I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

My favorite text message was from my best friend on my birthday. It was really important and close to my heart since we have been friends since childhood. The text message was important to me because in text messages it is easier to express your thoughts and views. And we have been long distance friends ever since we completed school. For the past 5 or 6 years we have not met much but we have communicated via text messages. It is an easier way to communicate in our daily busy lives. It helps me keep reminding myself my worth and what my friend thinks about me and how important I am to her. I like to re-read the text messages whenever I miss my favorite person.

The first important message that I received was when I received my salary. I know after completing college, I was waiting to get a job and I was tired from trying but I couldn't find any at that time. And eventually, I got an opportunity to appear for an interview with Amazon and at first I was rejected and then I got an opportunity to try again and finally, I received a mail that they offered me with a job. I was rejected and everyone of us, everyone would be waiting for that first salary moment, right? When I received my salary, it wasn't much but I felt over the moon. I had a feeling like, yeah, I could also contribute something to my home, my parents. I could do something for them and after joining, after giving my everything in the job, I was obviously waiting for receiving my first salary. And it was at the age of, I guess it was 24 maybe, yeah, only at 24, I got my first salary. I still remember that as fresh as that was at that time, yeah.

Before I start speaking about the important text message I received, I'd like to give you a context about the situation that I was in. During COVID, I was not mentally well and there were certain difficulties that I faced due to certain deaths in my family. So during that time, there was this one text message that was sent by my dear friend, which gave a lot of motivation and I believe that it brought me back to doing what I was supposed to do, prepare for my exams. It was from my dear friend and she has put in her heart to talk about me or the situation that I was in and she basically motivated me to get back, come back stronger and yes.

A very important text message that I received was definitely when I received the message which informed me that my 12th standard results were out. After a stressful exam schedule a couple of months back, I was very much stressed about how the results would come out. I had forgotten it for a couple of months right after my exam but I remembered that I would be receiving this text any time and I was a bit worried about how my results would come out. I then received that message and I was very anxious at first, I was like fiddling with things, I kept walking around and it was just a bit stressful to receive the message. I then opened it and it had a link that had my results in it. After calming down and then walking about a kilometre right within my room, I finally mustered up the courage to bring my parents together and then open up the link right in front of them. Upon opening the link, I was pleasantly surprised that I had actually gotten close to 90% as a grade for my 12th year of education. It was a day with a rush of emotions I would say.

Around three months ago, I gave my SAT examination, and I remember studying diligently for it for about three hours every day, preparing a meticulous exam schedule, studying vigorously, and practicing a lot of questions. I was extremely scared about giving this exam, because it was quite a challenging and daunting experience for me, because this was the last time I was able to give it until I had to submit these scores to my college university. A month ago, I received a text message from my mother that contained my SAT results. I was anticipating these results the same day, and I remember being quite nervous about it. When I received the text message from my mother, I remember feeling a sense of timid, scared, and nervous about my results. As soon as I opened my results, it was a 1450 on 1600, which is not the best score possible. I remember being extremely disappointed in myself, because even though I practiced meticulously and rigorously for the past three months for this extremely significant exam in my life, I was not able to achieve the score that I admired to. Nonetheless, I was extremely elevated that it was my mother who broke this news to me, and I remember this other text message that she sent, saying that it is alright and it is now the end of the world, which made me feel a little happier than before and more elevated.

I would like to describe an important text message that I have received recently. It was from IRCC Canada which is related to my passport request as well as the confirmation of permanent residence. I have been waiting for a long time to receive at that message because after my medicals and biometrics it was a long waiting for three months to receive that message. We were checking with the agency as well as with the IRCC since there was a little bit mistake in my address so I was afraid of whether my application get rejected or not. So that's why I was totally upset because of it's late. So when I received that message I was too glad about that. I received that message on October 22nd 2024 which was a Tuesday. The most important message that I received in recent times is a message from my manager regarding my promotion from being a software employer to a tester It was really important to me because it made me really happy with the fact that how efficient I was when it comes to team and hard work and skill and it was a message through whatsapp which was unofficial because of the connection between me and my manager It was really important to me because it was really the time when I was about to give up on the company because I couldn't seem to be growing anywhere and with a blink of spark light I got a notification on my phone that day that I could be promoted from being a tester which is really an amazing job role in the company because that really sets a standard of what kind of products we are giving it to the customers The project was about Appen and they were really strict in terms of what content is going to put out there and being a tester me getting that important text message I was really happy, I was able to celebrate it with my family and my friends I was able to share my experiences to my co-workers and they were really happy about it and there was still a bit of I was still being a bit of paranoid myself because I didn't know if it was true or not and the next day when I went to office it was raining
