I remember as a kid I used to really wonder how it would be if I visit a foreign country so I have always loved traveling. I have traveled and visited most of the part in India such as Karnataka, Gujarat, Rajasthan the main cities among these states has been always my treasure hunt. So apart from that it is really adventurous to visit places which are totally new, culturally give you different experiences and also helps you grow in life. But I think one should not visit the place without laying the groundwork, without knowing much about the city it really becomes difficult to arrange anything. So you better know about the city and place before you visit that place. I have been traveling since I was in my college due to my internship I had a chance to visit many places and I used to explore it as much as possible. So Mangalore has always been my favorite place, I always loved navigating uncharted waters though it really becomes difficult as now I am busy as a bee taking time out has become an impossible thing. Now after graduating I want to visit most of the places in India which really give me the essence of my country.

I recently went to a vacation to Dubai, which is the capital of UAE. From here to there, the time difference is about two and a half hours and the flight usually takes around three hours. I took the Emirates flight. The reason for choosing Dubai was that my cousins reside there, so we were supposed to stay at their home. They also had vacation, we also had vacation, so we just, we haven't met in a long while, so we thought it's a good place to visit since we can't afford it currently. The best thing that I like about Dubai is that it's very clean, all the streets are so neat and tidy and during, you know, prayers, it's common for cars to stop on roads. They have janimas usually in their trunks and they use that to offer salha on the roads. That is also one of the reasons that it is strict, there are strict regulations regarding littering over there. I was very ecstatic to be there. There were a lot of beaches, we went on a boat ride, we also went to a snow island. There's a lot of variety of activities that one can experience in Dubai. You have the world's largest water park, amusement, you know, the world's largest rollercoaster ride. I'm pretty scared of rollercoaster rides, so I didn't go over there, but I did enjoy the water park. It is an experience that I will remember. There were a lot of activities that I couldn't do such as helicopter ride, scuba diving or just driving on those hills in the desert.

So I remember last December I went with my husband to Maldives, the beachy destination. The reason for my travel was that I recently got married that time with my husband and he planned a romantic getaway for us so that we can relax from that all hustle bustle of the marriage and I really enjoyed staying in Maldives resorts specially.

The place was Dubai, it was my first international tour with my family and I visited there to celebrate vacation, so that time I enjoyed a lot with my family. I made various adventures during my vacation like I went to desert safari, I went to Burj Khalifa and I also enjoyed the look from top of Burj Khalifa which was really very good for me and during the desert safari we booked dinner and that food was really awesome, that was totally executive. So I would remember that day whenever someone ask me about my vacations or memorable places I would like to say that Dubai and sometime and I remember the journey when I booked my flight with business class reservation and I also enjoyed the trip during my air or aeroplane. So it was really nice, I enjoyed their services, the airlines provider whatever provided us, so that was good.

I have been to a lot of trips, but one vacation that I recently took has all my heart and the place is Sihagad Food, it's in Pune, Maharashtra. My keen interest in history and passion to know and understand our background led me to this place. I did a lot of things there like watching sunset and reading a lot of books about the history and what exactly happened at that place. I feel that this place is serene, tranquil and motivating, the way how Maratha Empire was built is quite impressive. Not only the history was fascinating, but also the construction of the fort, how they strategically built the fort so that people cannot enter the fort, that is something worth learning. In today's modern times, when we are more focused on learning, when we are more focused on watching new things, I think going back in the history would definitely teach us a lot and inspire us a lot.

So for this vacation, I visited Banaras, where I went over a spiritual tour with my friends. Banaras is a place that is filled with a lot of people and aghoras all over the places. So there are a few ghats, which is Asigat and Dasamatheshwath Ghat, where the Ganga Aarti usually takes place. The Ganga Aarti was really mesmerizing. In Asigat, it takes place at 5 am and at Dasamatheshwath Ghat, it takes place at 6 pm, which was calm to peace of mind. And the Ganga, which flows through the Banaras, all over, the 32 ghats present over there. And next comes the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, which has Shiva as Lord and it has a very big queue line, where people take a long time to worship. Next comes the Kalabhairav Temple, who is typically known as the guardian of the Kashi. So it tells, history states that he guards Kashi from the beginning till the end. And next comes the Chanduku, which is also called the moon well in English. This well has a mysterious story. If your shadow falls, your death is near and if your shadow doesn't fall, your death is still far. And next comes the food of Banaras. Banarasi paan, Kachori, Puri, Lassi and mostly the Bang Lassi, which is called to be intoxicating, is sold during the times of Shivaratri and Holi. Next, the place. The place is the utmost mesmerizing, peaceful place where you get used to the new atmosphere and you have the exposure of Aghoras, where they typically dress up themselves in a different way and some are also naked. When it comes to Banaras, it has various names. Some call it Kashi, some call it Varanasi, some call it Banaras. But all comes to the end where people dip in Ganga and they just wash away all their sins, having a full hope of starting a new life. And many people tend to end their life at the banks of Kashi Vishwanath temple or the Manikarnika Ghat, which will grant them their spiritual declare in the world.

I visited Thailand last with my husband on our honeymoon. It is a great place to go. It has a lot of beaches and it is a tropical place to visit. What I liked most about Thailand was the calmness that it holds. We also enjoyed the culture and the food there. The flora and fauna was very impressive. It was very different from our native country, India. What I liked the most about our trip to Thailand was island hopping. There was a set of 7 islands called the Phi Phi Islands which we explored through boat. Me and my husband went into the waters, also did snorkeling wherein we were able to see aquatic life below the water. It was a great experience. It was one of the best experiences I could say. This trip to Thailand was on my bucket list and I am very happy to conquer it. I am very happy that I got a chance to know about the culture of Thailand. It is a very colourful culture. We also went to Bangla Street. Other places which we went, there were beaches like Phanom Beach. There was an elephant cave that we visited. We also visited some of the temples of Thailand which were very calm and we enjoyed the aura. We loved the environment. We did most of our travelling using cabs because we didn't have any personal vehicle there. So altogether it was a great trip.
