When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So in 2017 I was in my college in Philippines studying for MBBS and me and my friends made a plan as we were getting our summer vacations, we planned for a trip to Japan. We applied for our visas, did all the documentations and proceeded for our travel to Japan. Our itinerary was to Osaka, a beautiful city of Japan. We landed in, we flew to Japan, we flew to Osaka and landed there. It was a beautiful city with a moderate temperature from 23 to 24 degree Celsius as it was summer time. What I observed was the most beautiful thing there was the cleanliness of the place, the helpfulness of the people. Whoever I stopped and enquired, I was like asking for the way towards the hotel. Everybody was so helping and so guiding, which in today's world is very rare. The people were sober, the places were very clean and neat. It was so good that one would wish to walk barefooted, you know, without shoes. They were so clean. It was like a kind of a dream. And the market we visited, you know, the most attracting place was the signboard there of, it's a Glico, a marathon runner, it's a signboard there. It's a very famous spot in Osaka where you take pictures and, you know, it makes you feel really good that you have been to such place and try different restaurants and the food.

Well, the tourist attraction I recently visited was located in the North East India, which is the state of Meghalaya. So I had visited this state's capital, Shillong, which is a very beautiful and a scenic place. I basically went there to meet my friends and to attend a concert performed by a British singer named Ed Sheeran. So we had a good time catching up over and meeting and discussing what we had left out in the last few months. So during my visit, I visited this beautiful river called the Dawki River, which is one of the cleanest rivers in this country. And it is so crystal clear that you can see the pebbles below the sand bed of the river. It is also a border to Bangladesh and either side of the river is India and the other one is Bangladesh. The part of Bangladesh was rarely crowded. And during my visit, I also got a chance to visit Cherrapunji, which is one of the wettest state in India. And there has been rain 365 days around the year. So there were many caves that were formed in the state because of the continuous rain that has been formed by erosion of the soil. The caves were very sacred and it was a very nice expedition throughout my visit in the northern part of India, Meghalaya.

I have been traveling around for the last seven years and one of the places that I could always remember and I have thoroughly enjoyed visiting is called Spiti Valley. It is a valley in the Himachal Pradesh state of India. It has a lot of snow and I enjoyed playing in the snow whenever I visited there. To be honest I visited there several times maybe more than three to four times. The thing that I have attracted or attracted me was the lush greenery and snow-capped mountains there and the mountains there are more visible and I could see the Kaziranga and Kanchenjunga peaks from there. I felt so refreshed, calm and I could introspect quite a lot about where I am at my life is. I could reflect a lot about the different things that I have done and I have also made some decisions about the future things that I am going to commit to. This place is always crowded because it is very very what you call it like very very famous among tourists and backpackers and some travelers set camps there and stay there for couple of days sometimes. I did that once too.
