When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Once I visited a place called Unnao, it's somewhere around mountain range of Himalayas. So Unnao is a very secluded village and it was somewhere around 400 km away from Dehradun, that is my hometown. We went there specifically to distribute sanitary napkins for the women and masks and hand sanitizers because it was a time of COVID and we went there as a part of NGO. So we had to travel, although we had to travel 20 km up the hill on our barefoot, but when we reached there, the serene location of the village was quite mesmerizing and we got a chance to live a life of the village people. So it was a very pleasant and wonderful experience.

I would like to describe a place in a village that I have recently visited. It was in Monar. So me and my husband visited there in the last May 2024. We went to Monar and after that from the Monar town, it's about 3 kilometers to that village. In the village there is also a resort, so we stayed there for 3 days. The experience was too amazing, since the village have a very outstanding waterfalls. We can swim over there, it's like a natural jacuzzi bath. It was too amazing. And we stayed there for 3 days and it was too relaxing. It was a village that is surrounded by green trees and so many animals were there. In the morning we can see so many birds chirping and cawing, which helps us to make our minds more relaxed and peaceful. As well as there are small animals too, we can see small rabbits here and there. And once we see a fox too. So that was a kind of horrible moment when we walk along through the countryside, suddenly a fox came and my husband was so terrified. So that was an awful moment for us. Apart from that, it's an overall good experience.

It's a small, beautiful village. It's in the state of Bihar, where I was born. I lived there for six years. Since I was seven years, I left that village because my father wants to... because my father used to work in some other state. So, my father called me and asked me to leave that place. We used to visit there on summer vacations. It's a beautiful place. I go there and I play with my friends and visit my relations and explore my village. I feel that I don't want to leave that place because so many memories are there. Actually, it's a beautiful place. Everyone loves their village. Me too.

So, the village I visited is in India. It is a rural place actually where you will not get any electricity or Wi-Fi or mobile phones to be used that well. So, the village was quite good with a peaceful environment and I went to that place to see my grandparents. They seemed to be very happy to see us after a long gap and that place reminds me of my grandparents and usually there is a misconception that people always think village is not that good place for having fun and vibe. But I think villages are the best place to have a peaceful environment and to have a good place to vibe with. Like from my point of view, the village I visited and my native place is quite bit good compared to the Chennai city which has traffic, pollution and lot of discomforts. Whereas in village, it is good to have that environment.

I wanted to describe my father's native place because it's a village in Thiruvarur district, Tamil Nadu. It is a wonderful place. We often go there. We frequently visit it along with our family. We all gather there for every festival, especially for Diwali and Pongal. All our cousins will be there. All my aunty, uncle will be there. I used to have such a wonderful experience there. I just wanted to describe that particular place. In front of our house, we have a farm. We have cows and hens. There is a feeding place where we actually feed the cows and hens. I will go there and feed all the cows and hens. It is such a fabulous experience to me. When I was a little child, I used to feel very strange and also very scared to feed all the cows. I was very scared because what if the cow may hit me? But now, as time passes, I really do enjoy doing it. I especially wanted to express my feelings towards the people there, the village people. They are very soft-hearted, kind-hearted. They offer me food, fruits from their farm without me asking for it. They are very enthusiastic in helping others. They take me to their farms and show me different places and how things work around the farm. I used to feel very happy whenever I go there.
