When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I came across the book on Amazon while I was searching for bestseller novels and I read it about a year ago. And it was one of the most interesting novels I've read. It's about a girl who tries to escape from her forced marriage by making a deal with the devil. She basically asks the devil to extend her the duration of her life because she was unhappy and she wanted to live a longer and happier life and she believes that if she had a longer life she would find happiness. So eventually she realizes the faults in that deal and she has to suffer the consequences. It's a very interesting book. We get to see the main character Adeline survive three centuries of her life. Well, reading is the one of the greatest way to gain the knowledge. In my life I have read a lot of stories and noble books. Today I would like to talk about a story that seems quite interesting to me, which is none other than the Hare and the Tortoise. I have read this story during my 10th grade because it was included in our English test book. Our teacher has taught us this story in a dramatic and engaging way. Apart from this, my grandmother also told me this story during the bedtime tale that made it quite memorable. In this story, the purpose of the story was a race between the Hare and Tortoise where the Hare is fast and the Tortoise was naturally slow. So, the Hare became overconfident and decided to take a nap between the race. But the Tortoise continues walking slowly and wins the race in the last. So, it provides a powerful message that hard work and patience are always helpful in achieving the success. All in all, it was a fascinating story.

When I was in 10th grade, I had a story to study in my Malayalam textbook by Bashir, who was the author of the novel which I am going to say about. So I got to know him through my textbook. Then I actually went in deep and gathered lot of his books and started reading it. There was one book called Madilugal, which he is expressing about the love or compassion between two people who was arrested and was in jail. And this story narrates beautifully in a way that we will be hooked in it. I literally read that book within one day because it was quite amazing. This story talks about a man called Veera and a female who was the leading role of a person called Malathi. They were stuck in the jail and in between the walls of it, it was a women's jail and beside that wall it was men's. And they were talking through the walls and was writing beautiful love letters and trying to exchange them. But they are getting caught and eventually the Veera was hanged and it conveys a lot of emotions and the layers of it is very difficult to digest also. It's very thought provoking in a way.

Actually, I am too attracted towards history or historical places, architectures and people, their culture, their dress up, everything. So, this book really emphasized all these things, which is something that attracted me a lot. So, I started the second book. And there is an interesting war going on in the book. And it is a House of Dragons is really all about the dragons and who are looking after them. There are some of the families like Targaryens, different families and how they are connected with each other. How the royalties, how the royal life used to be in past. So, it's all about that. So, a story that was interesting to me, trusted to me, is the story of the boy Mowgli. And the story name is the Jungle Book. There was a book as well as a movie on that particular theme. And that story whole revolves around animals and a boy, Mowgli. A boy, Mowgli, lives without his parents. And he thinks animals as his family also. There are various... Their experience too was interesting just because of the pictures and the animations that were in the book that attracted my whole attention towards it. And also it is very interesting just because of I am a person who really loves animals and Mowgli is the one who loves to live with animals. And he knows how to cooperate and how to communicate with the animals which is a really good and great task to do. Because animals don't know human's language. Even humans are the ones who don't understand animals' emotions. But Mowgli always understands animals' emotions. And he knows how to convey his messages to animals. Which is I think a very good thing. Because in daily life I saw that some people who are bullying animals or they are just hitting them or they are just harming them in different ways. But he loves animals. He loves to live with them. And he thinks animals are his only family who love him and who keep him in their protection phase.

To be honest, I am not very good at reading novels, but for stories, I am an illustration artist, so I always need a story. Mostly, I have clients from Wedding Invites, so in that background, I have to think about what their story, what their relationship stories are. And to be honest, their story makes my heart really, really happy, and then I create their story into my artwork, art style, and then I create them into a digital invite.
