When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

During my college days, I think it was my sophomore year, I got close to a friend whose name is called Vimal Nath. He was a good friend and still is a good friend actually. So, he asked me a favor of whether I could give him some advice or not. And I said I would agree to give him some advice. After that, he made me do one thing, which is borrowing the watch that I owned to him. I said it was quite okay because we are friends and borrowing the watch for one day won't change anything, right? So, after that day, he returned the watch that I gave it to him into pieces. That made me feel like my whole life has been plucked out from my body. I felt shattered and I was quite furious and scolded him in front of everyone, why did you do this and what happened and all. And he explained that he went for a party and met with an accident there. It was quite unfortunate which happened to him. I felt bad of saying such harsh words because he was already traumatized with accidents that he had. And I also added much agony to his pain by asking something rude.

I recall that my friend when I was in 10th standard borrowed a beautiful white attire that I had got for my sister's wedding and she had borrowed it for a family function that she had but when she returned it back to me it had a huge ice cream stain on it and when I saw it initially I was pretty livid and contacted her and called her up asking her how it had happened initially since the stain was brown I couldn't really figure out what it was but then she told me that it was an ice cream stain I was able to remove it after two or three washes but still I did not talk to her for a few days but later my mother explained it to me and I realized that it was quite a bad move on my part because in the past as well I had given her a lot of my belongings like a piece of jewelry or a piece of or a pair of slippers to wear for different occasions and she had returned them to me without any damages apart from this I feel she had also shared with me her belongings whenever I required them so I realized that friendship in itself as a whole is a relationship of giving and of gratitude and sharing so realizing the vital importance of such a relationship I decided to forgive her and forget about it

so it was a gift which was given on my birthday which was 17th birthday by my other friend it was carried by my best friend it just slipped unknowingly from her hand so it just slipped it was a glass jar so it just broke him it cannot be glued or it cannot be fixed you won't get the original back I reacted with a mixed emotions it was not just scolding her and making her weep will give me the gift back I was with a mixed emotion I was so connected with the person who gifted me and the person who was carrying it and dropping dropped it was totally unintentional she was actually trying to help me grab all my gifts to my upstairs where my room is situated so it was a merry help but unknowingly it unfortunately it fell and it was broken so instead of fixing the broken I can't broke one's heart so I reacted in a normal way saying that it's okay X will fix it it's not a big deal don't weep or cry it's about a new year of my life so I have to be mature enough to face the difficulties and shortcomings instead of reacting too much because once you become a mature you have to be in a way that is more nurturing the environment accepting the reality and just going with the flow so that's how I reacted

I was angry at that time and even scared because how would my mom react on it as it was a bicycle I just recently got for my birthday and it was now I can see it's broken apart in front of me. I was angry on him but when I showed it to my mom, all my mom said was if Harshal is doing fine or not then that day I realized that I shouldn't have been angry on him breaking the bicycle but should have checked on him first that if he is okay or not but at that time at that age I guess we were all materialistic but now I understand and that was a good lesson and a learning from learning from my mom that I could gain.

I felt really bad but I couldn't say anything to him because it would have damaged his mood and he would have felt really bad. I went to the lab. After 3 hours I came back and I asked her that where is my mobile phone. She answered me that she don't have any mobile phone. She lost my phone. So I was worried. I thought she is joking with me. She is doing prank with me. So I thought keep going that please give my mobile phone because I am addicted to my phone. But she said really Ayesha there is no phone with me. I went to the washroom and when I came back I did not saw your phone. So I really really got shocked. Where is my mobile phone.
