When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

One time when I changed my opinion, in the recent days especially, is there was a scenario in my life where I had my friend and her boyfriend fighting with each other and obviously, me being her friend, I was only listening to her side of the story and I did not even consider her boyfriend's side of the story. I did not want to hear him, I did not want to listen to his opinion, I did not want to listen to his side of the story. All I knew was whatever it is, I have to support my best friend because, well, she's my best friend and I'm supposed to be on her side but I think that was really really wrong and ignorant of me because I need to always assess both sides of the story, both opinions, both paths, which I did not do and I really really regret that now. However, the next time that ever happens, I'm going to try my best to assess both the sides of the story, both opinions, both paths, just listen to both of them and then make my opinion and then choose a side if necessary but I would actually like to try not to choose a side and just.

So, the time when I changed my opinion was, it was during the pandemic, during the coronavirus, where the whole world was in isolation and all of us were stuck at home. Well, at that time, I was, I didn't know what to do with my life, as I was really confused and I didn't know what to do with my future. So, I planned to do my Bachelors in Business Administration in India. And the other, my second option was to do a Makeup Artist course. I just thought, so I just realized later that instead of doing makeup course first, I would like to know how the business works. So, I changed my opinion from makeup to study business or get a degree of BBA. So, I finally decided to major in entrepreneurship. And yeah, that's how I completed my Bachelors degree. And how I felt about it after making the decision was, I felt really proud of myself because not many people would choose to do higher studies and then, you know, struggle through exams and everything. But then, I was really interested in the particular subject. So, that made me really motivated and look forward to what the course had to offer. So, I really don't regret that I made that decision.
