When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Me and my family who always supported me in my academic journey, I removed my huge burden on my parents' shoulders, furthermore, I also feel very better for that day. So I was able to start my education without any worries. I think the best thing that has changed my life would be the decision of getting my dog. One of my sister's friends offered us their dog and he was up for adoption and at that time we already had another dog and we didn't want to get another one. But, you know, it inspired all the reasons to not get one. We still decided to get one. He was black and I think about three months old when we caught him and I think it was in the year 2018, around the very end. And it was right before my exam, so my father was a little hesitant that it might be a distraction for me. But I think getting him has changed my life so much because he has been the sole reason of my joy for the past seven years. I train him every day. I see to that he eats all of the food. I gained so much knowledge and also empathy to dogs because I was closely able to monitor him. Because I was old enough to understand the needs of a dog and to take care of it by myself. And now that he lays on my bed, I feel very safe and nice. And I would say that an experience like this cannot be articulated properly into words because a dog really is a man's best friend. They are there for you when things get really hard and they feel like a ray of hope. And to me, my dog Thor is a silver lining in a dark storm. And he will always be the most, best, dissertation.

A time that changed my life in a good way was when I started planning my days with a to-do list. This method really helped me a lot and saved me a lot of time. In the early morning, I list out two or three important tasks in the paper or phone and make the one important task as my top priority. Whenever I complete a task, I tick it off, so by using to-do list, I feel more organized and encouraged to continue the task. Whenever I feel distracted or confused, I just check my to-do list and do the task accordingly. By doing this, I constantly save my time by making decisions. Moreover, I feel more focused and confident and help me to focus on other stuff like indoor or outdoor games. By doing to-do list, it saved me a lot of time and I had best moments with my family. Whenever I feel forgotten, I just check my to-do list.

Experience that changed my life in good ways was the time when I had my first board examinations. Not really the board examination but journey throughout the preparation of it. So, for that I had to sacrifice so many things and I learnt that sacrifices are a part of life. That time of my life, I realized a lot of things and it changed my life. So, during my board examinations, during the preparation, the journey throughout, I like disappeared from the world. I sacrificed so so many things like my comfort, my friends, my family time, everything. Just locked up in the room, studying and studying. Then when I got my results, I realized that to get something, to earn something, you have to lose something. Sacrifices are a part of life. Even heaven demands death. So, yes, we have to sacrifice in order to achieve something big. We cannot get everything just like that.

One of the most important time which changed everything in my life is when I met a patient named Mr. Devendra Nath Singh. I met sir when I was at Hamsa Rehabilitation Centre last year. It was during March 2024 where the patient was admitted post spinal cord injury and he was there for his own rehabilitation. I being an occupational therapist had to intervene to rehabilitate him to get back to his daily living skills and to improve his quality of life. Along with that I was working on improving his strength, vigility and also to improve his wheelchair skills. My interaction with him began slowly and I gradually discovered that he is a very close friend of a person. He had a lot of anger issues initially because he is an old man so he had much difficulty with adapting to the Hamsa standards. There were a lot of flexibility issues initially which had posed a lot of difficulty in rehabilitation but I must say he gradually cooperated well and he opened up. I came to know about a wide range of topics like how to deal with persons and what is the nature of a person's personality and how to adapt accordingly. All these things he taught me and all the life lessons he has taught me from his extensive knowledge actually helped me to become a better version of myself and I will be forever grateful for this achievement.

It was a morning of 20th August 2020 when I was struggling to get a job from past six months. But on 20th of August, I got a call from a school I have applied for, I have given interview and they called me up and they said that you are selected and you can join from tomorrow. I was elated over the moon because I wasn't expecting that call and that the feeling at that time was next level. I was in cloud nine when I heard that I am selected, though at first I was really nervous when I signed up for this particular post because I have been told that you do not get through, it's not easy to get through this job, but I still gave it a try because I believe trying is nothing wrong in it, when you try, when you work hard for something you always wanted. So this dream job was something which changed my life. I had waited for this particular time for a very, very long time. The emotion I felt was something I am not able to express in words at that time. So it was a next level that changed my life in a better, better way.

There was a time when I was sitting at my house, just casually rummaging through all the movies that I had prepared to watch, because it was a Sunday and that's what you're supposed to do, right? You're supposed to chill. So I was going through all the movies that I'm supposed to watch, and I found this one specifically significant picture that was standing out of the line. It was called Love in the Big City. Love in the Big City is a story about a guy in a big city who's foraging through all the people in his life. He's going through life experiences, hardships, his mother's cancer, family hardships, friends, and it just showed me a new perspective. It opened a gateway for me. It showed me that there are people out there in the world who will come and hurt you, but you're not supposed to let them affect you in any way. You're supposed to fight them, to face it, not to run away from it, and that is what that show has taught me. This life lesson has been so prevalent in my life that I have been following it since the day I landed my eyes on that show.

Thank you for asking me such an interesting question. Today I would like to talk about an experience that has changed my life. That experience is, I would say, being born again. That was one experience that changed my life. This happened back in the year 2000, when I was in my 10th standard. At that time, I was searching for the one true God, and I was searching for answers. Then I started reading the Bible, and then I found Jesus Christ. I accepted Him as my Lord and Savior back in the year 2000. I said the sinner's prayer, and He came into my heart. And since then, life has been awesome. I've had several struggles in my life, I admit. But He has taken me safely through this journey. So that was something that has awesome happened in my life. My name was written in the Lamb's Book of Life. And in Christ, I have conquered, I have the victory. So that being saved and your name written in heaven, I think that is the greatest moment of, you know, that was a wonderful moment in my life. And it has really changed my life. I began to walk with Christ. I began to live in a way that pleases God. And thanks to the fact that I got to know Jesus from a young age, I didn't make many of the mistakes that youngsters at my age make. So I'm really proud that I've come to know Jesus Christ. And it has changed my life. And I've come through, I have faced many obstacles in my life. And because of my faith, because of my faith in Christ, I was able to overcome every obstacle, big and small. So that gives me, that gives me
