of good feedback.

I'm a very outgoing person and I like to talk to various people at work and even some parties. And today I would like to talk about one such experience where I came across a person I can't even get over now. He has definitely left a mark on me and I would be definitely I would be honored to meet him again and also working with him if I get a chance to. He is Mr. Rajneesh Mehra, a retired colonel, a former Indian Army officer who had recently moved in our residential colony society. I had a chance to talk to him two weeks back in a small get-together that was planned to welcome the new residents. At first he seemed a bit calm and organized when he introduced himself. It was something exceptional about him. He talked briefly about the background of the Indian Army, how exceptional it was for serving the nation for more than three decades, and how when he retired as a colonel it instantly grabbed my attention. And icing on the cake was the time when he talked about his philosophic work. He mentioned how he is associated with various charitable institutions and NGOs working for the betterment of underprivileged sections of the society, especially the women and the children. Also he talked about his love for gardening and the way he teaches the poor children. It was inspiring how he devotes time towards organizing medical camps and raising funds for the schools in the remote areas. The way of speech was captivating, despite all his achievements. One thing that left me astonished was that he served the nation with my gun and now I am doing it with my heart. I genuinely want to know more about him, about his army career, his insights into life.

I had impressive conversation with my teacher in 12th grade. He was my chemistry teacher and he told me about relationships that you should come in relationship and you should rely on that relationship when you are in your masters because only then you have that wisdom or you have gone through so much in your life. Only then you can make a good decision about a relationship. Only then you can judge a person. And it was a class where we were sitting and why it was impressive because it kept me. It is with me till date and I applied this and I am very thankful to him. I have a great relationship because of his advice.

Recently, I got the opportunity to have a chat with my professor. So casually I was just passing by the corridor and he was there and as there were no class so we decided to get a cup of coffee and just chatting. And by the time of talking, I just randomly took the topic of my PhD admission. As I am in my final year of college, I need to get my application done by this year December. So I am a bit worried regarding the geopolitical situation and the current circumstances. So I was asking for some suggestion and seeking his guidance and he was so good and he was also very pessimistic by my topic and I was just talking about my topic and how I should get the procedures done and he was so optimistic with the whole thing. By the time I was talking, I was very scared but after talking, I feel so confident, so impressed that now I can go on.
