When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

An exciting activity which I did was with my office colleagues as recently I have started an internship at Pfizer. So we are 70 new interns there. All of us had an ice-breaking session in the beginning of our work. So the session took around 30 to 40 minutes and in each session we get some kind of interesting activities to do, perform such as to either mimic an actor or celebrity or pose like something great. Then we need to play some kind of activities such as truth and dare and ask questions with other colleagues. So all these activities are very much essential for being in a team as it develops the skills of teamwork, leadership qualities, then coordination among with our teammates and also throughout the process of this ice-breaking session we get connected with each others, got to know about other person's views and capacity and ability and their approach, how they approach to any kind of problem. So all these helps us in gaining knowledge from others, understanding the point of view and other people's perspectives. It is very much essential. All these ice-breaking sessions were conducted by our seniors. They helped us to get to know what kind of activity we will be performing each day and each day has

So we did this activity during COVID when me and my friends decided to donate food to the homeless people and people who were left alone, who were not helped by the public. So we decided to cook food from our home and donate it to those people who are in need and take care of themselves. But we made sure to be safe from the virus. So we gave it to the people who were in need and we took care of those patients and other people who were suffering from this pandemic. We gave them food where they closed the shops, almost everything. So they were all in hunger and disbelief. So we thought of giving taste and good humanity and gave them a good hospitality. So that's what we believe in. That's what we did. And it felt really good. It felt great.

And I have met a friend whose name is Praveen. He's been with me more than 2 years but I haven't seen him in the college. In the workplace, I had met him and we guys used to chat and do the work in the same computer. On that day, we shared some of the ideas to be a recruiter people for our organization. After a week, we guys have been very best friends. As well as we enjoy our work in everyday, to be interacting with the people, to be in a schedule for them, which is the thing we had done there. And if I had a mistake, he will be corrected it with a polite manner. If he had a mistake, I will be correct with some of the motivation for him. And finally, we guys completed our program by April 2025. It's been 2 months. We guys still have memories for our life forever. In that internship program, we had to know about the organizational communication skill and how we have to be in the organization. It helped me for my future and I always be grateful for the person, Praveen. Because I literally enjoyed every moment to spend my time in the internship program, where I was choosing or recruiting, any other thing.

Two years back I was driving a car with my friend and we were going on a long road trip. In the way we saw one cow suffering from an accident and too much blood was coming from his chest so we stopped our car and tried to save that cow by stopping his blood by using some medikit stored in our car but the blood flow was too high because the surface area of cow body is too big our medikit was not enough to secure that injured place. I was doing it because I was feeling too bad for that cow and we are not able to secure that then we find forest department number and called for ambulance and then ambulance came and that cow went to the hospital for rest of the medical thank you.

The activity that I have experienced with someone else is recently, I am the class representative and I am new to that position. We have a celebration of Rose Day and all the CAs have a responsibility of organizing the event and all. We have that responsibility for the decoration and I started to help the people along with my juniors. They all are from the previous rooms and all know each other. I was very new but no one tried to mingle with me or not even tried to talk to me. I felt very bad regarding that and that is the kind of experience that I have. Later, even when I tried to talk to them, no one responded to me properly because there is mainly a language barrier between us. I am from another state and they are from another state. They all are friends from the beginning and I went in the middle. There is no proper communication. I think that communication lags because of the language barrier.
