When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I recently read an article about handedness and in specific and specifically I speak about left handedness and how you know there's only 11% of population right now which is left handed and that percentage has been stuck ever since it neither increases nor decreases. So when we talk about handedness we have right handed people and left handed people and then there are ambidextrous people as well who can use both of their hands effectively. I personally belong to left handedness diaspora of the spectrum. I grew up using left hand for most of my work and you know even for my writing skills. I came to know that you know that article would point out the fact that there are many accidents which happen because of the tools are specifically made for right handed people and left handed people use and they get into disaster because of the tools being okay fuck it.

You can have boiled eggs, sprouts and vegetables, anything that you want to take while gaining the weight. So they have that, I know about that thing from that time. A week ago I come across an article named calm the mind. Actually I wasn't in a mood of reading anything but the title calm the mind actually dragged my attention and I was happened to look into the article. Firstly the article is about the meditation, the pros and cons of meditation. It actually makes me realize that meditating shifts your mind and calms your mind in a better way in more than one ways rather than doing an too harsh workout or stressing yourself hard on physical activities. We prefer to meditate to calm our mind and in the present world of stressful conditions and so much of disgusting things is happening around us meditation is a key way to relax our mind. It somewhat clears all the chaos and confusion in our internal health and brings an betterment and delightfulness in our day to day life. And in addition to that there are so many benefits in meditating. It somewhat calms our mind and it is an even more helpful thing. It clears all the confusion and it makes easier and overall that article

So, I am Akash Singh. I am a gym instructor. I also love writing about health articles where I wrote about achieving a flat belly in 30 days, basis year, good diet plan, elevating sugars from your diet and keeping yourself hydrated entire day. Also, by working out on a basic level where you are just performing a few exercises like squats, lunges and core workouts such as crunches, high knees, jumping jacks etc. that will help you elevate and get to a level where you are almost close to a flat belly. Now, how does that happens because when you elevate your sugars, it makes it more easier for you to keep it going, focus and make it easier for you to get on to it.
